The photography was the most important vendor hire for me aside from venue. I was going to have these photos for the rest of my life. You spend 12 months + planning such a huge day and it flies by so fast. There is no way to capture every detail and every moment. We were able to with quality photos. Neezar was far more flexible with timing than other photographers we interviewed. We heard a lot of if I get there at noon, I'm out by 6pm. We had beautiful photos. He is so knowledgeable with photography, the shots were incredible. He is innovative and personable as well. We had a great time with him. Nezar is wonderful! My husband and I got married June 2014, and had the most amazing and peaceful time working with Nezar. Given all the planning and stress that goes in to a wedding, the fact that working with Nezar was actually peaceful was such a blessing! We knew that we were in good hands the entire time. The engagement shoot was so fun, and perfect practice for getting comfortable in front of the camera in order to take perfect wedding shots!
Pre-wedding, Nezar worked very closely with us to build a timeline for the day and helped guide us when we had questions about anything wedding-related. He also stuck to the timeline and arrived exactly when...Nezar is wonderful! My husband and I got married June 2014, and had the most amazing and peaceful time working with Nezar. He also stuck to the timeline and arrived exactly when he said that he would, and stayed until the very end of the wedding to make sure he caught all of the reception!
On the wedding day, Nezar was such a joy to have around. It was very clear that he respected that this was our wedding day, and that he was there to capture it. He did not pressure us to move on from one thing to the next (like I have seen some wedding photographers do), he simply allowed us to get married and celebrate our marriage, and was there to take amazing pictures of it. He also made us feel amazing and totally comfortable when we were taking photos. He and his partner were both very professional, both in appearance and mannerisms. It was such a relief to not have to worry about making sure moments were caught on camera, because we knew that he would be there taking photos the entire time! And he caught EVERYTHING on camera, even moments that I didn't know happened (like my flower girl straightening out my dress after I walked down the aisle!).
He was also a pleasure to work with after the wedding, when we were designing our album. You can see for yourself on the website how amazing his work is, but that is really just the tip of the iceberg. The entire experience working with him was so wonderful, and I absolutely would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat. -

Neezar is simply amazing! From the first time we met him we knew he would be great to work with. From beginning to end he made the process very comfortable and easy, as if we had known him for years. On top of being a genuinely great person, his photos are exceptional. He is so enthusiastic, creative, and passionate, which shows in his work. All of our photos were beautiful and all the products he has to offer are of the highest quality. Neezar is very flexible and will work with you to make sure everything is perfect. He even spent the day with us a week after the wedding taking photos of us that we didn't have time for on our wedding day. here is nothing more important than having real beautiful ever lasting moments captured. On top of that, there is nothing more comforting to know that the one capturing those moments, is kind, supportive and very creative. My Husband and I chose Neezar for the Engagment session and our wedding and we couldn't have picked a better person. The Engagement session was fun, creative and made my husband comfortable. On the wedding day, Neezar was not only on time, but was early with a big smile. He was supportive, focused and helped me calm down in many ways. He knew what I liked, what I wanted and what my husband can handle ;). At the end, the product is more...here is nothing more important than having real beautiful ever lasting moments captured. Neezar is amazing! He was the photographer for my engagement session as well as my wedding. Manny (my husband) and I met with Neezar numerous times and every time he was so kind, professional, and really genuine. We had our engagement session in Saulsalito and Neezar has the most amazing eye, he is truly talented. He would take pictures of us and show them to us and we were so pleased. Neezar was really able to work with us and make us feel comfortable, and we had such a great time. When we got all the shots from the photo session and the beautiful video he made us, we couldn't wait for him to photograph us on our wedding!...Neezar is amazing! He was the photographer for my engagement session as well as my wedding. Manny (my husband) and I met with Neezar numerous times and every time he was so kind, professional, and really genuine. We had our engagement session in Saulsalito and Neezar has the most amazing eye, he is truly talented. He would take pictures of us and show them to us and we were so pleased. When we got all the shots from the photo session and the beautiful video he made us, we couldn't wait for him to photograph us on our wedding! Manny and I got married on September12th, and boy was it a crazy stressful day for us. Neezar and his wonderful assistant Jamil were with us the whole day; capturing all the emotions, details, excitement, etc. Neezar starting snapping pictures of us at 11am and didn't finish until around 11:30pm. Talk about a long day! Like I said, there were a lot of things to stress about on my wedding day. But the one thing I was not worried about was the photography. I knew that Neezar was a professional and I trusted him that he would take beautiful shots. Towards the end of our wedding night, Neezar had a surprise for Manny and I. He had already uploaded some of the pictures from the wedding and he wanted to show them to us! They were AMAZING!! Neezar captured the most precious moments: The first time Manny saw me walking down the aisle, my dad walking me down the aisle, our little brother dancing, etc. It was a perfect ending to a perfect wedding. When Manny and I were on our honeymoon in Italy, Neezar sent us a few emails with a wedding montage he made for us as well as the 1600 pictures he took that day. When we first watched the montage, we both cried. The pictures were beautiful, and the way he presented it was beautiful as well. We immediately emailed it to our families, and their first response was to cry as well. They told us they spent hours looking through all the beautiful photographs, as well as replaying the montage. Manny and I are truly grateful to have met Neezar. He is such a wonderful photographer, such a wonderful person. He takes pride in his work and it shows. Neezar is the most talented photographer I know! Also, I need to thank his wonderful assistant Jamil for taking the wonderful pictures of they guys. Neezar and Jamil, you're the best!

My husband and I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Neezar Samara, our wedding photographer. He really had an artistic eye for each shot. He also made us feel comfortable and natural, and didn't make us feel like we were posing for pictures. The final product, our wedding album, was more than we had expected - a real piece of art.
If you are looking for a photographer who will make you feel relaxed on a day that can otherwise certainly be stressful, and someone who will turn out high quality artistic work, then you should talk to Neezar. I researched about 20 different photographers and was able to narrow it down to three. Neezar was one of the three. I chose Neezar for several reasons:
1. Because he was willing to spend ALL day with us. i mean from early in the morning he was taking shots of me and my bridesmaids getting ready at the salon and his assistant was taking pictures of my husband and the groomsmen getting ready. And he stayed with us until the very end of the night. So we felt confident that not a moment was missed.
2. What I like about Neezar is that he has a very artistic eye. Not a lot of photographers have that....I researched about 20 different photographers and was able to narrow it down to three. Neezar was one of the three. I chose Neezar for several reasons:
1. Because he was willing to spend ALL day with us. i mean from early in the morning he was taking shots of me and my bridesmaids getting ready at the salon and his assistant was taking pictures of my husband and the groomsmen getting ready. And he stayed with us until the very end of the night. So we felt confident that not a moment was missed.
2. What I like about Neezar is that he has a very artistic eye. Not a lot of photographers have that. He will suggest what he thinks is best but if you don't like it, he doesn't get upset. His purpose is to please his clients. Most photographer with his level of talent are very cocky and want it their way, but Neezar is not that way.
I have recommended Neezar to a couple of my friends who were getting married and they did not use his services because they did not want to pay his prices. Boy, was that a mistake on their part. They came back extremely disappointed, and you know why?!? Because they got what they paid for! If you want a quality photographer you will have to pay the price. Neezars prices are not unreasonable at all, but he isnt the least expensive photographer. But I promise, he is worth EVERY PENNY!!! And he wont nickle and dime you like many other photographers will try to do.
In the end we were COMPLETELY SATISFIED with our photos and everyone who looks at our photos is impressed. I would recommend Neezar any day of the week. I promise you will agree with me if you hire him.
