No. 1 Flowers was recommended to me through my wedding planner. In our initial consultation, Jo brought a customized design plan. There we picked out every flower, and decided on the layout with my planner ideas.
My planner suggested a cake table with flowers surrounding it. The cake looked like it was on a bed of flowers. It was so beautiful. Jo did an amazing job. I appreciate her flexibility. She truly captured my wedding theme: modern, timeless, clean, neutral.
My bouquet was more than what I could imagine. I had an idea I saw on Pinterest to have floating candle down the hallway. Perfection! -

No.1 Flowers are the absolute best in town!
Jo was patient and helpful while I pieced together ideas for my wedding. Jo was forthcoming with ideas and suggestions and overall a pleasure to work with!
I’m addition, we had Jo be our day of coordinator and I couldn’t be more grateful to have her! She was detail oriented and a HUGE help to have as Bride! -

When I met with Jo to go over what I wanted for floral, she instantly knew what I was looking for. I wanted it to feel like I went through a garden and picked flowers to make a bouquet, and what she created was so dreamy! She was so easy to work with, and so flexible when we moved not only dates but venues. I can't recommend No.1 Flowers enough! -

I am thankful that I took my time to search for florist. Jo was wonderful, she went above and beyond what was asked. Thank you so much for assisting with setting up the reception. Time was not on our side with the reception setup and she pulled everything together with helping the planner and decorator. I loved everything she did for the ceremony, totally captured my vision -

Cara Sent on 04/01/2018Wow! I'm telling you now, there is no better value than No. 1 flowers. I was even a little worried because the price was so good, but my flowers were GORGEOUS! Jo is so talented, my bridal bouquet was perfect and everything was so pretty. We also used her for all our tables, chairs, and linens. She is a one stop shop and saved us the headache of looking all over the place. I also trusted her opinions 100%. I could not give her a stronger recommendation!! -

Great for the Price.
Jo did an amazing job on the flowers. It was way more than I expected for the price on most things. She had some circumstances that didn't allow her to pick up her items from my venue on time that night and my venue didn't like that but overall the floral turned out great. -

I was a destination bride planning my wedding from afar and unfortunately I learned the importance of seeing decor in person. I really wish I was able to do a consultation in person so I could have seen samples. My bouquet was not the shape I wanted and didn't have enough flowers. My bridesmaids bouquets were tiny--much much smaller that any of the sample photos I sent over. The palm plants were much shorter than the sample photos, too. Plus, the ribbon wrap on all bouquets was the wrong color.
I never stated a desired budget and would have been happy to spend more money to get the size and shape bouquets and decor that I had asked for. -

Is the worst planner, not just planner but person I have ever met, If I could put no stars I would.... I am a planner myself and I know the importance in having a planner for most events big or small. I purchased the middle contract that includes most services covered by Jo and under her guidance and support throughout the planning of my wedding.
1. Jo never answered a phone call or returned one phone call.
2. When I sent Jo an email it would take several days if not weeks before I received a response.
3. I scheduled 2 appointments. 1 at her office space, for which I sent messages by text, email and phone call verifying if we were having the appointment still, with no response, then waiting 30 minutes past the appointment at the office space I finally decided to leave. Then after leaving I get a phone call that she is not going to make the appointment.
The second appointment scheduled months in advance, I get told an hour before that she isn't going to make it. She rescheduled for three hours later 3pm then after I leave, mind you the location is 1.5 hours away from both me and her. Then I receive a message around 2pm she can't make it and we have to reschedule. at this point I was no longer interested in her poor services.
I sent her an email firing her from being my planner then within a matter of seconds I receive a cancellation letter. Of course only stating that I will be receiving 50% of my payment for her poor to almost no service and that I would receive it 30 days after the date of the letter.
3. It is now over 30 days and 30 business days from 10 July and to this day I have yet to receive any of the 50% of the payment I have given Jo.
DO NOT HIRE THIS LADY OR ANYONE THAT WORKS FOR HER!
I DO NOT LIE AND HAVE NO REASON TO START TODAY.. I OWE NOTHING TO NO ONE WHO READS THIS AND HAVE NO REASON TO FALSIFY INFORMATION.
