  We had such a wonderful wedding day at Saratoga Polo Association! Thanks to all of the help and all of the staff at Old Daley catering!
  
  We received a handful of raving compliments regarding the food and most people had clean plates including myself as the bride! Everything from cocktail hour, dinner and desert was hands down the best wedding food I have had. I’m not saying that because it was my wedding. It was validated by most of my guests. Thank you Susan for all your help, you were such a pleasure to work with. I can’t thank you enough!!!

  Working with Susan Minahan and everyone from Old Daley was amazing. We had such a wonderful experience, even when I was stressed with other details, our meetings with Susan and her calming presence were such a help! Everything went seamlessly and I didn't need to worry about a single thing on the day of the wedding. The attention to detail was lovely and the food of course is to die for! You will be in wonderful hands if you choose Old Daley at Saratoga Polo!

  Planning our wedding was the most fun, exciting and stress-free experience - and truthfully we owe that to Susan, Steph, Jim and the Old Daley team. The care and thought that went into each and every small detail in the months and weeks leading up to our big day did not go unnoticed, and that is without a doubt a sign of people who have a true passion and knowledge of the industry.
  
  With a forecast predicting 90% chance of rain for the big day, many couples would be beside themselves trying to figure out what "Plan B" would entail. However, when we received our options that were carefully thought up to ensure our guests would enjoy the experience and be comfortable, we were further reassured that we had made the right decision in choosing Old Daley.
  
  On the day of, as predicted it was a cold and rainy October day, but fortunately for us it did not affect the joy and happiness of the day whatsoever. From the moment I stepped off the trolley with a huge umbrella over my head and Jim holding my dress, I felt like an absolute princess. And that did not cease throughout the entire ceremony and reception. The feeling I had that day is one that I feel that every bride should experience on her wedding day.
  
  Our wedding, in our eyes and in many of our guests' eyes that I have had the opportunity to hear from, was flawless. The food was all hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and one member even took 20 minutes to help one of my guests safety pin her dress, which tore completely down the zipper early on in the reception.
  
  I cannot say enough kind or adoring words to truly encapsulate the production Old Daley was able to put on for us. Thank you for pulling off a wedding that was above and beyond everything we could have ever imagined!

  Susan and her team made the whole wedding planning experience stress free. The team was unbelievably caring and professional. Our guests commented on how delicious the food was! The Old Daley takes care of every aspect of the wedding, which allowed us to fully enjoy our special day! We highly recommend using this company.

  We could not have chosen a better place to have our wedding. Everything was beyond perfect and the guests could not have been happier with everything, including the food. Susan made planning a wedding no stress at all and an enjoyable experience. She was so responsive and easy to communicate with, which is a plus when you are planning a wedding from out of state. We, including our guests, do not have one complaint about Saratoga Polo/Old Daly Catering. We highly recommend them and could not have been happier with the experience.

  Our wedding was exactly what we wanted. The staff and planners were extremely helpful and making sure every detail was exactly how we wanted. Not only is it a beautiful setting but the experience was wonderful!

  I truly cannot say enough good things about Saratoga Polo and Old Daley. Our wedding was everything we could have ever imagined and more. Everyone we worked with was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to meet all of our requests. One of the best things about this venue is that we had the whole place to ourselves, which really added to the overall feel. The venue is beautiful and unique, the food was delicious and abundant, and the team was easy to work with. If I could do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing!

  We absolutely loved this venue and the Old Daley Inn catering. Susan was such a huge help and pleasure to work with. The food and the service was amazing and they accommodated so many of our requests. I would highly recommend this team to anyone.

  My husband and I were married at Saratoga Polo in 2014. Our wedding was amazing and people are still talking about how great it was! Truly the best wedding they have been to ever. The tent was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for! My guests raved about the food, my husband and I felt that our meal left a bit to be desired however as long as our guests liked it then we were happy. My only major complaint came at the end of the night. As the night ended and the DJ was packing up we were making sure we had all the things we needed to take home and some of our guests overheard the event coordinator telling the staff to pack the sh*t up and get these people out of here. I have worked in catering before and I fully understand how long of a day it is for the staff with set up, service, and clean up and after a very long day you just want to go home however I can tell you that behavior and demeanor in front of guests is not acceptable. Overall our experience was a good one and with the help of our other vendors we felt like our wedding was the day of our dreams! - K&A
