    Fantastic, great work, very nice people!

    They were so nice! Accomadated all of our requests with no complaints and was so nice about everything. They were just incredible! We couldn’t have asked for better!!

    Been to several events by oasis, always beautiful!

    Oasis events are always stunning! The decor and the products and beautiful and the staff is amazing !

    I want to start out by thanking Chris and his team for EVERYTHING that they did for us. The set up and all that they did to make our wedding day was beyond anything that I could have ever imagined. He transformed the front of our yard into this wonderful castle themed wedding and for the night I didn’t even feel like I was at home. Chris and his team were so professional and kind. I NEVER ONCE had any issues contacting them. Every time I called Chris he would answer and every time I stopped by he would be there. He set up at our house on Thursday and kept bringing things on Friday and on Saturday everything was done hours before our wedding at 8pm. As the days went by that he was setting up, it felt like Christmas because I was so excited to see what he was bringing next. When he finished, the setting was BEAUTIFUL. BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS AND OVER THE TOP. I had such high hopes for this company and boy did they go exceed them.

    If you’re looking for a company who is professional, reliant, kind, accommodating, and just an all around great company you’re at the right spot. As I am reading the other comments left on google for his company, I cannot fathom the thoughts of anything that they’re saying. For what I can say about my experience, they’re all lies. Chris and his team will do ANYTHING to put a smile on your face your wedding day. I was so happy with everything.
    Chris pays close attention to details and lighting. Our wedding was at night and one thing that I wanted to make sure was that it was well lit. Once again, my expectations were exceeded. He brought everything including water gobblets, plates, forks, napkins, the dance floors, tons of lights, and was so kind enough to supply extra chairs with no charge. I can go on and on but please don’t go anywhere else for your wedding other than Oasis. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

    Oasis did the catering and provided the linens for our wedding. They were excellent and reasonably priced. I told them what I wanted and they made it happen. The food was absolutely phenominal! They provided us with a tasting before hand to ensure it was what we wanted and worked with our budget to make it happen. Tony and Chris are great! Thanks Oasis for making our special day great!

    We booked our wedding at the Oasis 11 months in advance. We went with them for many reasons, the location is gorgeous, they provide all the linens, tables, and chairs with too many colors to choose from. Lol. They set up everything for you and then clean everything up after the wedding. The price to service blows any place in Lexington right out of the water.

    Mr. Chris owns the venue and did absolutely everything that we asked of him. We didn't need too much in terms of decorations but We had a few "different" requests and he went along with every one of them. He was always available when we needed him to answer questions or bc we had an idea. The week of the wedding he was super accommodating. He even came to the wedding and enjoyed himself quite nicely, giving us crazy amounts of compliments.

    His brother, Mr. Anthony, was our caterer. He was very nice and friendly, giving us what we wanted. The food was delicious for our rehearsal dinner...we went Italian. He not only cooked but he was our waiter as well.

    On the day of the wedding, both Mr. Anthony and ourselves had to be flexible and make several changes bc the number of guests had gone up drastically in that last week. We had to break down a table and use some high boys, move the photo booth upstairs, and change our seating charts. However, my matrons of honor took care of all that with him and I wasn't stressed about it.
    We had heavy hors d'oeuvres and needed to do them in stations and not a buffet line, so that made us have to do those last minute changes. The food was AMAAAAAZING. Everyone... And I mean everyone loved it. Although my husband and I didn't eat at the wedding, Mr. Anthony made us a to go plate and we smashed at like 2 am at the hotel. For that... I was so thankful.

    Negatives: it took a bit to get a hold of Mr. Anthony bc of schedules. The bridal party had to break down a table right before walking down the aisle.

    When they tell you they are going to do something, they do it! It may be last minute or last day(so try not to stress) but they do follow through with their promises. They didn't always call back or respond to text messages but my ceremony and reception was perfect! I am telling you for the money, kindness, generosity, and quality; oasis is the best!!!! I am blessed and lucky that I chose them as my venue!

    Oasis Productions was both our venue and our caterer. First and foremost, this venue is very beautiful, and a reasonable price (and we had the space for our rehearsal dinner at no extra expense)! They basically provide everything, including set up and tear down (super helpful)! We would totally make the same choice in venue again. That said, you should definitely go into renting this space understanding what you're getting.

    Chris (owner) and Anthony (chef) and staff are friendly and fairly responsive, but they manage a lot of tented events as well as the events at Oasis, and can be very busy. Despite that, we had no complaints with Oasis up until our wedding and rehearsal dinner. They were very flexible and took thorough notes of our requests, but when push came to shove, some of our requests went undone. Tables had the wrong number of chairs and decorations were missing/different than we discussed. Overall, it was all things that could be fixed by a coordinator or friends and family, but you definitely need to plan on having some help making sure everything is the way you want it in order to be happy with Oasis!

    You are required to use Oasis for your catering (or bring in food--you just don't have access to the kitchen). Anthony's food and service are good and he is decently priced. Our rehearsal dinner was fabulous, and our wedding buffet was yummy, too. Anthony brought our hibachi-style buffet vision to life, adding extra touches like grilling the chicken on the buffet. HOWEVER, the food we ended up with was not quite the food we expected. It was similar, and our guests were happy... but Anthony and I had gone back and forth to make some very specific changes and the menu we finalized together was exactly what we wanted, and not what we got, which was disappointing.

    The bottom line is that guests were happy, and that's what really matters. Just plan to have some help making sure everything is as you want, and have some extra flexibility!

    I want to start out saying, this venue is unique and very pretty and my wedding was gorgeous. I had several compliments on the decor and on the food, but this is where compliments stop. I had rougly 165 guests attend, this was known well in advance as we originally booked the venue 9 months in advance. We met with Chris several times to discuss decor, and table settings and when the day of my wedding came I was very disappoitned and very stressed out. Here's a few of the several complaints I had: First, we planned on 2 tables upstairs for the bridal party, this was discussed and agreed upon. However, day of, the tables still had no tablecloths, no table setting and still had glasses left over from our rehearsal the night before. Because this was not taken care of by their staff, my bridesmaids tried to help clear the tables. When asking the chef, Anthony, on where we could put the used glasses and where to get new settings so we could set the tables ourselves, my bridesmaid was yelled at and ran out of the kitchen. Later as she was going through the buffet line, Anthony made such a terrible comment to her, she was in tears and her husband and Anthony almost fought. This was totally unacceptable!! Decorations for the banister upstairs where never done, which were agreed upon and discussed in advance as well as the day of. The chef, Anthony, was serving food with no jacket, not apron and no gloves. The food was great, but this is also unacceptable. Because of the number of guests I had we planned on two buffet lines, instead there was one and some guests did not eat until 1 1/2 hours after dinner started. I was cutting my cake and people were still in line at the buffet. There was no staff to clean up plates, serve drinks or help reorganize chairs and decorations after the ceremony like discussed and agreed upon. The grooms cake was never decorated or presented like planned. There are other complaints, but my advice DO NOT HAVE YOUR CEREMONY/RECEPTION HERE!!

    Had the wedding party and some of their guest not behaved like complete redneck alcoholics who began drinking at 9:30 in the morning, then proceeded to make unrealistic and obnoxious demands an hour before the wedding, we would not have had any issues. I have numerous emails and text messages from you praising our services and our willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty the entire week. We even struck the entire room after setting up all the tables, chairs, linens, glassware, silverware and chair ties because you decided to go back to navy instead of real blue. Your wedding planner can confirm this as well. The room was trashed and my staff was subjected to rude behavior and unrealistic demands the entire evening. The 4 empty Fireball bottles shoved into the lamp shade in the bridal suite I'm sure played a factor in this review. You should be ashamed and embarrassed to post anything after the behavior of your wedding party and I hope Wedding Wire is professional enough to see that it is removed. When you don't tell the entire story, these allegations become quite deceiving.

    Positives: Oasis is a beautiful venue with a unique ambiance. Chris (owner) has a huge supply of décor that is included in the venue rental, making planning much easier than having to rent from outside vendors. He made himself available a few different times to accommodate when different family were in town so that everyone could see the venue. He also initially was very responsive to the many questions we had. Another plus is that you are able to get into the venue the week of the event so that you are not setting up last minute. Also, the food is delicious.

    Negatives: These unfortunately far outweigh the good. The highlights: rudely treated- Anthony (caterer) threatening to take another catering job if I didn’t call him immediately and saying my mom was being dishonest with me, poor communication, incorrect meal being plated (my mom visited the kitchen 3 times the night of the reception), over 45 minutes to serve 1 course to approx. 120 guests, Chris not at the venue until after guests started to arrive, main cake was never cut and cake was not replenished on serving table making it so that some guests never received any, some hand-made decorations not put out despite a verbal promise. Chris suggested that the photo booth could go upstairs and that he would be there to make sure that happened even though our vendor has stated they didn’t want that- Chris was nowhere to be found for set-up so our vendor left immediately.

    Recommendation: If you use this venue, do not have a plated dinner and have absolutely everything you talk about in writing. I do not deny the quality and value of the product, but the customer service and process make me question if it was worth it. I am sure they deem us a difficult client, but when you are in the wedding business answering questions regarding price and specifics should never be considered unreasonable no matter how many have already been asked/answered. There also needs to be value in a verbal commitment.

    Unfortunately you put your mother in charge of everything for your wedding and after 45 separate emails and her inability to confirm a menu, I decided we were not going to jeopardize the quality of all of our other weddings for this weekend. In 30 years of business, this is the only time I recall having to respond this many times to a client, having 27 post it notes stuck to everything in the room guiding us to perform uncontracted services. It was not our responsibility to alphabetized 120 horseshoes so that your guest would know where to set. Nor was it my job to serve little bags of cereal which you all referred to as puppy chow at certain times throughout the evening to certain tables or to install all of your battery operated candles across the entire front of the building. As you can see, these are services which we were not paid for and only became distractions and interruptions throughout the evening. Although we werent paid to do these things, we did it anyway. So happy to see how much our efforts were appreciated.

    Chris was good to work with, he’s kind and listens to what you need. Although he delivered us 1 table short and 2 broken tables, that had recently been duck taped and wasn’t holding, which thankfully our venue vendor zip tided for us so they wouldn’t fall over.

    THREATENED TO NOT DELIVER EVE OF WEDDING DAY. If I could give no stars I would!! Absolutely terrible, unorganized, do NOT use these fools. Product was not delivered as described or timely

    DO NOT USE them. I did in October 2012....they were supposed to be set up by Tuesday, it rained so we were delayed a day...on Wednesday, Chris did NOT answer his phone the entire day, they didn't set up anything. I had multiple events for my wedding and everything was behind. It causeD massive stress and we payed extra money for lanterns to be hung, chandeliers, benches and lamps...NONE of that happened, they didn't even bring what we had rented to the site. If you just need a basic tent, then use oasis, but they have no creativity...I paid lots of extra money to have material hung on the ceiling and it looked half assed if best. Super unproffessional, they can't handle any type of big production...as a bride I would go with an established event company...pay the extra money, it is so worth it to NOT use Oasis productions.

    Unfortunately in this business, you run into situations like this where no amount of effort can please a bride. No. The job was not completed on Tuesday as another rental company had not yet removed their tent from the property. This is not something we can control. Secondly, this bride did not know until the morning of her wedding whether or not her ceremony was going to be inside of the tent or outside. This also makes our job very difficult. Our creativity is certainly well documented and supported by many in the industry and as for our efforts, she failed to mention that we moved an entire tent that was at the property for her (at no charge), relocated a second tent (which required 10 people to lift over a garden) at the last minute, transported a dozen bourbon barrells accross the property, installed and provided all of the sidewalls (at no charge), assisted the catering company with their setup (at no charge), cleaned up broken glass and plates that we damaged during your wedding and spent two days cleaning dirty plates and silverware that were never rinsed off, and provided heaters and propane at the last minute that you did not pay for. We cannot control the weather nor can we control the job site not being available to us as agreed. Our crews worked throughout the night to try to accommodate your needs but apparently this was not enough. As for my cell phone, I spoke numerous times throughout the week with both you and your wedding coordinator. Our creative talents could have been much better utilized had we not been forced to start a day later and relocate everything on the property. I am not sure any other company would have gone to these extremes. This apparently is the thanks we get.

    DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. They are unprofessional and untruthful. They do not return calls or deliver what they say they will do. They certainly were not on time. They told anyone that would listen that I had bounced a check to them or that my credit card payment didn't go through, All lies. I did however dispute my credit card charge. My wedding was nearly ruined because of this company. It took a small village of people to pull it together when the final tables and linens were delivered 3 hours before the wedding started. Their microphone was non functional for the wedding. They did not have the equipment for the DJ so my DJ had to use a bose boothtooth speaker for my reception. COMPLETE DISASTER....stay away if you want a stress free wedding. Also the tent had holds in it and some of the tables were broken.

    I would never recommend renting from Oasis. I HAD to rent from them because they were right across the stress from our venue and we needed chairs. It took 4 weeks to finally get a hold of someone who could even tell me the price of the chairs. When I finally got to talk to the owner, he called me a liar and told me that he always answers his phone.
    He told us that he gets back to all his customers (WRONG). We paid $70 to have our chairs deliver .1 miles and be set up and picked up. The chairs were only dropped off and picked up. We were also shorted 3 chairs which ruined two rows. I paid a 1.75 for each chair.

    First of all you did not call my office or visit repeatedly as you implied. Why would I not want to rent you chairs? Makes no sense. As for the delivery rate, yes we charge $70, $35 for pick up and $35 for delivery. A fraction of what any other company would have done this for. This includes our labor to load them up, bring them to you and unload them. And you wanted them set up too? I don't think so. If you were 3 short, why didn't you walk across the street and get 3 more since we were so close. You were extremely rude and demanding from the get go and you obviously were trying to get something for nothing. Your childish behavior was not amusing. P.S. Thank you for also leaving all of the chairs out in the rain. If you were going to take the time to stack them back up under the gazebo, don't you think the part under roof would have made a little more sense. You are lucky I did not charge you a cleaning fee.
