  Exemplary Wedding Day Coordination: Organized, Helpful & Five-Star Experience

  I cannot speak highly enough of No Stress Events, LLC, particularly Taylor and her exceptional team. We opted for their 'Month of Coordination Deluxe' package for our wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made for our special day. From the outset, their communication was prompt and helpful, ensuring that every detail was accounted for and that our vision was seamlessly brought to life.

  No question, No Stress Events is the best!

  If you're looking for a planner, day-of coordinator, or anything in between to help you plan and execute your perfect wedding day, look no further than No Stress Events. The name truly says it all! After we were engaged, it was so overwhelming trying to figure out where to get started, but Taylor helped us jump right in. She took the time to really listen to our vision, answer questions, and help us understand what was feasible within our budget. We opted for the full service package and it was well worth it. Taylor had clear timelines and offered up multiple vendors for us to consider when it came time to decide on things like florist, DJ, photographer, etc. Took all the stress out of researching vendors and reviewing contracts, etc, all we had to do was select the vendor, sign the contract, and pay the deposit. Leading up to our wedding, Taylor put together our timeline and facilitated final detail meetings. There was a lot to do, but nothing fell through the cracks and as the bride, I really appreciated being able to leave the more administrative things to Taylor while I could focus on some of the more "fun" details! Taylor also ensured a smooth rehearsal the night before our wedding - corralling officiant, organist, wedding party, parents, grandparents, etc so we could complete our rehearsal on schedule. On our wedding day, Taylor and her team took care of all the details - if anything went wrong, I wasn't aware and I couldn't have been happier with everything! In fact, we got several comments from guests that it was one of the best weddings they've attended. Many thanks to Taylor and No Stress Events for helping us bring our perfect wedding day to life!

  Taylor Lindsey, our wedding fairy godmother!!

  We are so incredibly grateful for Taylor's skill, time, and effort she contributed to planning our big day! After realizing I was in over my head trying to plan our wedding, we chose No Stress Events and their partial planning package and Taylor saved the day! She organized everything we needed to do, month by month, into easier to handle checklists that both me and my now husband couple accomplish. We weren't sure the value that we would get from the partial planning package, but now we can easily say it was the best purchase we made during the entire process of wedding planning! Taylor still went above and beyond for us, being the communication point between what felt like a million vendors, helping us make the big stressful decisions, and even giving us recommendations on wedding bands. On the day of, I finally felt like I could take a breathe and enjoy the day. Taylor handled every single thing from putting together and decorating our altar arch to re-securing stubborn boutonnieres to herding our rather large bridal party for rehearsal and pictures. We still talk about how we never would have been able to pull off our wedding without Taylor.   I could not be more pleased with the exceptional service provided by Taylor and her team! Taylor's expertise shined through in every aspect of her work. We chose the ‘Partial Planning’ package. Initially, I felt overwhelmed by the multitude of wedding tasks and details, but as soon as I met with Taylor for our first meeting, she put all my worries to rest and reassured me that everything would fall into place.
  
  Even though I had already booked a few vendors before bringing Taylor on board, I was highly impressed by how seamlessly she took charge of communication with them. For the remaining vendors we needed, Taylor's recommendations were invaluable, guiding us to trustworthy options that aligned with our budget. I consider myself detailed and well-organized, but I genuinely couldn't have navigated the wedding planning process without her assistance. Her planning tool, Aisle Planner, was a game-changer, consolidating all essential information in one convenient location.

  I couldn't be more happier with Taylor and her team! She was absolutely AMAZING! I felt that every part of my wedding day was in good hands. From the moment I had my consultation, I knew I wanted No Stress Events as a day of coordinator for my wedding. She was very thorough with the details of my day that I didn't even think of. The information in the meetings were overwhelming at first but Taylor re-assured that she was just asking questions that was going to make everything run smoothly. She was totally right!

  The best help you could ask for

  Taylor was so great, and I wish that I had enlisted her help so much sooner! I was such a disorganized and stressed bride, but Taylor really made everything more simple to manage.   Taylor was there every step of the way while planning my wedding. She thought of every little detail and kept me on track throughout the process. Her day of coordination couldn’t have been more smooth and our wedding day couldn’t have been more perfect without her help!   Weight lifting!

  Taylor was amazing. She was very prepared and helpful. She listened to my vision and helped it come true. She was my eyes when I couldn't see and took ease off my stress. Which was very much needed! She was efficient when it came to prep and nailed the execution. I absolutely recommend No Stress Events to help coordinate your big day. Even if it's just for the Day of Ceremony. After I hired her, I felt the weight off my shoulders immediately. I will definitely use her services in the future! A pleasure to work with.

  She made my dream wedding vision come to life

  I cannot recommend Taylor more for your day-of coordinator! I needed someone to help set-up the venue and keep everyone organized for the ceremony and she did it all perfectly, plus more. Between the 2 pre-wedding meetings, the documents she had me fill out with decor and placement at the venue, her detailed timeline, and just being there for the countless questions I had for her, I truly didn’t worry about a thing on my wedding day. She executed everything exactly how we had discussed and even decorated my cake when there was an issue with the bakery’s delivery time! My wedding day was beautiful all thanks to her.

  Taylor was the perfect day of coordinator for us. She made sure that everything we had planned for our wedding day was executed perfectly. She created and managed the timeline, communicated with all of our vendors, helped me with missing details, and set up and tore down everything according to plan. She arrives promptly and works efficiently and tirelessly on your event! I absolutely loved how she is so attentive to everyone's needs! The wedding ceremony was GORGEOUS!   Wonderful. Stress free. Very unique ideas.

  I hired No Stress Events to plan my daughter's 18th birthday party. Taylor is amazing. She came up with a flower truck, beautiful balloon bouquets and arched. Helped me with all the table chair backdrop and linen rentals. She did everything there was literally no stress for me. Had amazing suggestions on food and dessert.

  The perfect coordinator for our wedding!

  I cannot express how much support Taylor gave me and my new husband leading up to and through our wedding day! Taylor truly went above and beyond. We hired her as a day-of coordinator, and we had two planning meetings in the six weeks leading up to the wedding. She respected all of the planning that we had already done for the event, and followed up on details that we may have forgotten otherwise! The planning meetings gave me peace of mind when it came to planning a big event, and she was very patient and helpful throughout.
  During the ceremony rehearsal and on the day of the wedding, Taylor took all of the pressure off of me, my bridesmaids, and my family. Like any big event, we did have some last minute snags (including our cake melting at the venue!), and Taylor handled every hiccup quickly and smoothly. Our attendees (including my husband and me!) never knew that anything was ever amiss! She also effectively directed all of our family members and friends who offered to help us with decor. Our officiant and all of the members of our bridal party kept telling us how awesome she was!

When my mom and I sat down to plan we realized we were way over our heads and we needed help. My mom started looking for Wedding Planners and we came across Taylor. Taylor kept everything organized for us. Month by month she kept us on track. She would contact the vendors for us, and send us the information so we could pay. Her phone was on all hours of the day if we had any questions. Two weeks before the wedding we decided we wanted a videographer and Taylor pulled through! Taylor was amazing when it came to the rehearsal and day of the wedding. She kept everyone organized with a timeline of the day and made sure we were all in the right spots at the right time. Taylor made our special day wonderful and I am happy to say that she was so great we became friends through all of this!
