  Amazing String Trio and DJ/MC!

  We booked with OC Strings for 2 hours of string trio for ceremony and cocktail hour, and also had them as the DJ/MC! The string trio was amazing and really elevated the atmosphere, making it romantic and classy. Daniel was great as our MC and the DJ worked out great too for the night. I had pre-built a playlist, but should've given them a little more free reign - Daniel jumped in with a great suggestion to throw in some slow songs because I completely forgot about them. They're also familiar with my venue Rancho Las Lomas, so it was a plus. Thanks for helping make our wedding day perfect!

  Sound incredible!

  I was looking for pop instrumentals to play during my ceremony, and came across a quartet playing Shut Up and Dance on YouTube. I instantly fell in love and wanted that to play while I walked down the aisle. It turns out it was OC Strings. I contacted them to play and the rest was history. They were so good! Both my husband and I got emotional hearing them play during the ceremony, just such a special group. And Daniel and his team were so easy to work with! Highly recommend this live band for your wedding, it just adds such a special element to the day.

  Look no further!

  Daniel and his musicians at OC Strings are truly incredible. My husband and I planned our micro-wedding at my family’s remote, rustic cabin in the San Bernardino mountains in mid-November. Daniel was incredibly responsive, professional and enthusiastic, and had no problem with the long drive to San Bernardino in addition to the added complications of parking off-site and transferring set-up equipment to an off-road capable vehicle to get to the cabin. The cabin isn’t easy to find, hidden away off a dirt road that’s only accessible by four wheel drive, and only if you know where you’re going. It’s complicated on a good day to say the least, let alone the fact that there had been about 8” of snow two days before, making the off-road drive all the more treacherous and slowing transport down considerably. Not only did Daniel arrive extra early for setup, but he was enthusiastic and accommodating all day long; taking song requests from family and even providing the microphone for the officiant during the ceremony. I received numerous comments from guests that Daniel and his cellist went out of their way to make the day extra special. Thank you Daniel and fellow musicians at OC Strings for your contributions to a truly unforgettable day!

  Classic and beautiful sound

  We hired OC Strings to bring beautiful melodies to our church ceremony. Daniel was a great communicator and their pricing was affordable. OC Strings also suggested classical songs for each section of our church wedding. This allowed us to narrow down potential songs that helped bring our ceremony to life. Highly recommend hiring them for your event.

  Best Decision Ever

  I had initially reached out to OC Strings to inquire about our ceremony music as I’ve always wanted a quartet for the ceremony. Daniel was amazing and informed me of all the services he offered. Ultimately we ended up getting all of our entertainment, from the quartet to mariachi to the DJ, through him. It was honestly the best decision we made. The process was seamless and he handled all the details! I would definitely hire him again for future events! He responds quickly and is extremely flexible and accommodating!

  No stress process

  Daniel and OC Strings performed at my Catholic wedding ceremony. I didn't even have to worry about anything. I decided to go with a trio. They played my requested songs and they sounded so beautiful. They really helped make my ceremony extra special and they were in tune.
  
  I went with OC Strings because the reviews were great, they had a great catalog of songs, but most importantly, their sample recordings and YouTub were great. I know a little about music so when I looked into the other options, most of them didn't sound as clean in terms of being in tune, or playing on beat...or the other options didn't have enough content for me to make a decision.
  
  Daniel was a great at communicating and made me feel at ease about everything.
  
  They can even learn a new song for a nominal fee. The new song I requested was perfect.
  
  A little advice for other Catholic ceremonies, make sure you check with your church about the music and see if they approve before you hire strings just in case! I know every church may be a little different. Daniel helped me with all concerns along the way.

  Home Sunday Brunch

  Daniel saved my Sunday Brunch! I requested a special song and Daniel made it happen. Daniel was in contact with me the whole time leading up to the event. He wanted to make sure everything was perfect and texted me follow-up questions. He asked if I had special requests and provided a list of songs he could play. The day of the event, the musicians came in all black and with iPads. I ordered a trio to play at my house and let me tell you, they sounded beautiful and was a hit for our guests! They played a mixture of classic, love songs, old songs and Top 40 music. Thank you Daniel and team for such a great performance. I plan to use them again for a tea party in the near future. The group that came, were very talented and wonderful to listen to.

  The most amazing ceremony music ever

  If you want to have the best experience with music at your wedding, you need OC Strings. Daniel is so wonderful and easy to work with. We wanted a cellist for the ceremony and a jazz trio for our cocktail hour. OC Strings did not disappoint. Our cellist was amazing and she did an incredible job and made me cry as I was walking down the aisle! The jazz trio was also OUT OF THIS WORLD! They were amazing and wonderful and our guests couldn’t stop talking about them! We loved every moment we had and I honestly will hire them again for any other event I need musicians for.

They even learned a version of a special song we wanted to hear as I walked down the aisle. As a bride coordinating my own ceremony music I wanted to be sure on the actual day I didn't have to worry about it - an that's exactly what happened! They showed up early, and even dealt with the tough Laguna Beach parking outside our venue. The guests loved our music for the ceremony and cocktail hour and I would highly recommend them!
