We had the pleasure of working with Pia and Michele (Olive in Love) in planning our wedding-weekend in Tuscany, during one year of planning. We are very satisfied with both the process and end result and would warmly recommend them to other couples. Pia helped us with every decision, from big to small - and we felt very safe and professionally taken care for. She did everything possible to make this our dream wedding, which was successful :) The actual wedding lasted from thursday-sunday, and we had some challenges with our flight being redirected to a different airport because of bad weather, but Pia made sure everything went smoothly in spite of this. -

We are both from Australia and had no idea where to start with planning a Tuscan wedding. Having spoken to over 30 planners, Pia was the most reasonable, accommodating and warm over zoom. No question was too hard for her and she constantly reassured us along the way, as naturally we were nervous planning a wedding on the other side of the world. When we met with Pia and Michele the week of the wedding they were so welcoming and warm and made the whole week feel effortless! From the rehearsal, to the day, to the pizza pool party it was so much more wonderful than we could have ever imagined. On the wedding day the weather was looking slightly overcast and scheduled for rain, they managed to set up the most gorgeous layout inside our Villa and operated punctually clearing out the space and turning it into a dancefloor without us even noticing. The venue, catering, lighting and DJ were all recommended by Pia and Michele and they were PHENOMENAL – our dream day. We were genuinely sad to say goodbye to them and wish we could re-live it all over again ❤ E & C -

Olive in Tuscany was the best decision we made after saying "I do." I contacted Pia with a vision and strict budget. Pia not only made our wedding every ounce of perfect, but her and her husband went above and beyond on numerous occasions. When I look back on our wedding, I honestly feel like it must've been a dream. I cannot recommend them highly enough. -

Incredible! Incredible! Incredible!
Our experience with Pia and Michele from Olive in Tuscany was nothing short of perfect. From the offset Pia was wonderful to work with, she spent time understanding us, what we wanted and what our vision was for our time in Tuscany and the day itself. She was able to curate the most magical day that exceeded our expectations. Whenever we had a vision or an idea Pia was able to bring it life. Pia and Michele’s years of experience and knowledge really shone through as they were able to recommend the most wonderful venues and suppliers that fit what we needed and the budget we had perfectly. They’re so incredibly thoughtful, hardworking, easy to work with and took so much off our plates, we truly couldn’t have done this without them AND in the space of 7 months start to finish. They really put their hearts and souls in to the day, we could see the level of detail they put in to everything we wanted and seeing them making sure everything ran smoothly for us so we were stress free was wonderful. We still can’t thank them enough. Everyone that attended said it was the most beautiful and romantic wedding they had ever been to, it really was the most magical day. I should mention we stayed in Tuscany just a stones throw away from our wedding villa in the most gorgeous accommodation that Pia found and organised for us in the most stunning location with views of Lucca and its rolling hills. The lead up to the wedding and the goodbye dinner the day after was everything we wanted it to be. Pia was even kind enough to sort out the invitation letters needed for some of my family to attend from abroad, they wouldn't have been able to make it without her. We cannot recommend Pia and Michele enough! We plan on reaching out to them when we have another get together for a wedding anniversary in the near future so we can recreate some of that magic again and we can’t wait! The pictures below really don’t do the day enough justice! -

We can truly not thank Pia and Michele enough for our incredible wedding. I am from the United States and was planning my wedding from afar. I COULD NOT have done it without their help. They really helped my vision come to life and everything was even more incredible than I could have imagined. I can not recommend them enough! -

It's been months and everyone who attended our wedding (and anyone who saw pictures online), are still raving about our destination wedding. A wedding, that would absolutely not have been the same without Pia. She helped us with all the legal paperwork, we had several days of festivities with our families and guests, and a wedding that is being hailed as "something out of a movie". She was the calming presence in the whirlwind that a wedding can be, she had wonderful vendor recommendations and handled interactions with all of them wonderfully. By the end of it all she and Michele had become family and we look forward to our next visit to Florence to spend time with them. If it weren't for them, our wedding wouldn't have been the success that it was. -

Everything was perfect
I could not recommend Pia and Olive in Love more. Coming from England I wasn't sure about needing a wedding planner or not but Pia helped me with EVERY detail of EVERY day (7 full days) at our wedding venue. She helped with transportation of our guests to the villa, food and drinks, tours each day, wine tastings and most importantly every detail of the most beautiful wedding celebration in the gardens of Petrolo.
If you are considering Tuscany for your wedding in Tuscany - look no further.

We had a very good feeling from our first conversation with Pia, and we explained our vision for our wedding, and she made it happen together with her husband Michele. I recently had the immense pleasure of working with Olive in Love for my wedding at Locanda in Tuscany, with the mass celebration held at the Church of Montichiello. I cannot speak highly enough of their services and their exceptional team.
From the very beginning, Olive in Love was always very patient and very organized, ensuring that all aspects of the wedding planning process were handled seamlessly. They took the time to listen to our vision and worked tirelessly to make sure that every detail was executed to perfection.
Their attention to detail was truly incredible, and their creativity and passion for their work really shone through in every aspect of the wedding. They were always available to answer any questions we had and provided us with invaluable guidance and support throughout the planning process.
The wedding day itself was simply magical, and can honestly say that it was the best day of our life. Olive in Love went above and beyond to make sure that every aspect of the day was perfect. From the stunning floral arrangements to the delicious food and wine, every detail was executed with their assistance flawlessly.

Could'nt have asked for a better and more thorough wedding planner
Olive in Love did everything we could hope for and more to make our wedding unforgettable - not just for us, but for our guests too. Christina and I will forever be grateful for the attention to detail, the time and effort that Olive in Love put into our wedding.
We flew 80 people in from Denmark to celebrate our dream wedding in the rolling Tuscan hills. 8 months prior to the wedding we went on a guided tour with Pia and Michele to taste food and wine, look at decor and make decisions. They are the nicest people, but more importantly they are top professional and made our wedding weekend a breeze.
They respected our budget, they respected our wishes and tuned in to the style and vibe we wanted. They have great taste but also manages to respect and take input from us into account.
We will gladly give our highest recommendation to Olive in Love. We could not have asked for anything more. -

Fantastic wedding planners and all round lovely people!
After deciding to plan our wedding in beautiful Tuscany (having experienced the amazing Italian food, wine and hospitality on recent holidays) we started looking for a wedding planner to help us plan our wedding day. We contacted a number of different planners and they were all helpful, but as soon as we contacted Olive in Love, we knew they were the ones for us! Pia and Michele were so friendly, relaxed and helpful, they immediately put us at ease. We particularly appreciated their down to earth, practical approach - rather than trying to sell us their idea of a dream wedding, they listened to our ideas and preferences and helped us plan the kind of wedding that suited us. Prior to the wedding we went to Italy a couple of times (firstly to look at venues and then to taste food and wine) and met up with Pia and Michele. They were such great hosts and we really enjoyed spending time with them travelling around the beautiful Italian countryside seeing the sights and trying local food and wine whilst picking out our venue, food and decor. At each stage of planning we were given plenty of options to choose from and Pia was great at sourcing different options to fit our budget when needed. When the big day arrived, it was exactly as we had envisioned and we had Pia and Michele to thank for that. Our guests had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed the celebrations, with some even suggesting we have an annual group trip to Italy to continue the celebrations! We would have no hesitation in recommending Olive in Love and would like to thank Pia and Michele again for their wonderful, personal wedding planning service. -

A wonderful experience
We had a flawless experience with Olive in Love while planning our wedding in Tuscany. From the first email enquiring about wedding planning to the main event I could not fault using Pia. She was wonderful and made our vision for our wedding a reality, nothing was ever too much trouble! The venue, flowers, caterer, photographer, DJ, ceremony, everything was perfect. Wedding Planner
We had our dream wedding in Italy and we couldn’t have done it without Pia & Michele (Olive in Love). Organising a destination wedding was always going to be challenging, to complicate it further, we found two venues that we loved and wanted to incorporate them both in our wedding celebrations. Pia’s attention to detail, creativity and great relationships with the venues and partners made that happen for us. She was totally hands on from the very beginning stages of finding our venue & wedding suppliers, right until the end, even helping our guests with their travel plans! And most importantly, on the wedding day, Pia made sure that everything went perfectly and we just cherished our day and our guests :)
I cannot imagine how we would have had our dream wedding without Pia. We will always be grateful and would highly recommend Olive in Love to any ‘Mr & Mrs to be’

We couldn’t have asked for better! Pia and Michele were amazing! From the first meeting to all through the end of the wedding, on all aspects, organizing all that we wanted and taking care of our guests, everything was perfect. We were treated like friends and made to feel so comfortable! We would recommend anyone wanting a fantastic wedding with NO stress, to go with Olive in love!
