  Shelby and Ashley are amazing at what they do. Period. As you are caught up in the whirlwind of your wedding day, they are somehow managing to capture beautiful shots of your moment in time that you will treasure. Color & Composition of photos are gorgeous!

  Nima photography is absolutely amazing! Both our engagement photos and wedding photos were stunning and we had a blast working with Shelby and Ashley. They are both professional, talented, and so much fun! They were always quick to respond to emails and were so accommodating. They have a great way of making you feel comfortable in front of the camera and were able to capture every moment of our day. We can't imagine a better photography duo!

  Nima photography is absolutely amazing! Both our engagement photos and wedding photos were stunning and we had a blast working with Shelby and Ashley.   Shelby and Ashley are two of the most talented and down to earth ladies we've ever had the pleasure of working with during our wedding process. They provided us with ideas for our engagement photos' location and extremely flexible with the schedules (despite that they both are new mommies). They captured so many beautiful photos from our special day and I'm so in love with their amazing work. If you are looking for photographers who are genuine, talented, professional, and flexible, these are the girls for you! Highly recommended to anyone for any occasions!

  Ashley and Shelby are two of the sweetest ladies you will ever meet. I remember feeling so nervous about engagement photos because it's weird and I'm not a model and frankly, I think they're kind of stupid.. But luckily we used NIMA Photography and they made us both feel confident, natural, and we had fun! The best part was that since they were so easy to work with for engagement photos we didn't have any of those nerves going into our wedding day.. and our photos could not have come out more beautiful. They truly captures every detail, even things we didn't see or notice. I would definitely recommend to everyone I know, and I hope to get to continue to utilize their services.
  
  One more thing I'll add because it shows the type of character NIMA has: I found out later that Ashley was getting married the weekend after us, I would have never known because she acted like we were the only and most important thing on her mind during our time with them!   Shelby & Ashley are a dynamic duo that I just can't say enough good things about! They are both so easy to talk to, quick to respond, and are a delight to work with. We hired them for family photos in the past and when it came time for our wedding, it was a no-brainer that NIMA photography was who we wanted to shoot our most important day! They surpassed all our expectations!! Since then we've hired them for business headshots which went great and can't wait for the next event to work with them again. They are genuine and talented and truly embody fine art photography!

  When looking for a engangement/wedding photographer, the most important thing to my wife and I was to find a photographer who truly captured the emotion of joy, laughter, and love. That is exactly what we got from NIMA Photography's beautiful pictures! I met with Ashley for our intial consolutation and immediately I felt at ease. She was a great listener and provided some terrific suggestions from her experience with photographing weddings. However, once Ashely showed me her work, I was sold from that point forward!
  
  Ashely and Shelby met with us the next month for an engagement photo shoot in San Marco (Jacksonville) and we loved their energy and creativity with various shots. They were both genuine, easy going, and proffesional. As a client, it was fun to see them get really excited about trying different shots and lighting. It showed us they are passionate and want to take the best pictures possible!
  
  During the wedding, we got the same fun vibe but when there was a time crunch for photos (i.e. right after the ceremony, just before the reception) Ashely was very direct and efficicent taking in all the shots we wanted with our family & friends. Some of their finest work came during the wedding reception. While Ashley was with us at the Church, Julie was already at the reception venue taking shots of the band, place settings and details. Those details truly captured the evening for us, because if you're married, you probably remember your wedding day as a complete blur. Finally, we loved how during the reception, Ashley and Julie got all of the shots we wanted (and more!) without being intrusive.
  
  Overall, we highly recommend NIMA Photography! We feel in love with our engagement pictures, but when we saw our wedding pictures...we were blown away! If you're reading this review wondering if you should book them, stop, and go book them, like now! You won't regret it :)

  Shelby and Ashley are wonderful to work with. Their pictures are beautiful and they capture the perfect moments. They help you feel at ease even when having your picture taken. Because we used them for both our engagement shoot and wedding day shoot we received a discount! They are our forever-photographers...we will continue to use them in the future! :)

  Not only is NIMA’s work absolutely stunning, but these ladies are great people and so much fun to work with. Their use of natural lighting and artistic eye sealed the deal for me right away. They were flexible with our budget and were able to work out a package that suited our needs. My wedding day was worry free as they took charge and gave us great direction on how to pose for our bridal portraits. They even went out of their way to make sure the venue coordinator brought us food and drinks after taking photos. Talk about service! These ladies are top of the line with a great sense of humor and exceptionally photography. You will blessed to hire them on your big day or for any occasion. We look forward to using them as our family grows. :-)

  Honestly these girls made our wedding day so incredibly easy and we had the most beautiful photos. They are helpful and attentive and made my husband and I feel so relaxed during our whole wedding. We loved them and often recommend them to our closest friends! They are worth every single penny!!

  I used NIMA photography for both my engagement session and wedding. Me, my husband, and our family and friends were blown away by their photos! You can never pick a favorite picture from them becuause they all truly turn out amazing! We can't wait to use NIMA again in the future for maternity and new born photos as well!

  I absolutely adore everything the ladies at NIMA Photography do! Our engagement and wedding photos are incredible; I never imagined we would get such beautiful results! The experiences we've had with this team have been relaxed and fun (and that's coming from a couple who is less than comfortable in front of the camera!)   Me and my (now)wife are pretty critical when comes to professional photographers, as we both have contracted several of them in our lines of work... After interviewing a few artsy-fartsy wedding photographers that were asking high price tags... a friend told us about NIMA. We had our initial phone consult with Shelby and Ashley and we practically checked Photographer off the list! These Gals are super down-to-earth, young professionals that know their stuff and they specialize, specifically in what they do... Which means they did NOT try to up-sell us on other things just to make money like other companies did. It's all about YOU with NIMA. They even dealt with our crazy family members trying to hostilely, takeover our formal portraits (which got out of control) and they still pulled it off flawlessly... lol sorry NIMA!! The thing that made us most comfortable working with Shelby and Ashley at NIMA, is the fact that they were about our age and they "get it"... Even from the first call, we could feel the level of integrity they have in their work... they treat it like it's their own sisters wedding and not just another gig to pay the bills with. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND NIMA all the way!!!!

Even from the first call, we could feel the level of integrity they have in their work... they treat it like it's their own sisters wedding and not just another gig to pay the bills with.   1. Pricing is very good! (especially with the value of 2 great photographers at once) We did one flat rate for Engagement and Wedding.
  2. Great to work with - Very professional / down-to-earth / detail and task oriented
  3. Do not stop until the job is done! - They are in early and out late... whatever it takes
  4. They just get it! Shelby recently got hitched and Ashley is currently engaged herself... these gals are young, energetic, very relate-able and they just get it because they are passionate about what they do.
  
  I could go on further... but there you go... 4 reasons why you can Check "Photographer" Off your list and rest assured that these ladies will knock it out of the park you!!

  Shelby and Ashley with NIMA were amazing to work with. They helped me create perfect wedding photos and captured all of my special moments.   Shelby and Ashley were the most wonderful photographers we could've asked for! Their work speaks for itself and they completely captured what my husband and I wanted from our day. We can't recommend them enough for couples looking for timeless memories of their big day!
  
  From the first day we booked them, NIMA always went out of their way to ensure that the last thing we would need to worry about on our big day was our photography. They traveled from out of town for our wedding, but still found time to scout locations around our venues that would be fun for photos. Their research obviously paid off, because we had some great shots taken at spots that we would not have otherwise thought of as formal photography settings. They are a dynamic team with an artistic eye, always finding a way to capture a hidden moment that would have otherwise gone unnoticed. We were amazed at the pictures they captured when we had no idea they were even snapping their cameras! Both my husband and I were totally at ease and comfortable with them taking pictures when we were getting ready. They went completely unnoticed during our ceremony (in a conservative church that discouraged photography), but used long lenses to capture amazing shots throughout the service. They were also a subtle presence during the reception, and didn’t act like those photographers you've seen that jump in front of everyone for a shot...yet the photos look like they were in the thick of the action the whole time. We're still not sure how they did it!
  
  We couldn't be happier with the final products. We love the fact that we have photos that are modern and elegant, but we know are timeless enough to be admired by our grandkids in future years. We're sure they did some finishing work on some of the pics, but we honestly can't tell--every picture is organically lit and never appear doctored (like we've seen from other photographers!).

  Shelby and Ashley are so talented and were both absolutely amazing to work with. My husband and I could not have been happier with our engagement shoot and our wedding photos.
  
  From my very first email, to our engagement shoot, wedding day, and even after we received our wedding photos, Shelby and Ashley have gone above and beyond to answer all of our questions and make us feel completely at ease. The entire process with them has just been wonderful since the start.
  
  They did an amazing job of capturing moments that truly represent mine and my husbands relationship during our engagement session. And absolutely no detail was missed from our wedding day. My dad and I had an unplanned and very last minute "first look"right before the wedding which I was not expecting photos of. But Shelby was right there the entire time with her camera and captured everything.
  
  As if Shelby and Ashley weren't amazing enough, before the ceremony the curls in my hair started falling out to the point where my hair was almost straight (my hair hates being curled :/) but before I could start freaking out, Ashley grabbed her curling iron from her car and personally curled my hair. She truly saved the day and I could not have been more thankful!
  
  We really can't say enough wonderful things about them! We would absolutely recommend them to anyone and when the time comes we will definitely be using them in the future for our maternity/baby/family photos :)
