    Love this company!

    If you’re looking for a wedding DJ to get the dance floor rocking - look no further. We LOVED working with OKC Events. Stephen was absolutely lovely, professional, and fun to work with. We couldn’t be more happy with this company and our wedding night entertainment.

    Excellent Service All Around

    Could not be happier! We used OKC Entertainment and Events for our wedding and they were perfect every step of the way. From streamlining the music selection process with innovative apps, coordinating the strings for our ceremony, and delivering amazing performances by the DJ/Saxophonist/Drummer hybrid setup at our ceremony. Steve and company made this one of the easiest parts of wedding planning and their day-of duties really put amazing finishing touches on our wedding. They were responsible for music, lighting, grand exit, guest direction and more and it all went off without a hitch. Genuinely kind people who want to work with you to execute your vision. I truly couldn't recommend anyone more!

    The Best Ever

    I couldn’t recommend Steve and Take Cover more! They were absolutely amazing and made our wedding so much fun! After our wedding, sooo many people asked me who I had hired bc they were so impressed!

    Best dj in okc

    We hired Steve and his team from OKC entertainment to DJ our wedding at the Civic Center in OKC on 11/12/22 and they absolutely nailed it. Steve was great to work with leading up to the event, and then executed everything perfectly during the reception. He even hooked us up with a saxophonist and drummer to play along side of him which added such an amazing, unique touch to the night - everybody loved it. If you're thinking of hiring Steve and OKC entertainment for your wedding just do it. You won't regret it!

    Amazing DJ

    Steve and his team are so very helpful and quick to respond. They are very professional and they make you feel special and personally cared for. I could not recommend OKC entertainment enough!

    Professional, fun-loving, and great attention to detail! Highly recommend!

    We are so glad we used Steve as the DJ for our wedding day! My husband and I got married at the McGranahan Barn in Yukon, OK so the DJ fee with OKC Entertainment was included in the price of the venue. We couldn't have imagined how well this would work out for us prior to the wedding. Steve was incredibly professional but had the perfect fun-loving energy that we wanted out of a DJ. We happened to have a lot of Queen songs playing at key moments during the ceremony and reception and Steve even came up to me in one of the quiet moments before the ceremony to talk with me and ask me if that had anything special to do with our relationship. Because we hadn't picked a song to do our reception entrance to, he suggested We Will Rock You. This was the PERFECT suggestion that was even more special because of his attention to detail and keen ability to anticipate what we'd enjoy. My husband and I as well as our guests loved every song he played all night and there was never a time someone wasn't on the dancefloor.
    Leading up to the wedding, the team at OKC Entertainment made the planning process easy. Their online forms are very user-friendly and they were quick to respond if I had any questions. I needed some last-minute help with music cuts for my sister who would sing in the ceremony, and they handled that extra task for me free of charge.
    I would highly recommend Steve and OKC Entertainment!

    You Need OKCEntertainment

    The DJ plays such an important role on your wedding day - they control the music and the overall flow of your reception. Hiring OKCEntertainment was one of the best decisions I made. Not only was OKCEntertainment incredibly accommodating when I had to change my wedding date due to COVID-19, but Steve was professional, knowledgable, and responsive throughout the entire planning process. Steve directed the flow of the reception (first dance, father/daughter, toasts, etc.) without talking too much, he kept the energy high during the reception to keep people on the dance floor, and most importantly, he pronounced our names correctly - what more could I have asked for?

    In short - you need to hire OKCEntertainment, they clearly have a lot of experience in weddings and you will not be disappointed in your decision.

    Best Wedding DJ

    We had the best experience using Steve with OKC Entertainment for our wedding. Steve took time leading up to our big day establishing a relationship with us and listening to our vision for the day! He took extra attention with our first dance songs which was so important to us. He made the evening transition from ceremony, to cocktail hour, and to the reception so seamless. We were so happy Steve was a part of our day!

    Truly amazing!

    True. Music. Pro. We used OKC Entertainment for our wedding and will recommend him to everyone! Steve was so easy to work with. We picked them because he is truly passionate about music and you can just tell he is a true pro. When we booked with them for their DJ services we were given a login to their site where we could easily add songs and information for our ceremony and reception. The site was easy to navigate and if ever we had questions, all we had to do was send them a message! Steve had great recommendations and when it came down to it, he made our reception the party we had dreamed of! I’ve seen their live music as well and you truly could not go wrong with this company!

    Outstanding

    Steve did an amazing job and we couldn't be more happy! He has a really fun and outgoing personality and interacted great with the crowd. He played all the music we requested and tailored the rest of the songs to fit that vibe. He did a great job keeping people engaged and on the dance floor and was a great announcer. They have an online portal system that makes choosing your ceremony and receptions songs super easy and convenient. Overall super impressed!

    Steve was such a joy to work with! Not only did he read the crowd and keep the party going at our wedding reception, but he made the beforehand process a breeze. His online website made it easy to log in and update information as we made decisions on songs for Bride/Groom, Mother/Son, Father/Daughter dances, etc. Steve worked very well with my wedding planner, photographer, and other vendors! It seemed that all my vendors already knew him, and even many of our weddings guests knew him from having him DJ their weddings as well! We loved working with Steve and having him at our wedding! We highly recommend him to anyone looking to DJ/EmCee Services!

    Steve was an absolutely incredible asset to our wedding, starting with his first visit where he drove all the way out to my hometown to meet personally with my fiancé and I to the day of the wedding; we would not have changed a thing. He was always professional--polite and dressed for the occasion--organized, and extremely accommodating and flexible to our schedule and needs. Steve's online system made it incredible easy to plan the wedding timeline, events, and request music. He kept the reception running smoothly for the guests, and also for my husband and I by communicating with us consistently throughout the night to remind us of events and verify that we still wanted them or if we should make any adjustments. Not only was he a huge help during planning and the actual reception, he created a fun and exciting environment for everyone involved. I'd absolutely recommend this DJ to anyone.

    Steve did an AWESOME job fulfilling all of our DJ needs! From day one he was great with communicating that if we had specific music/genres we wanted played, he would stick to that. We mentioned that we weren't big on "hype" songs, but wanted to play one or two (wobble, cha cha slide, etc) to get people really dancing, and he did just that. I know all the songs that we specifically requested were played, and I also know it can be difficult to find a DJ who will allow you to somewhat take over your music selections. So thankful for Steve and all of his help! Not to mention great pricing and some behind the scenes pictures and videos that he was able to capture!

    Wow! Steve is absolutely amazing! From the beginning to end. Quick communication. So very easy to work with. So cooperative in getting together to set up plan. Then, at the reception is beyond perfect!!! Was so helpful in helping us surprise the couple with a special song. He looks like a million dollars and the music and MC is A++++++. I would so highly recommend Steve to anybody! Helped make the reception the best night ever....thank you Steve!!!

    OKC Entertainment & Events handled all of the music, sound, emcee services and lighting for my daughter's wedding and they did an amazing job! Steve was very professional and handled all of our requests including sound in the middle of a pasture, sound for an acoustic guitar song in the pasture, and a long playlist full of specific songs. Steve made announcements throughout the ceremony to keep things on track and was a great sport about emceeing our trivia game and made it light and fun.

    In addition to the DJ services, OKC Entertainment also did all of the lighting for the reception. My daughter had several specific ideas for the lighting and they were pretty intricate. Steve did an incredible job of bringing her vision of chiffon draping and lights forming something like a tent peak inside the barn to life. Everyone raved about it! He did other custom lighting requests for her as well. And the price was really affordable. I highly recommend OKC Entertainment & Events!

    Highly recommend!!!!
    Steve absolutely MADE our wedding reception. He played our requests and knew how to keep everyone on the dance floor at the appropriate time. He worked really well with our coordinator to make everything go smoothly at our reception. My husband and I loved working with Steve. He is a consummate professional while still a true artist and made us feel like we were his only clients. We have had so many friends and family say they had a blast dancing the night away at our wedding and it is all because of Steve! We absolutely loved working with him and would choose him again in a heartbeat as well as recommend him to our family and friends.

    Steve with OKC Entertainment and Events is awesome! There is no doubt that he cares for all of the couples he works with and wants to make sure their special day is tailored to them.     OKC Entertainment did an amazing job with our wedding. There were professional and on time. Pricing was reasonable and worth the price. They were very helpful and accommodating with my wedding list. The website was very easy to use and navigate through. They helped make my day perfect; every song was played correctly and at the right time. They kept the reception atmosphere exactly how we wanted! Excellent job! I would 10 out of 10 recommend.

    Played mostly generic party music - not our songs

    The service was professional and DJ was good. However, we were asked to provide songs that we wanted to be played throughout the night, which we did and spent a lot of time on - just for a small few of those songs to be played. I am not happy that we spent so much time browsing for songs, just for 3 of them to be played, mixed in with typical event songs that we DID NOT select - or care for.
