Nick captured our big day so perfectly, we are absolutely blown away with how stunning our photos are!!! He was also just a dream to work with, very willing to hop on the phone to chat through anything and everything leading up to the day, incredibly knowledgable and accountable throughout all of the planning.
Nick is also just a super fun and energetic person, which made everything that day even more fun. We had a very, very large wedding party (like 25 people including us) which isn't easy to tackle, but Nick did so flawlessly. He made us and our wedding party feel so comfortable, and made everything flow so seamlessly day of, we didn't have to worry about a thing! We had an absolute blast.
And the photos... wow. Nick plus Danee are INCREDIBLE at what they do and are well worth the investment. Book them now, you will not be disappointed. -

My husband and I worked with Nick plus Danee’s associate photographer, Lexi, for our engagement session and wedding. The first time we met for our engagement shoot, my husband and I were both nervous and a little camera shy. Instantly, working with Lexi felt like being photographed by an old friend. She made us feel comfortable in front of the camera, which ultimately led to a stunning selection of candid photos that captured our love for each other perfectly. Leading up to our wedding, Lexi was extremely supportive of changes we made to our plan as a result of the COVID-19 health pandemic and was communicative and professional throughout. On our wedding day, she was more than just a photographer and did everything from re-pinning flowers in my hair to helping us fill out our marriage license. The quality of Lexi’s photos are truly stunning and embody the beautiful PNW colors that we love so much. We will be reaching out to Lexi for future photography needs! She is amazing! -

Absolutely stunning photos!
We were SO excited to hire Nick and Danee to be our elopement photographers! They were quick to answer any of our questions before our big day AND were totally pumped to hike 12+ miles in one day to photograph our mountain wedding. They were rockstars on the hike, super easy going, and fun to be around. When it came to picking a ceremony spot on the mountain, they gave us their professional opinion about the best place to shoot with the light and we totally trusted they knew best and holy cow, the pictures they took were amazing! Not only are they super talented, they are amazing, fun, and wonderful people. We highly recommend! -

User2246212 Sent on 07/28/2015We were referred to Nick through a friend who had just gotten married. He is young, energetic and has a passion for what he does. A majority of our communications with Nick were done via email. He replies quickly and makes communication a breeze. An engagement session was included in our package and this was the first time we actually met Nick. We were instantly comfortable with him and felt our engagement session was easy, fun and allowed us to act natural. He truly captured us. Our wedding pictures were returned in less than a month! Awesome turn-around. They were beautiful! We can't wait to frame them and hang around the house. Albums are a little pricey through him. Only advise is to be sure you get all the pictures you want at the ceremony / reception. We missed a few key shots that we will regret in the future. All and all he is awesome!!! -
User1799495 Sent on 09/08/2014Our pictures came back off center, my dress is cut off in most of them, my husband's arms are cut off, you can't see people's feet... I could go on and on. Our photographer day of was aloof, she provided no direction (which is very visible in the photos, as most of us are standing far apart and didn't know it, my bouquet is up in all of them (she never told me to move it down), my dress is cut off, the full length photos of me and my husband are not full length...). The worst part of this was that my bridal party had to step in and direct the photos, our photographer was not prepared, and at one point even made comments under her breath, and clearly did not want to be there. I wish I would've researched some poses beforehand.
Know that there is a survey that you fill out beforehand indicating what poses, or group shots that you want. We filled that out, so why there was issues with said group shots, I have no idea. We picked this photographer based on her photojournalistic view, and she did a great job with that, but, that does not negate the need to know how to do a basic bride, groom, mom, dad photo- the ones that you frame and keep forever. Ours our now forever off center and don't look good at all framed. She also missed some key shots at the reception, and my mother in law is really sad about it.
When I addressed these issues with the owner, he dismissed me saying that his photographer is great, and that a meeting beforehand would've solved these problems. No meeting is going to solve anything for a photographer who needs more experience. He did not offer us a refund, and he was short in his replies, he did offer us a small discount on our prints. I refuse to give this company any more of my money, so no thanks! Also: we called him numerous times, and he would only respond via email.
I hope this helps everyone! I'm so sad that our pictures look like this, we paid alot of money and we got shots that look like my 8 year old niece took them.
