  Professional & gorgeous decor

  i highly recommend new era events for all your decor needs! When I was planning my wedding, Decor was my biggest thing & I had spoken to them regarding what I wanted for the decor & new era brought all my visuals that I had in mind to life with the stage to the backdrop to the centerpieces. They really listen to what you want and are very professional , they set and broke down everything on a very timely manner. I will definitely want them to be a part of my future events as well! Thank you once again.

  Perfection!

  New Era Events had literally three weeks to give us our dream wedding. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and exceeded all of our expectations. Our original decorator was unable provide us with their services on the day of our wedding, but New Era was able to fit us into their schedule. They even managed make me floral jewelry with fresh jasmines all the way from India. We're are still receiving compliments on our decor and how beautiful our wedding turned out. I've even had a few brides reach out to me asking me about our decorator. Having a decorator that we could trust really took away a lot of the stress before the wedding events. We were actually able to enjoy ourselves and relax! We are beyond grateful for all the hard work that New Era Events had put into our wedding!

  absolutely gorgeous Decor

  New Era Events did an absolutely great job covering my mehndi and wedding reception. I had come to know my wife was able to travel to the US after my nikkah overseas. my family and I had 2 months to plan the event. I had contacted the New Era to help us with the decor. I was very worried about all these last minute planning. Ismael told me not to stress out and will take care of the decor and event. New Era Events created all the decor map and recommended me to other wedding amenities. When it was time for my mehndi I was amazed at how New Era Events turn the whole place into a real mehndi decor. the stage, swing chair, lantern and umbrella on tables were gorgeous. At the time for the reception, I was very nervous about the stage and seating, my wife and I was surprised how amazing of a job New Era Events did. The floral and stage were amazing with matching outfits. Everyone at the events was amazed. I am sure to work with Ismael and New Era Events in the future.

  Mehndi Party, pre wedding event

  Great and easy vendor to work with. Professional, came on time and quickly set everything up and was prompt for take-down as well. Quality of materials used was also very high. Definitely would recommend!

  New Era is the best ever!!

  New Era exceeded my expectations! I was able to trust New Era with bringing my vision to life for my wedding events and the team gave me everything and more! It was very easy to work with New Era, any time I had any questions or concerns, I would always receive a prompt reply. I would highly recommend New Era for all events big and small!

  Not professional at all

  We hire New Era Event decorator Ismael for wedding Paid the largest deposit. Due to pandemic wedding was canceled. We gave New Era decorator 3 years to give our deposit back. He never paid our deposit back. He said he will provide his services for any next event. We contacted Ismael/ owner of New Era . He refused to pay back our largest deposit nor provide the service for our recent event. Please avoid this decorator at any cost. He will take your money, will not answer your questions for days and sometimes months months. Ismael also brought his buddy photographer Adeel Malik Mornistudio. He was the worst. He took the largest deposit and never returned us the single penny. He got large help / money from the government due to pandemic but never returned the money to the costumer. These two vendors are not professional . Avoid them at any cost.

  Ismael stole our money and never performed any service

  I am a professional and I appreciate working with professional,
  honest, and ethical vendors who stand by their word. This
  unfortunately was not our experience with New Era Events, Ismael. This area has many amazing decorators and my advice would be to go with a more professional company. There is no reason to deal with unnecessary headaches from New Era Events. My conclusion from below: Planning a wedding and planning a babyshower/new life with baby is stressful enough -I just want to steer people away from the hardships and emotional rollercoaster that i had to face dealing with New Era Events. You have other options. -- I had a wedding planned for April 2020. This of course got canceled and we rescheduled for August 2020. The restrictions were still in place, my hotel venue had shut down and we had to cancel our big wedding celebration again in August. New Era Events, Ismael, had taken a large deposit from us (3,000$) and said instead of giving this back at such an uncertain time, he promised us that in the future he would provide his services if we were to ever have an event. We had troubles with him but essentially we had to trust him. Fast forward to 2023. My husband and I are expecting and were ready to have a baby shower! We were SO excited. We contacted Ismael and he said he was available for the babyshower date and location. I was relieved- However, after he said he was available and ready, he then made a stipulation for us to take down a negative review from our 2020 hardships with dealing with him. He already had 3,000$ as collateral and we told him we would be happy to change the review after he nicely decorates our babyshower (which is only a 500$ job total). We even said we can write it in a new contract that we would take off the negative review after he delivers for the babyshower. He did not agree to this which is very strange. He backed out at the last minute. I am relieved that we did not book him as he may not have shown up. Instead I hired (last-minute) a very amazing local decorator who charged $450- for reference this other decorator had NO drama, she came EARLY and was very easy to contact - this is how a vendor should be in my opinion.   This vendor is a complete thief - do not hire him

  First let me start off by saying that I hesitated for many many months before writing this review, but I am at a loss for words for how terrible it has been attempting to work with Ismael. As seen in another review below, i also was robbed by Ismael. As a member of the Muslim community, I trusted Ismael to deliver on his promise, but instead he stole nearly $2,000 from me without delivering anything at all. Like many, my wedding was impacted by Covid-19 and at first Ismael was responsive and was ok with rescheduling. My wedding had to be ultimately canceled due to border closures (I'm now based in Canada and my husband and I physically could not get to the US at the time of our wedding due to border closures). I chased Ismael down from May to September 2021 through calls, texts, emails, etc, and received no responsive at all until September when I then briefly received a response, got him on the phone in which he scheduled another call and ghosted me yet again. Til this day I have not heard from Ismael after countless attempts. I only hope that Allah forgives Ismael for stealing my hard earned money. I understand many vendors lost money, however to take my money and not offer me any credit or anything at all is disgusting behavior. All my vendors were responsive and offered me an alternative except for Ismael. I'm at the point where I am now pursuing legal action against him. I've had others reach out me to me and also tell me that he's been unresponsive with them. Please please please do not bring him any more business, he is NOT capable of delivering. Take your hard earned money to a business you can trust. And to Ismael, I hope you read this message and ask God to forgive you.

  Vendor took our money without any service and never returned it

  Avoid this vendor and Ismael at all costs. He stole our money without providing a service and never responded to our messages. Like others during the Covid 19 pandemic, we were devastated that we could not have wedding we had always dreamed of. When we signed with Ismael, he asked for an upfront deposit of 3500 dollars. When the pandemic first hit he US, we postponed our wedding from April to August 2020. We discussed this with Ismael, and he promised to work with us and even return the money should things get worse. When it was clear that things were getting worse, my wife and I decided that it would be irresponsible to host a wedding, so we canceled the wedding in July. As physicians, we dealt with the devastations of the pandemic and realized the potential risk a wedding could have to the guests who attend. When we told Ismael that we would be canceling the wedding, he did not respond. Finally, after sending multiple messages, he agreed to give back 500 dollars initially. He promised to give the rest back and said he we would need a few more weeks. We were very understanding and told him we would work with him to have the money returned when he was able to. We ended up giving him a few months instead, and when we did message him, he did not respond. We have sent countless messages and emails and even said we would try to hold an event in the future that we could use the deposit for. He has not responded to any of our messages and is not interested in providing any services for the money he has taken, even if we plan to have our reception in the future. Save your money and heartbreak. Ismael is not a trustworthy decorator and will steal your money!
