  DEFINITELY outsource the lighting speakers, and such to this company if you are in boston area. I got my projector and uplightings from this company at an AWESOME value plus they set up and pick up as well which is a huge relief off the brides. I recommend highly.

  We rented AV equipment from New England Audio for our wedding, and they did a great job! They helped us put together the right package that met all our needs to accommodate the right volume of music in different places in our reception venue (which was a historic house with multiple rooms and an outdoor veranda which served as the dance floor), as well as to accommodate the toasts and the emcee announcements. They were also able to adjust the drop-off time to the day before the wedding at no extra charge. Everything arrived on time and worked perfectly, including the extra-long cable we needed to connect one speaker in the house to the two on the dance floor. They were very responsive via phone (could have been more responsive by email but that's only a small nitpicky comment). They also provided the best prices. I would highly recommend them to any couple planning a wedding!

  It took a little bit of back & forth to get things straightened out, but in the end these guys were great!
  They made special arrangements for delivery, the tech who came to set up our audio equipment took a good deal of time making sure everything was hooked up right, and even tested the sound at different locations. They were courteous and gave me a discount! Overall, very happy with the experience.

We've followed up by email to share our experience, so they can improve their service and avoid these issues... never heard back. We've hired about 8 vendors for our event, New England rentals was the only problematic partner. I would not recommend this company.
