Dream Beach Wedding
Michelle was professional and enthusiastic, she captured the best moments of our special day. We wanted memories of our private beach wedding and she made that happen from zipping me into my dress, to capturing my finances face when he first saw me to capturing candid moments of us just being us. Since we didn’t have a traditional wedding she pivoted amazingly and was flexible with us! Michelle would be an amazing asset to any couples next event whatever that me be! -

Beyond amazing!
Michele & her team are absolutely amazing! Michele is so sweet & fun to be around I’m so glad she was my wedding photographer, she also shot my proposal! Her photos are so stunning, she is truly so talented! Michele got us sneak peak photos the night of the wedding, she is so amazing & she sent us a few gifts throughout our engagement so thoughtful! I would love to work with Michele again! -

Amazing!
Michele is a GEM!! Throughout the whole process Michele was so easy to work with. She was very organized & her communication was on point. She sent me questionnaires that went over every scenario & detail she would need to know to do her job. We met during our engagement photo's & she was very professional & made us feel comfortable. I appreciated the fact that I had a chance to get to know & meet her before the big day.
Once the big day finally came we were on a tight time frame & Michele was patient & managed to keep everyone organized & fit in all of our different photo combos with ease.
I am extremely happy with all of the photo's, she was able to capture every beautiful moment & I am very thankfully! & to top it off she even got the photo's back sooner than expected! -

Michele has been with us since the literal beginning! From shooting our actual engagement at Tooth and Nail Winery, our engagement pictures at Montana De Oro State Park to our intimate wedding at Sycamore Mineral Springs Resort. She is so detail oriented, thoughtful (even mailed us a sweet gift leading up to the wedding), helped make us feel comfortable, and was incredibly organized and communicative. She was such a pleasure to work with. Michele and Nikkels Photography helped make our experience stress-free and produced the most beautiful images of 3 of the most joyous chapters of our lives! -

Message from the mother of the bride: Michele is an amazing photographer and person. She was so lovely to work with. As the mother of the bride, and used to controlling things, she put me at ease immediately and said, “ I got this mom.” I relaxed from that second on. She is so professional, creative, adaptable, skilled, artistic, and managed all of the photos with adept ease. She was in charge and we were all grateful as it turned out to be an extremely hot day. She had all of the family photos organized, and got everyone moving, thereby making a chore feel pleasurable. Michele worked quickly and thoughtfully.

My husband and I hired Michele as our wedding photographer and we couldn't happier that we did! Not only is she a talented photographer, but she is also an all-around amazing person. Something we really appreciated about Michele throughout the entire wedding planning process is that she truly took the time to get to know us. So, by the time it was our wedding day it felt more like we were hanging out with a friend than a vendor. We just got our wedding photos back this week and we have not stopped smiling since. Michele is truly a one-of-a-kind gem of a photographer. She stuck with us through 2+ years of planning and 2 wedding attempts as we were a Covid couple. Michele is a joy to work with!!! She is so funny, sweet and beyond talented. My then fiancé and now husband is super awkward taking photos and she helped him relax and enjoy the photo sessions for both our engagement session and wedding day! She caught the most magical moments at our wedding and even sent us a sneak peak of the photos the night of our wedding! Amazing destination wedding
We were out of towners booking a destination wedding in the central coast and Nikkels photography came up in a google search and I’m SO glad it did. Michelle and Kasie (her associate who took our shots day of) were both amazing. They had everything planned to a T which made my stress level decrease so much. They were on top of everything. Kasie had so many ideas of where to get great shots that we didn’t even think of and our photos turned out amazing. Michelle truly acted as our event coordinator for the day and everything was so organized and went off without a hitch. I’m so glad I didn’t have to spend the day worrying that all of the important shots would be covered. Everything was amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area. Thanks so much! -

We are so glad that we chose Michele to be our photographer. She is not only super organized, reliable, and professional, she's a really kind person! Michele was awesome to work with. She sent out a detailed itinerary and was so thorough throughout the day. As the videographer it helps when the photographer communicates with me and she did more than that and helped me get the content I needed to make a beautiful wedding film. Amazing Photos
10/10 I would recommend Nikkels Photography to any and everyone in need of a professional photographer. Michele took her time with both our engagement session and wedding photos and gave us a few different packages to choose from. She was supportive through out all the wedding planning and she and her team went above and beyond, even sent my husband and I gifts along the way to add her personal touch. One of the best decisions I made during wedding planning was hiring Nikkels photography, and there aren't words to express how much I appreciated Michele and her team! Michele was extremely professional from start to finish, paying attention to every single detail, gracefully managing a postponement and all the headaches that came with COVID-19 restrictions, and was SUCH a joy on the day of - our families and wedding party of 20 raved about her and her team and how nice/efficient they were. Even more importantly, she is SO skilled at what she does and delivered some of the most beautiful wedding images I have ever seen - 9 weeks early! Every single image she provided to us was amazing, and we couldn't have asked for anything more from a wedding photographer! Michele not only made life easy and had my back day-of, but she's just a wonderful person who truly cares about every couple she photographs. I knew all along I was in the best of hands with her. Do yourself a favor and hire her, you will not regret it! -

Absolutely exceptional
Groom - It's a bit of a running joke in my wife's family now non-photogenic we are. Standing in romantic poses can be awkward and weird! Especially when you're all dressed up and all eyes are on you. I'm not sure how she did it, but Michelle pulled us right out of our awkwardness and made us feel at ease. Before the wedding, I was legitimately worried that we would get these photos back and I would hate them. But seriously, we couldn't be happier with them. The quality of the photos are suburb. She was able to capture so many moments that just flew by in the wedding that it was like reliving it for a second time. All the "posed" photos turned out so good! She starts laughing, then the group starts laughing, then all of us are really enjoying ourselves and she captures that moment. My wife and I wanted to make a photo book but it’s almost impossible to narrow them down to the "good ones" because there are so many of them!
She's seriously amazing. Worth every penny. 10 out of 10. Would absolutely hire her again and recommend her to anyone. Especially those people who need a little encouragement to smile, like myself. She made all the difference.
