I was in charge of finding a DJ for a family wedding. Matt was the DJ at my wedding so I called Occasions Disc Jockeys. I am so glad I did. They provided excellent service, making the wedding truly special. Matt’s professionalism, attention to detail and ability to accommodate last-minute changes created a smooth and memorable event. He made sure to play our special requests and offered suggestions that we hadn’t thought of that made the event even better. Matt kept the dance floor lively, with guests of all ages dancing throughout the reception. He was so prepared that it calmed any pre-wedding nerves. Thank you for making our event incredible! -

Occasions was an excellent choice and I would recommend them for anyone needing a DJ for a wedding. I really appreciated the adaptability they showed within such a small space. They were very communicative and professional throughout the evening and customized the playlist perfectly to ensure everyone in attendance (across many generations!) had a fun time. -

Matt was responsive throughout the booking process and leading up to the wedding. The forms are super helpful and cover everything you could think of! Matt did a great job of playing all the right songs at all the right times and even came up to me to let me know when an important song was about to be played. We got tons of compliments on our DJ! Everyone had a great time and we are so happy with our choice! -

Our wedding had a couple speed bumps along the way, with my maid of honor being unable to attend and our coordinator deciding to stick a random song as the last dance in our timeline packets she sent out to the vendors. But Steve was great! He played a voice recording of my maid of honors speech so everyone could still experience it, and when he checked in with me the day of about our last dance and we realized the mix up he physically ran to his car and grabbed a connector to be able to play our actual song since it wasn't already in the system because of him being given the wrong one in the packet.... -

We had such a great experience with Matt. He was professional, sharp, flexible, and great at reading the crowd. We had so much fun, as did our guests, and we are very happy we chose to work with him. He even caught that the ring bearer and flower girl were sent out at the wrong time and was super quick to change the song to the one we originally wanted without even being told. Super impressive. -

We worked with Occasions DJs for our Nov 2021 wedding and were very happy with our service! Steve was our DJ and he was extremely professional and did a great job adapting to some changes we had day of. He was great at keeping things running smooth throughout the night and checked in with us to make sure we were ready for each item. He played great music during each phase of the day and we were really happy with what he played! We also worked with Matt leading up to our event and we are so grateful for the flexibility he provided when we rescheduled our wedding from March earlier that year! -

We are SO glad that we chose Occasions Disc Jockeys for our wedding! Matt and Steve were professional, caring, and helpful from the start. Both took a genuine interest in us as a couple and were incredibly flexible, supportive, and overall wonderful.
Steve was an amazing DJ at our wedding. He gracefully handled our last-minute changes/requests and did a great job meeting our other requests (like sneaking in a Christmas song (it was July 24!)). Steve was able to offer professional and experienced advice, which we valued. He met all of our requests, needs, and wishes to help make our wedding day absolutely amazing. We would 110% recommend Occasions to anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly, professional, and amazing DJ!
