They have many different styles of dresses and a very reasonable price range. I found my dress right away since I had a particular one in mind but they allowed me to try on any dress that caught my eye. They were very helpful and personable, which made the experience that much better.

Davia gave me a lot of lovely care and attention and professionalism in my appointment. She gave me a lot of good ideas and encouragement and made the whole process very lighthearted and fun! It definitely made a big difference that she is a designer herself and is clearly very knowledgeable about fabrics and styling etc. I would highly encourage any brides I know to come see her.

I had such a great experience shopping for my wedding dress at Nicole Miller in Soho. Anadina, the store Manager was so instrumental in helping me find the perfect dress. She was so professional and had great suggestions. I could not be happier with the whole experience and am so excited for our big day!

Liz at Nicole Miller in SoHo, New York City made my wedding dress dreams come true. The dress itself, JB0006 is the style number, is stunning. One of my aunts came up to me at my wedding and said, “Yours is the most unique and most beautiful wedding dress I’ve ever seen - and don’t tell my daughter” whose wedding was a few years ago! My mother describes the dress as if you took your great-grandmother’s wedding dress and re-worked it on a red carpet style from today. It’s timeless and modern all at once. PLUS, the price was great and I had it in hand three weeks after I tried it on. I needed $35 worth of alterations - shortening the straps a tiny bit. Otherwise the dress fit me like a glove. It was comfortable to dance in, to sit in, and I hated taking it off at the end of the night. If you’re looking for a low-key but very exciting wedding dress shopping experience, definitely stop here and ask for Liz!

I read many reviews before going to Nicole miller bridal and was extremely
nervous about getting my dress from there. The reviews were not positive.
However my experience was completely different. I found all the staff i had
worked with to be helpful and friendly. Especially Rilda, who went out of her
way to get a dress for me to try on that was not in season yet. When I did
decide to get the dress, she constantly gave me updates of when the dress would
arrive as well as gave me her personal cell phone to reach out to her with any
questions or problems. I can not imagine working with anyone better.

Overall if you are looking for a simple but elegant gown that wont break the
bank, Nicole miller is the place. And definitely ask for Rilda!! However
everyone else i worked with was great too.

Simple and beautiful wedding dresses for the modern woman. The Soho store has a low key wedding section at the back, with great light and no pushy salespeople. Dresses are made in sizes and you get your dresses within a few weeks, none of the stressful 4 month production period and multiple fittings scenario. I bought the dress 6 months before the wedding and about 4 weeks before the day took it to my regular dress maker for the alterations. I did choose a simpler style, but then again I would never set foot in Klinefelds.... The other store I did visit repeatedly is Lovely in the West Village, which also had a great low key experience. I simply kept choosing Nicole Miller dresses and wanted to see the full collection.

Wonderful service - there was a problem with the seam along the zipper of my dress and the shop replaced it in 1 week!!! Everyone in the store was welcoming and patient...and excited to meet the bride. I would highly recommend at least trying on a Nicole Miller wedding dress...they are beautiful and well-made...all are lined and have corsets. With Nicole Miller you can't go wrong.

I felt like I had been to every bridal store in New York City, but then decided to try Nicole Miller and found a dress I loved right away! Her dresses are simple and flattering and hardly need any alterations. And, to top it all off, the most affordable dresses I had seen! The nice woman who helped me in the Soho store suggested a chunky Nicole Miller necklace to go with it and it immediately made the dress shine. I think I received more compliments on my wedding day for the necklace than I did anything else!

I had been trying on wedding dresses for two days straight with no success when I went into the Nicole Miller store in New York City. I found several dresses I loved and when I put on my dress I knew it was perfect! Nicole Miller is also a very good deal for a designer wedding dress!

I purchased my wedding dress at Nicole Miller in SoHo. I met my sister in law there, and we were taken to a private back room, to try on dresses. They even allowed us to take pictures so I could show to my Mom who couldn't make it. As soon as I tried the dress on, I knew it was the one. To my surprise, it was only $545. I was ready to pay over $2,000 for it. (That made my husband very happy) I would recommend Nicole Miller to any bride who wants a beautiful country/beachy/casual chic look.

I really enjoyed working with Liz at the NY bridal salon. She was very helpful in helping me find my perfect dress and helping me to envision the entire look. I was so glad I bought the Nicole Miller dress....many people told me it was "so me", which is exactly what I was going for!

I LOVED my Nicole Miller gown. Was an amazing gown at a fantastic value. Only draw back is that they don't do alterations. They recommended the Village Tailor for that -- DON'T TAKE YOUR GOWN THERE. The owner is nice but the tailor is rude and did not do a good job at all. I can't believe Nicole Miller recommends them. Eventually they got it right, but it took 3 visits.

I found my dress at the store in Atlanta where the shop girls were out right rude, turns out, one of whom was an owner. So I called the New York store and ordered it with them. The dress is stunning, I had to return it for a different size, and they were not only accommodating, they rushed the second shipment. The dress was beautifully made (my seamstress who did alterations was shocked at how affordable it was), and a great price. Bravo.

My only complaint is how hod the sizing was and that no one had a good recommendation where to take measurements :)

I found the perfect dress at Nicole Miller. Lace, train, illusion and at a very fair price. The customer service was fantastic and I was very pleased with the transaction. They did convince me to go up a size, which was a mistake in the end as it required a lot more tailoring. But otherwise, I loved the dress.

The bridal consultant really helped me feel comfortable and confident in my choices. She was able to pull the entire look together and even helped me pick out jewelry to go. Nicole Miller dresses are simple, elegant, and light... easy to dance and move around in. I love my dress!

I found the staff in this store to be extremely helpful. I found the perfect dress. It only took one week for the dress to arrive in the store and they were good about calling me with updates. My only complaint is the tailor that they recommended me to use... the shop was obviously not set up for bridal gowns (small and dirty) and the tailor argued with me over what I wanted. I ended up having to ask him to redo something. Luckily, it all turned out okay in the end.

The staff here were fairly helpful with my requests to try on dresses on very short notice. I did end up finding the perfect dress here and I 'm happy with the vendor. They were great about mailing the dress to me from the city and though it arrived a bit crumpled, it was not a traditional style wedding dress so I was happy that it steamed out OK. For the cost i would have expected a better job packing and shipping the dress.

I didn't love the salesperson for my bridal session—she seemed unfriendly and somewhat snobby, albeit professional—which is somehow possible in SoHo—but she helped me find a dress that was a great value, which looked gorgeous without my needing to radically diet or alter the dress, and I love the dress. Also, it came with a coupon for a free $400 dress on our one year anniversary, so that was pretty great.

Overall, I was very happy with my dress.

I had found my dress elsewhere but ended up ordering it directly from Nicole Miller, taking out the middle man. My first attempt to order the dress did not go well. I ended up speaking with someone who was not with bridal and who didn't know the bridal line. I ended up calling another store and had wonderful customer service and it went off without a hitch. The dress arrived in a perfect amount of time and only needed slight alterations (mostly hem, since I am 5'1"). The dress was beautiful and exactly what I wanted.

I LOVE my wedding dress. LOVE. I came into Nicole Miller knowing pretty much which dress I wanted, and walked out having bought it on the day of my fitting. Nicole Miller offers a lot of cool, fashion-forward dresses that walk the line between modern and traditional, at very reasonable prices. They also offer a discount if you purchase the day of your fitting, which I took advantage of. The product and price are basically perfect. The service at the Soho store, however, was lacking. My bridal consultant seemed ditzy and kept recommending that I try on dresses that were absolutely awful on me. Also she described every dress as "pleasant." It seemed like she just graduated from manager of The Gap in Short Hills, NJ to bridal consultant at Nicole Miller. Also, they shipped the dress to me without requiring a signature for it, and I came home late one night to see that the box had been sitting under my mailbox all day. Hm. Bottom line: my dress is perfect and gorgeous, but service at the Nicole Miller salon in Soho is not. (note, though, that NM dresses are available at other bridal shops too.)

I found my perfect wedding dress at Nicole Miller! I was very satisfied by the professionalism and customer service of the staff, but was disappointed in the responsiveness of the team when a favor was needed. Just a month before the wedding, I requested a fabric sample to use in finding our groomsmen outfits. However, Nicole Miller never followed through on the request. Needless to say, I was very disappointed!

Let me start out by saying that I LOVED my dress. I mean, from the moment I saw it in a window of a Brooklyn boutique (didn't know it was Nicole Miller at the time) to the moment I tried it on, I just knew it was probably going to be the one I chose. I found it at three locations around NY but ultimately bought it from Nicole Miller because they gave me the best price ($1200, down from $1600). I thought that the sales girls were a little unprofessional and they didn't give me the kind of special treatment that you get at someplace like Cymbelline (go there!), but there was a private room and one-on-one treatment, plus all of the dresses are beautiful and reasonably priced (if you think $1,000 is reasonable for a dress you wear once, which you will if you shop around enough). I recommend at least one visit to the flagship store, just know that if you buy your dress from them, you cannot return it once you take it home, even if the tags are still on. I hesitated about the size I ordered but once I had it home, they would not take it back. Probably a common policy, but it can get you in a bind if you're not careful.

Before I start, I want to make a point to say that Nicole Miller dresses are beautiful, I am very happy I wore the one I did. However, they can be purchased in bridal shops, so no need to go to the Nicole Miller store, where the staff is just snooty. My overall rating reflects my feelings towards the store, not the dress which I would recommend to anyone who likes stylish simplicity.

I got married in a beautiful and elegant strapless sheath dress by Nicole Miller. I had originally tried it on in a small bridal boutique, but wanted to see the full range of the designer’s dresses, so I went to the Nicole Miller store in SoHo and ended up purchasing it directly from them. In hindsight, I probably should have bought it from the bridal boutique.

The store’s staff, while very polite, was a little snooty and pretentious. The woman I first met with was the most helpful. She showed me all the dresses in the line, based on the style I described and the budget I had. She offered my friend and I something to drink. I had a favorite (the original one from the other shop), but wasn’t ready to purchase it yet, as there was another designer’s dress I was thinking about too. The saleswoman said she could not charge me sales tax if I decided to purchase this dress. She created a file for me, and made notes. I returned a few weeks later to try the dress on again. The one salesperson wasn’t there, so another helped me. Polite but not very friendly, and definitely snobbish. I decided to purchase it. She couldn’t find my file, and wouldn’t extend the discount previously offered. She also convinced me to order a smaller size.

Know that their policies aren’t great. You have to pay in full to order the dress, and only have two weeks to exchange it (no returns, only exchanges, even though these dresses are already made, just stored in a warehouse somewhere, they are not made to order). When the dress comes in (much faster than they originally told me in my case), you only have a week or two to pick it up before they send it back to the warehouse (even though you have paid in full!). When I tried the actual dress on, it felt a little tight but the salesperson (yet another one!) told me that I should want it to be tight instead of loose (I’ll spare you the details of my panic when, two months before the wedding, the dress wouldn’t zip!). I left with it all crumpled up in a shopping bag (thanks to a fourth salesperson). The shop doesn’t do alterations. And know that when you do go for alterations, there is no extra fabric!!! Going bigger is safer than aiming for tight with the possibility of letting out (it cannot be let out, trust me).

The dress itself is beautiful! I couldn’t be happier with it now. It was definitely what I was looking for, and would absolutely wear the same one if I were to do it all over again. However, I’d probably buy it from another shop because the shopping experience at Nicole Miller wasn’t the most enjoyable.

I love the style and price of my wedding dress. I was not happy with the size ordered (one size too large), nor with the final, fitted result. Even after several fittings and many hem-mings by an accommodating recommended-by-Nicole-Miller-Bridal seamstress, there was still too much material, it was still too big, and it was too long on me on my wedding day. :(
