  Absolutely Perfect!

  We've been eating at the restaurant for years and always loved how elegant, romantic and warm it felt, for such a historic building. We were delighted to discover there were event spaces downstairs. If you are looking for a venue to share a smaller, intimate event, look no further. We had a guest count of 65 and this was the best location.
  
  We had an entire wedding weekend here and it was absolutely perfect. Every interaction with the event coordinator, Jennifer, was just so pleasant and helpful. She will help facilitate whatever your vision is and offer suggestions/ideas/vendors to make sure it happens.
  
  Everyone at the Inn cares about your happiness and having a successful event. You will be greeted by name, smiles galore and great service - it's old school service, which is a lost art these days. I would advise to book as early as possible, we booked over a year in advance. It is especially important if you need a hotel room block for your guests.
  
  Since we loved eating at the restaurant, we already knew the food was delicious. Everything was fantastic for rehearsal appetizers, reception buffet dinner and breakfast brunch, the following morning.
  
  I cannot sing their praises enough! If you are looking for a venue, try this place for parties, showers, birthdays and making your wedding dreams come true.

  We used their bridal suite and one of their corner suites for our wedding night it was really nice! We had a wonderful experience. It is really nice to have a place where all the girls get to enjoy themselves while getting ready. We loved it! :)

  We have enjoyed going to the Nicollet Island Inn since 2009. The hotel rooms are nice and the restaurant has excellent service and food.
  
  We held our wedding and reception here on Dec. 7, 2013. The Special Events Director, Sarah Gruber, was very accommodating, flexible, and wonderful to work with.
  
  We couldn’t be more pleased with how the event turned out. We are still receiving compliments from guests on the food, décor, and location.

The food is to die for. After the wedding, the party walked up to Nye's Polonaise Room and closed the bar down giving us a fabulous end to an absolutely wonderful day.

  The Nicollet Island Inn did a wonderful job holding both our ceremony and dinner! They were very accomodating and flexible about creating just the right atmosphere and menu for our guests. Even making a point to customize the printed menu to reflect food items not to order due to allergies some of our guests have! Bill who was the Manager on that evening was so attentive and made sure everyone's needs were met! We could not have been happier! Our guests loved the food and we loved that we had a beautiful elegant evening at such a reasonable price.

  The Nicollet Island Inn was absolutely beautiful and a place that my husband and I will cherish always! They were very detailed and provided great direction for a first time bride:) Sarah was a great event planner!

  I am so excited to get married at the Nicollet Island Inn! The venue is just right for our ceremony and reception and they have been super flexible with our ideas and brainstorming. The location is perfect and space is beautiful!
