    Could not have had a better experience!

    Nichole not only met our expectations, she exceeded them by orders of magnitude. She helped orchestrate the most magical wedding we could have imagined. She is enthusiastic, warm, honest, kind, more than capable and a true problem solver. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and she went above and beyond what she had to do. Thank you Nichole for everything! You are truly a gem!

    Worth every penny

    Nichole was amazing to work with from start to finish, even through covid and from the mainland. From our first conversation, she knew that budget was important to us and sent us an extremely accurate budget estimate prior to us signing our contract. She was extremely responsive and professional. She knew the correct vendors to help turn our dreams into reality, and many of them were wiling to throw in an extra discount because we were working with Nichole. The ideas that she and her recommended vendors came up with were more beautiful than we ever imagined. She even stored wedding supplies and decorations we shipped to her for no additional cost. This was incredibly helpful since we weren't local. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our wedding plans due to covid. However, Nichole made sure to advocate on our behalf to each vendor to try to get us a full refund. She even continued checking in to make sure that we actually received our refund. My fiancé and I could not recommend Nichole more.

    Fun, no-stress wedding planning

    My wife and I live in LA so when we decided to get married in Hawaii, we knew we wanted to work with a well-established wedding planner to help us navigate the local landscape. We reached out and interviewed a few planners and Nichole stood out right away. We felt she answered our questions honestly and set proper expectations compared to some others who just told us what they thought we wanted to hear. We ultimately decided to put our faith in Nichole and she proved to be worth every penny.

    Nichole is extremely thorough, proactive, and reliable. One of the first things she had us do was fill out a questionnaire to prioritize different aspects of our wedding day (food, photography, flowers, venue, etc). Then, she used our responses to allocate our overall budget appropriately and only recommended vendors from her book of business who fit our criteria. For transparency and accountability, Nichole also gave us access to an online wedding planning tool that managed every task and deliverable, big or small, all the way up to the big day. Additionally, Nichole was always easy to reach when we needed to talk things through and she made thoughtful recommendations when we needed them.

    In the end, not only did Nichole put together a picture perfect wedding day for us, she also made the planning process easy, fun, and stress-free. We never had to worry about anything and we always looked forward to talking with her or reading her emails. We have all the confidence that you will have an amazing experience working with Nichole and we strongly recommend her services.

    Highly attentive, professional, and reliable

    Nichole and Chelsea crushed it. We planned our Hawaii wedding from New York and having Nichole and Chelsea on our team was essential. They made themselves available to us at all hours of the day to accommodate our schedules and the time difference and were on it. They were able to quickly recall details on the fly and gave us total confidence that they were focused on it. We never felt like they were juggling too much which i've heard is a common complaint in this business. They handled everything, reacted to weird curveballs we threw them with ease and were an absolute pleasure to work with the whole time. I can't comment too much on the look and feel but my wife would say they read her mind on the design side and I thought everything looked fantastic day of. Their vendor recommendations were also excellent. All the vendors were thrilled when we mentioned the other vendors we were using and were very complimentary of Nichole's recommendations. Lastly, they were thoughtful when if came to working with our budget, knew when to say "we can save money here" and when to push me to spend more elsewhere. Their advice was spot on. Their coordination efforts on the day of were also 10/10 - the event went off without a hitch.

    Worry-free and easy to work with, simply the best

    Where to begin? Maybe the best place to start is the end. Our wedding day was spectacular! Where as many couples feel stressed or worries on their big day, Nichole and her team made our day as stress-free and laid back as possible. I think a large part of that is due to Nichole’s commitment to hard work and great planning all leading up to the big day. She not only worked hard to keep us within our budget by negotiating with our vendors, but she also walked us hand in hand through the crazy wedding planning process. Her and her team also did a spectacular job at setting up and cleaning up after!!! If not for her, we would have been utterly lost trying to plan a wedding back in my home state all the way from Nebraska. She was always so quick to reply via email or phone call and it felt like she really went out of her way to keep us as a priority. If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, don’t be! It’s was the best investment that we made for our big day! And I wouldn’t recommend no one other than Nichole!!! Thank you so much for all your hard work and patience with us!!! You made our day so very special for us!!! We’ll be sure to recommend you to all our friends and family!!!

    Nichole is the ultimate professional. She is organized, detailed, and responsive. She listened to our ideas and requests, but kept us within budget. When we didn't like what we were shown from one vendor, she went to other vendors. I initially felt completely overwhelmed, but Nichole took that all away. My schedule was difficult as I am a local girl who was not looking for a cookie cutter "hawaiian" wedding (one of those hotel packages) but now live mostly on the mainland. It was no problem, Nichole worked out all our meetings with vendors when I was home with my fiancé.

    Because she is so prepared and organized, the best part of working with Nichole is it all goes smoothly. When the wedding finally came around, I knew it was going to be crazy hectic because we had our local guests, our mainland guests, and people coming internationally. We needed to make sure everyone got where they were supposed to be, when they were supposed to be there, and had all the information they needed. Nichole and her team took it completely out of our hands and all we needed to worry about was getting to the events and enjoying ourselves! They were there behind the scenes the day of the wedding and made sure everything went seamlessly. I got not a SINGLE phone call that day about anything going wrong, something being missing, a vendor being late…. It was amazing. All I did was hang out with my girlfriends, get ready, and get picked up to make it to the altar on time. It's the way it should be. The venue was beautiful. We had discussed it before but Nichole made it come to life. At the end of the reception, Nichole directed the clean up and made sure we got all of belongings safely returned to us within the next couple of days.

    When I first told my fiancé I was hiring a coordinator, he gave me a look. Looking back, we both agree that Nichole was key to making our wedding beautiful, stress-free, and I couldn't have done it without her.

    Nichole is an absolute gem! It is hard for me to find the right words to describe how truly wonderful she is. We grew up in Hawaii, but now live on the Mainland, and planned our wedding from over 4,000 miles away. Nichole made the process completely seamless from start to finish. She guided us through what seemed at the start to be an overwhelming process. I can’t remember ever feeling stressed about the planning process, and the wedding itself was the most enjoyable day of my life. I did not worry about a single detail; Nichole took care of every last thing. There was clearly much more that went on behind the scenes, which I did not even realize until the wedding was over!

    Nichole worked with all of our vendors to ensure that every vision we had expressed to her was executed. She knows many local vendors, and even arranged for special discounts from many of them because of her connections. She worked with our budget, but at the same time, insured that we had the very best for every single element. There was no detail left unplanned, and many of our guests commented that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. Nichole is smart, professional, motivated but above all, she is an absolute pleasure to work. Hiring Nichole was without a doubt the best decision that we made throughout the entire process. The wedding was amazing because she took our wildest dreams, and turned them into a reality.

    I loved working with Nichole! Initially I was hesitant to use a wedding planner for my daughter's wedding. But knowing that I wanted to enjoy this special time with my daughter and family, and that I would be stressed trying to coordinate it all myself, I gave in. I am so happy I did. Besides being very personable, I can honestly say that I don't believe you could find a more professional, dedicated, hard-working and positive, wedding planner. Not only is she a fabulous worker, she is creative and had many fabulous ideas. She is experienced as well and has connections to many local vendors who really like working with her. She gave us many choices, and they were all great - it was difficult to choose the ones we liked best. The day of couldn't have gone more smoothly - or have been more beautiful. So many of our guests commented that it was so beautiful it could have been in a wedding magazine. I gave Nichole all the credit because although it was our vision, Nichole was solely responsible for bringing it all together and making it so perfect because she was there, quietly in the background, working her magic. Although she denies it, I even suspect it was she who arranged the spectacular sunset and full moon :-) If you are considering using a wedding planner, you must give Nichole a call!

    I don?t usually write reviews. To be fair, less than 10% of people do. And when I do rate something, I am generally a pretty harsh critic. Maybe it is because I am generally skeptical when someone else hands out 5 stars across the board and I assume that the reviewer isn?t a critical consumer. Or maybe I?m just a curmudgeon. Either way, Nichole deserves nothing less than 5 stars across the board for the work she did for us for our wedding.

    I think the most difficult thing to understand, as a consumer, is the value proposition of a wedding coordinator. It is hard to imagine all the work that goes into the planning process until you get there and realize that the photographer needs a minute by minute schedule and has to coordinate her schedule with the videographer and someone needs to deal with the florist who refuses to work with the caterer because?well, I don?t know why and fortunately it wasn?t really my problem. Nichole handled it. It was hard to budget in a coordinator but it was the best money I spent on my wedding and honestly, if I were forced to choose between flowers and Nichole, my wedding would have been decorated with sand and seashells.

    Nichole went way above and beyond my expectations. It was the little things from offering to bring some beautiful linen cocktail napkins she had at home so I wouldn?t have to rent them?to the bigger things like dropping off welcome gifts all over town when my guests arrived (all in different hotels and across several days). She even went to the mall to pick up a bra for me because I realized at the last minute that I didn?t have one that worked with my after party dress. And she always did it with a smile on her face. It is amazing how many hours of work go into planning a wedding and how helpful it is to have a professional who has done it before to be there by your side easing the stress of the process.

    Nichole is super responsive. I prefer email so we generally communicated that way and 9 times out of 10, she would respond within hours?actually most of the time, she responded in under an hour. That was GREAT! It is so nice to have that immediate response from her.

    She is also really organized. One would assume that all wedding planners would be organized but I?ve heard horror stories so I thought I?d throw that out there. She is very good at managing other vendors which is really important in Hawaii. I love the aloha attitude until I need my caterer to send me a menu and then the New Yorker in me takes over. She has a great relationship with the other vendors on the island (probably because she is super sweet) and it was really helpful in getting issues resolved.

    Nichole was also helpful in working with our budget. She always tried to find ways to give us options and find ways to get the look or feel of what we wanted in a way that fit our budget.

    One star would be a fair rating because initially in our 3-4 e-mails that we exchanged, she was awesome. She responded very promptly and was very courteous. But that was where it ended. I was a bride-to-be, planning to have a destination wedding in Oahu. Based off of the many vendors I spoke with and was leaning towards booking, they highly recommended her, so I was pretty much 90% positive I would book her for my "partial planning". We were excited to meet her, because she was one of the vendors we were mainly trying to book. We flew in from California with positive feelings about this entire trip, thinking that we would get the most important thing handled-finding a planner. In the end, the day that we arranged to meet up, she was a "no show". My fiancé and I waited at the Honolulu Design Center for approx. 30-40 minutes while texting, calling, and even e-mailing her with NO RESPONSE. We gave her the benefit of the doubt, and just hoped nothing happened to her, or nothing was wrong. We received no response, or apology that entire day. The next day, we met with one of the vendors that highly recommended her and told her we were stood up by Nichole. She was very surprised and said she did not expect that from her. Then we find out that she was present at another meeting and was just 'fine & dandy' the night before (the day of our supposed meeting). I mean really, my husband and I were only there to handle wedding tasks for about 5 days. You should be more considerate of our time. If you did not want to work with us then that is fine. Just be professional about it. Up until this day, we have yet to receive a text, call, or e-mail as an apology for never showing up to the meeting. And please, do not try to apologize now because of this rating. It is a little too late. This took place I believe in the end of the July in 2015. Sorry, it took me a while to write this because I was still planning my wedding and I did not want any vendors I booked to feel uncomfortable.
