    Amazing job by the whole OHM AV team!

    The whole team worked so hard to make our bride and groom's wedding weekend amazing! The setup was very extravagant and multiple days for a Indian wedding. Everyday, the whole team showed up almost 6-8hrs in advance to get everything setup properly and sound check. The on-site sound tech and lighting tech are very knowledgeable in their craft. All the AV equipment was top quality. Really recommend OHM for any AV rental services in the Cancun/Riviera Maya region. They are not like the in-house AV vendors that lots of resort has that just sets up and don't care for your event and not give you all the equipment that was requested. Highly recommend this team!

    Wow. OHM A/V and their entire staff have been absolutely fantastic for all our Sound A/V and lighting needs. Our company frequents Cancun often and OHM and all of the staff have always went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you guys for making the process smooth and easy for us. A++++++++

    The team at Ohm are super professional, friendly, knowledgable, flexible. They are always available and help the client to understand what is needed to make their big day. I recommend OHM to all wedding vendors and couples.

    Extremely unprofessional and an absolute fraud. The biggest red flag is that he is not true to his word at all! His word is worth nothing!

    Working with this company was the biggest SCAM EVER! His word is not worth anything , very untrustworthy and unprofessional. From the beginning he was slow to respond back to our request.
    At first I thought he had honest prices.
    As the wedding day came closer, we wanted to add some things to our quote. This process was a disaster. He would give me a number and then change it.
    He said he had worked at Villa La Joya, but didn’t know specific details, like the dimensions of the pool, that demonstrated prior knowledge of the venue. On the day of the wedding there were several things that were agreed upon that were missing in the lighting and Audio. The quality of the equipment he brought was old and outdated, it gave the band a hard time. He was late with the setup and missed the all vendors meeting to prepare for the wedding day. The other major issue was the dance floor. We wanted a transparent dance floor over the pool . He gave us a price and we had an agreement that it would get done. He told us for him to be able to get the flooring for the dance floor we would have to pay in full. We agreed and sent over the entire balance. He had us pay the FULL PRICE OF Everything BEFOEW HE Got THE JOB DONE AND WOULD NOT REDUND US FOR THE WORK HE DID NOT DO. The day before the event he told me, he just saw the pool and it is bigger than he thought so he was not able to cover the entire thing. We thought that he could at least do half of it. But instead the pieces he got to cover the floor did not even cover 1/3 of the dance floor. He said he would cover the rest in white, however this is not what we agreed on NOR WHAT PAID FOR In addition, at first he told us he would set up the day before, he did not do that. Then he told us he would set up at at 6 am and he did not do that. He did not start set up until noon and this put everything behind schedule!! He was unprofessional with his timing and promises. In the end We had to scramble 3 hours before guests were to arrive, find and pay for another company to do our dance floor because he did not do what he agreed on doing and made false promises about what he could do. He was not clear with expectations and did not communicate clearly. He promised Us our money back because he had us pay upfront and then spent 2 months telling us he would pay us back and when the time was up he ignored all calls and messages !

    HORRIBLE service and people

    Terrible terrible terrible. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life for which was supposed to be the best weekend of my life. Don’t get me wrong- it was still an amazing weekend. But dealing with Bruno and OHM was the biggest headache and my biggest stress during my wedding weekend. We hired OHM for 4 days of events and almost every single day, we had issues. Thursday was the only day there were no mistakes (because all their team had to do was plug in a speaker to my phone and play my playlist, not rocket science anyway). Friday, the incompetent dj messed up the audio while my cousin was singing a solo at our welcome dinner. Not only that, the equipment was outdated and such terrible quality. Saturday, at our reception: every single thing that OHM was responsible for was messed up. Our uplighting was the wrong color and we were completely shorted on the amount of uplights. The dance floor was supposed to be infinity gold and instead it was a multicolored clown mess of colors. The mixer that they brought was completely broken, which led to our dj being delayed in opening up our reception and so much more drama. On Sunday, they were hours late for my pool party and didn’t even bother apologizing or extending the time when it was clearly their fault. Overall, terribly human beings that are liars from the start. Bruno himself promised at our site visit that he would be there to handle all our events and we didn’t see him ONCE the whole week we were there. After the wedding week was said and done, my husband was supposed to meet with him while we were there and surprise surprise he didn’t show. We demanded a phone call to discuss what went wrong and Bruno completely apologized and took responsibility and said it was an extremely busy weekend and that we would be given a full refund. It has now been 6 months since that was promised to us and NO PEEP from OHM. Ridiculous and I truly hope they completely go out of business because they don’t deserve one more dollar for their terrible service.
