  My sisters wedding

  I recommended my sister to see this venue for her wedding as I had attend a wedding there and she was blown away. The service from start to finish was amazing. Definitely would recommend this event planner for any occasion.

  Olga's ballroom is gorgeous. The service is great, the place is beautiful. And Jose and Ray are wonderful. Jose is always available, and very professional. After seeing the bridal dressing room, I was sold for sure.?Had my dream wedding here, and I couldn't ask for anything better. Thanks for everything?

  Wedding horrible

  Horrible, Food was not what I order. They tossed my memorable items (cake topper and broom). Customer service was horrible once they received full payment.

  Worst customer service ever!

  I contacted the number for the Hialeah location, and I am at no words of how unprofessional the lady was over the phone! I still cannot believe how someone can turn business down just by assuming I would not have 50 guests for my daughter birthday. I am glad I wasn't able to book, I can only imagine what I would have gone through once I had a reservation and friends invited. thanks for cutting the conversation and almost hanging up the phone on me, God knows better!
