We have had a wonderful experience with Tania and the staff of North Ranch Country Club. Our Indian Wedding which was held over two days required a lot of flexibility and Tania always helped us with a smile. We felt so comfortable with her and everything worked like a Charm.

Our Wedding coordinator and our vendors got so much help and cooperation. Some of the examples are - letting the Tent guys early so they could set up, providing wired ethernet access to our photographer for live streaming, access to the caterer for refrigeration....the list goes on and on. It's these small things that make a difference.

Being an Event planner(www.subhameventsus.com), I get an opportunity to work with various venues and Venue managers. Tania is one of the best venue managers to work with. She is very flexible, accommodative and her response time is amazing. The staff did a great job too. Highly recommend this venue

Beyond amazing! Everything was so organized and beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! I highly recommend this venue to anyone that is going to need to hold a event or wedding!

Our wedding here was amazing! We booked pre-COVID and hosted a during COVID wedding and they were so great to work with! They were really receptive towards anything we wanted and created an amazing event! Everything was beautiful and every question (no matter how how small) during planning was answered so well and so promptly!

I initially booked NRCC early in 2020 as our venue because the location was so beautiful. Like many couples, we ended up cancelling our wedding plans due to COVID-19 restrictions. It was a devastating choice and we thought we would postpone until the following year. Instead, NRCC was able to offer a smaller more intimate wedding option that still allowed many of the details...just on a smaller scale. For many, making such a pivot to wedding plans is very stressful - however for us, Tania at NRCC made the adjustment easy and flawless. She gave her time to walk us through many outdoor options, taking great care to ensure we would still have the special wedding day we had hoped for. Tania was incredibly attentive, easy-going, supportive, and just all around lovely to work with. She made it so easy not just for myself, but also for the other vendors working to bring all the elements of the day together perfectly. The day of, NRCC even provided golf carts to ensure we could get from one photo spot to the next quickly - providing so many different backgrounds to set our pictures against. The ceremony site was set up facing the mountains at sunset with warm golden light cascading over the site - drawing the guests into the romantic and exciting energy of the wedding. Dinner on the breezeway was radiant, from the twinkle lights, to the curated wine & cocktail list, the exquisite dinner options, and the impeccable service of the staff - the day was exactly what we envisioned. We had heaters turned on when the weather got a little crisp, and the sound system for toasts allowed everyone to hear the kind words of our guests. It was a memorable day from start to finish and I could not have been happier with how everything turned out. I would highly recommend NRCC for their beautiful grounds, the accommodating staff, the ability for bespoke personalization, and assurance that your day will be flawless.

COVID-19 forced us to have an intimate wedding and NRCC Has gone above and beyond to make our dreams come true. The attention to detail and personal care did not go unnoticed. Since it was a small party the food was catered for each person. Absolutely loved it! Thank you Tania and North Ranch Country Club for everything!

I recently coordinated a 50th birthday party in the aces ballroom. Working with North Ranch catering department was super smooth, and easy. Megan and McKenna in the catering department were always easy to get a hold of and super quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They were very accommodating by allowing us to get in a little extra early since we had a lot of decor set up. That was amazing and made my entire day extra smooth and stress-free. Even the day of both Megan and Mckenna personally helped me with some of the Decor set up. Totally an above and beyond moment!!

The food was amazing. I’ve heard of Chef Carl’s cooking for a while so I was really excited to taste the Italian buffet it did not disappoint.

The staff was really easy to work with and helpful. There was always someone on the floor working.

All in all I’d highly recommend North Ranch CC as a event venue. From weddings to birthday parties. It’s a unique spot for all types of events.

We recently held my moms disco themed birthday party at North Ranch Country Club and it turned out beyond incredible! We worked with Megan and Mckenna, who were both so accommodating throughout the entire process. We made a lot of changes along the way and they were always very patient and on top of things. Megan helped recommend a few vendors right off the bat which turned out to be a huge help for us as we were feeling lost between all of the options. Our party definitely wouldn't have turned out as amazing without the fabulous team we found, thanks to Megan! The ballroom they recommended was perfect and had a private entrance, which really was a plus for us. Also, the food was AMAZING. Seriously the Italian buffet we had received rave reviews all night and perfectly fit our Saturday night fever theme. I highly recommend the team at North Ranch and we look forward to holding future events at the venue.

This place definitely deserves 10 stars! They really made sure that everything I wanted and more was taken care of. I couldnt be more ecstatic with how great they made me feel, before, during, and after my ceremony. My picky husband of course wanted a different dinner course than everyone else and they made sure that happened! The food was SPECTACULAR! I absolutely had NO complaints. I even had people wanting to finish other guests meals at the end of the night because they just didnt want to see any go to waste. They were so great at making sure everyone got their food at the same time and they made sure to remove the plates as soon as guests were finished. They were so amazing with everything they did to make my wedding day amazing. I had originially put a down payment with Calamigos but after talking and seeing North Ranch I couldnt believe how much more they appreciated their clients and wanting to make our moment special to us!

They were great!!! We knew it from the moment we walked in that it was the place for us!!! Everything from the service to the grounds was amazing!!! We got our moneys worth!!!
