  So Happy with Our Rings!

  We went to Nebraska Diamond to pick out the engagement ring because we knew they had a huge selection, and they did not disappoint. We found the perfect ring and we were able to have it resized multiple times. When it came time to choose our wedding bands, the matching band for the engagement ring was perfect. The groom was able to customize and design his own ring exactly the way he wanted it. They also held on to the rings for no charge for months before our wedding, ensuring they wouldn't get lost. Anytime we need a repair or a cleaning they take care of it. Everyone there is so nice. We love them!

  Phenomenal

  Tiffany at Nebraska Diamond is a national treasure. If she started selling jewelry in a dark, foggy ally in Cape Town, I’d fly down there at enormous peril in order to buy from her. She’s knowledgeable, energetic, professional, and goes so above and beyond that I almost feel bad about it.

  Great Experience! I like knowing all the information about everything, and they were able to answer any question and give me direct comparison for different rings and stones. They were able to price match and get me the ring I wanted, with a custom ordered ring.

  My fiance and I went in to NE DIamond, not knowing what to expect. You sit down in an office and the sales person asks what the budget is/what you're looking for in a ring. He/she then goes in to a vault and comes back with BOXES of rings. I got everything I could've wanted and more, thanks to our salesman. We could not have had a better experience with NE Diamond and would recommend them to anyone!

From day one of looking at engagement rings he was by our side trying to make all my dreams come true on my husbands budget :) My engagement ring and wedding band along with my husbands wedding band were all purchased through Nebraska Diamond. It truely is a one-of-a-kind experience. You don't just walk into a room full of cases and cases of rings. They take you back to their seperate offices and bring the boxes of rings to you. Any question you have they have no problem to explain it or show you different examples. Hands down the best experience and customer service I have ever received from any jewelry store!

  This jewelry store is truly one of a kind. My husband and I were able to go in, pick out the diamond and setting completely separate of each other to make it a one of a kind ring. And let me tell you, I have never seen anyone wearing a ring like mine. The whole process was fun. They helped my husband keep everything a secret, being very discreet. Even when I lost a diamond from the side of the ring about three months into our engagement, they were very helpful and replaced the diamond for free. I would definitely do business with them again.

  The process is FUN and THOROUGH. You don't just walk into a showroom like every other place, feel clueless, and pick one out the store manager thinks looks "good."
  
  The biggest factor that made me feel great about Nebraska Diamond was the fact they encouraged me to shop around. They encouraged me to go try other diamond stores, and they guaranteed their customer service wouldn't be matched. And they were right.
  
  Natalie and I had 4-5 meetings before we finally decided on the perfect ring within my budget. Each of these meetings were planned out in an organized manner.
  
  One meeting you narrow down about 100 bands to 20. Then down to 5. Then you pick the perfect one.
  
  Next, within your budget, Natalie contacted every vendor that sends diamonds to find the one you like best. It isn't just a glass case. Nebraska Diamond went the extra mile and took the time to find what I wanted. If you want to look at diamonds or rings outside your budget, they're happy to order them in just so you can look at them and possibly change your mind.
  
  If you ever have any questions, they are quick to answer.

They make it much more personal and get to know you and pull rings based on what you want! They have been so great to work with when they didn't have the wedding band I was envisioning. I described it and they were able to find it from another vendor and have it ordered in for me to try on! Would recommend to anyone looking for engagement rings/wedding bands. You won't be disappointed!

  Nebraska Diamond was great! They were really easy to work with and we had a great time with Kathy. There were a couple times when I had to call them to see if our rings were in, instead of them letting me know. Besides that, they were great.

  We got all our rings here. The prices were good and we were able to work with them to make a payment plan. They were patient and never pushy when we were looking. However, I wanted to get my rings sautered together for the wedding. So, I dropped them off a week before the big day, like they said and told them what I wanted. When we went to pick them up the day before the wedding, they hadn't sautered my ring! The message had gotten lost somewhere. They did it that night and it was ready in time for the wedding, but I think it could look a bit better and am going to have them redo it.

  The BEST value for the money. They don't kid around - you know you are not being scammed. All diamonds and settings are separate, so you can see each and every flaw/inclusion before you purchase something. "Soft" lighting is not used - the same lights are used that jewelers use to rate diamonds. Far and away the largest selection anywhere in the area. We did get our rings a few weeks later than they originally said. Since we ordered early, this wasn't a problem, but we heard some complaints from others - like a guy who was going to take the ring on a cruise to propose - but it wasn't done!   Went in and found a ring that I really liked. Went to pick up and put it away till the proposal and noticed the diamond did not look the same as when I initially went in. Very disappointing. Very pushy saleswoman and not respectful of me. Regret buying from here.
