  He made everything so perfect! We are so thankful.

  John T was simply more than we could have asked for. Our wedding was so perfect and he helped make it more perfect! I was so nervous before the rehearsal. He made everything fun and so peaceful. We are so so thankful for him. He made the ceremony so unique and special for us. We just loved his professionalism and passion. You can tell he loves what he does.

  Pastor john is awesome!

  We found Pastor John Snelson and knew we wanted him to officiate our wedding the minute we left our meeting with him! He is so easy going, personable and PASSIONATE. He made our wedding day absolutely perfect and all of our family and friends loved him. He is so professional, passionate, and truly worked hard to make our wedding day exactly what we wanted. He is so easy to communicate with, flexible and will always talk you through exactly what he is going to do. Thank you Paston John for making our wedding day perfect!!!

  Perfect Ceremony

  Choosing a wedding officiant is the most important and difficult part of planning a wedding if you are not using clergy. We were referred to John by a dear friend, and I am so glad we listened!! Before he allowed us to book him, we video conferenced and talked about our wedding day. He was a perfect fit for us, and we enjoyed getting to know him before booking him! He sent us a bunch of information to help with planning our wedding outside of just the officiating. The information he sent to plan our ceremony was amazing! We were able to customize his "script" for our ceremony. He even inserted things we said about each other! Our ceremony was super personal, perfectly timed (not too long and not too fast), and flowed smoothly. John had some amazing things he suggested and did that ensured our pictures were perfect! He stayed with us through taking pictures and even some of our ceremony. Our experience with John was incredible! We highly suggest using him for your ceremony!

  Couldn't imagine our wedding if John had not been our officiant! He had tons of cool ideas, was very professional, honestly priced and a lot of fun to be around. He really loves what he does and it shows in his demeanor - he was genuinely happy for us and expressed his appreciation for our ceremony and our relationship. I've never heard any of my married friends talk about their officiant the way we talk about John. He's the best!

  John was truly amazing. He met with us about 9 months prior to our wedding and spent time getting to know our story. He wrote our ceremony and vows custom to us, and he incorporated our story into them. Our guest were complimenting him, his personalty, and the ceremony as it was short and sweet, but so meaningful. I will recommend John to everyone I know.

  John T. did a WONDERFUL job on our ceremony. He was great at communicating different ideas during the planning period, especially when my fiancee & I weren't sure where to start. He was extremely reassuring as time came closer to our wedding that everything would go smooth, & just as we hoped. I sent him many ideas as to how we wanted our ceremony to be, & he was able to put it into a format that met our needs & made our ceremony personal & a reflection of us as a couple. I am so thankful that we chose John T. as our officiant--we wouldn't have wanted anyone else!

  My experience with John was awesome! My husband and I weren't looking to have a ceremony, but to just be married. He was available right away and even recommended a nice area for our quick last minute ceremony. Even though it was quick and last minute, John made it feel very special. I would recommend him any day.

  Pastor John T. Snelson V is AMAZING! Finding an officiant was the most stressful part of wedding planning and had become such a nightmare. I either never heard back from an officiant or they were already booked. While John was also booked for my wedding day, he offered his services and helped me look for an officiant. John met with my fiancé and I, helped write/arrange our vows, made multiple edits, reassured us he'd find someone to perform the ceremony, and followed through with every promise! I would highly recommend his services and am truly grateful for his help with my wedding!

  John married me and my husband on January 13th and it was amazing we couldnt afford much but he told us it wasnt about what we could pay him but it was about helping someone out in their time of need. And told us if we ever needed anything or someone to pray for us then to give him a calll

He worked with us knowing our schedules was very hectic since my husband is a heart surgeon and was on call the day of our wedding. Pastor John T.   Was very helpful and when I was on the verge of freak out because my other officiant did not contact me back, he was able to fit me into his schedule with no problems. I greatly appreciate that and making my wedding day perfect.

  I cannot thank John enough for the great job he did for us. He worked with me for several months prior to the wedding to create a very personalized ceremony. I made many changes and he was always ready to answer any questions I had. He was readily available to me and was quick to respond to any and all emails I sent.

However, I didn't receive the ceremony script until the night before the wedding and I really felt like it didn't reflect us at all. He assumed we were Christians and used terms like "according to God's Holy Word" and even took it upon himself to add a bible verse which he stated that we had chosen. I was going to email him back and kindly explain but it completely slipped my mind the day of. Also, I was reading some of the reviews before posting mine and saw where John had asked a same sex couple if they wouldn't mind not tagging him in anything and only using their initials in order to protect his image. If I would have read the reviews before I think we would have found our own officiant instead of using John who is the one in charge of Old Trinity of Paseo's elopement packages. The purpose of his email was not to congratulate us or to wish us well in our married life...instead, John asked that we not tag him in anything on our Facebook (as if that would happen) or let it be known that we were a same-sex couple. In fact, he even had the gaul to ask us to leave him a positive review using only our initials so that others wouldn't know we were both female.
