My Wife and I were the first official wedding at this venue. As a professional in the wedding business myself I know pretty well what to look for when booking a venue. Olympic View Estates is a very new and very accommodating venue in accordance to their contract. Our wedding was absolutely gorgeous and the owners were very understanding with our demographic of different guests. From the time we booked to the time we had our wedding the owners were working tirelessly to make the venue perfect. The artificial turf, stadium seating, Koi pond, decorated barn area and accommodations with tables and chairs makes this venue a wonderful place to get married.

We would recommend this venue to ANYBODY for weddings or other events.!!!

Olympic View Estates was the perfect place for our wedding! Pam and Trent were extremely helpful and amazing people to work with. Our wedding went off without a hitch and Pam and Trent were there to help us with anything we needed. The facilities and accommodations were amazing and met all of our needs and expectations. I would recommend this venue to all of my family and friends! Beautiful day, perfect experience.

Olympic View Estates was the most perfect setting for my daughter's wedding! Absolutely stunning. Pam and Trent were lovely to work with and have really created a unique venue with everything thought through perfectly. From the bridal suite to the sun shade over the reception area - small touches make it fabulous. We highly recommend OVE - and the pictures?! Picturesque to say the least. Thank you so much!

Let me just start by saying - OVE has set the standards for what the next generation of Wedding Venues should be.
My (now) husband and I stumbled upon OVE from a referral and within minutes we were on the phone with Pam setting up a time that same day to go out and take a tour. On a gloomy, pouring rain kind of October day while in the midst of final construction, we could see how beautiful this venue was, and the potential it had.
The amount of creativity and thought process to how they've created this venue is just magical. From the Golf themed 'Groom's Room' and the beautiful 'Bridal Suite' that has the perfect set up for hair and makeup, they really paid attention to detail. From the turf, theater seating for the ceremony, coy pond and the amazing landscaping I could go on and on about the great details, but I know I'll run out of room.
Once the Wedding Day approached, everything was set in place perfectly. At the time, we were lucky enough to work with their daughter Nichole who was our day of coordinator. We couldn't have done it without her!! Nichole was so organized, personable and professional, she truly was a joy to work with! Not only was Nichole such amazing help, Trent and Pam were also very accommodating to whatever needs we wanted, and great with every one of our vendors who was coming on site, everyone was so amazing to work with from beginning to end.
Our guests at the Wedding were in awe of this space. I can't tell you how many people complimented the grounds throughout the day. It was so fun to see all our family and friends enjoy the surroundings as much as we did.
My husband Sam and I would personally like to thank Trent, Pam & Nichole for giving us our dream wedding. It was without a doubt everything we've ever pictured for our special day and we will be forever grateful! Cheers!

My mom and my step dad picked the venue after they both looked very long. It was really good! The cabin where the bridesmaids got their makeup and hair done was very nice and had enough room for 2 girls and 6 women to do what they need to in order to get ready for the wedding. The area was beautiful, my favorite part of it was either the barn or the Koi pond. They picked a great place to have their wedding and I hope nobody else says otherwise.

This wedding venue is absolutely breathtaking. The ceremony stage and reception terrace are thoughtfully built and stunning. The landscaping is gorgeous - there are so many places for amazing photos. The barn is perfect for dining and dancing, right next to the reception terrace (covered). Owners are accommodating and friendly. This place is truly great!

If I can give you the review for the ground and the venue I would give it 5 stars it meets all needs it's absolutely stunning all areas of the venue are just gorgeous and well taken of.

Unfortunately the owners ruin this beautiful place. We had our wedding here. I've been to many weddings and not once did I see the owners on the premises. Trent an Pam were like baby sitters is the best way to explain this. I hired a day of coordinator, licensed bar tenders, top notch catering and yet they were hovering over everyone.
When you first sign the contract you are given the option to have outside cleaning or yourself clean after the wedding. When it came to the final payment we were hounded about the cleaning. We were told we were NOT allowed to use outside services and given a list a mile long to clean before we leave the venue to clean. The person that they have is a family member who comes the morning after! I read my contract, no where is it stated no outside services. They are all business and all about the money. If you pay for a rain cover be sure to see if the party or wedding the night before is using it as well. I wouldn't pay the full amount!
You think you are paying a pretty good price until you have to pay the extras.
It wouldn't be that bad if they weren't there! I have a 10 people who had incidents with Pam. I did not expect my guest to have to deal with the rudeness from Pam. Until they take a step back or have someone come an manage the property for weddings I WOULDN'T recommend this for a wedding.

Although this wedding venue is beautiful and the views are breathing taking, that all i can really say about this place. If you do decide to do this wedding view make SURE you have a wedding coordinator. Although this is not in the contract I HIGHLY recommend it. Pam harassed, antagonized all of us durning this whole process and the day of. Mind you Pam is on site the entire day and you would think you can ask her questions. DONT. She is so rude. My mother asked her for more toilet paper the day of the wedding, and she called her a bad name because she asked a question. We paid for the venue from 10-10. She was kind enough to let us get there early to get ready but she pushed us out b 9pm. So since we didn't have a wedding coordinator she made all my family and bridal crew start cleaning up by 7:30. She made it miserable for my family and bridal crew to enjoy their time. I contacted her and asked if we where going to reimbursed for the time we lost because we got pushed out. No response. She contacted me on a holiday because she needed to know if we wanted the rain cover on the pergola. Luckily i didn't go camping or didn't have cell service, because i had to let her know by 12:00pm that day if we needed to use it. Apparently she needs to know 4 days prior so she can have a crew set it up. I told her i wasn't sure, because the weather was looking good enough, but she said," Let me make this absolutely clear to you... I need to know by 12:00pm today if you are going to use it." I can't stress this enough, she is so unprofessional and rude i would not recommend getting married here. when my bridesmaids and family where cleaning up they where told she already checked those areas and it was clean. My bridesmaids still checked and there was a TON of alcohol. She was hiding our alcohol. someone spilt red wine on a chair and she cussed up a storm. I can go on and on about this but in conclusion. I do NOT recommend this place.

We signed a contract with this venue and ended up canceling our wedding here so I can tell you about what it really is all about.

-Everyone has to be OUT BY 10PM- and clean up starts at 9PM
-Music off by 9:30
-Alcohol done serving by 9PM- Last call will have to be around 8:30
-5 Hour MAX amount of time for alcohol
-You cannot have a cocktail hour before the wedding- but if you beg enough and they give you enough crap about it- they will but charge you more on your deposit and keep it if any alcohol is seen in the ceremony area
-Even though they didn't mention this and it'd not stated in the contract- you have to somehow enforce that throughout the wedding no alcohol can be consumed in the ceremony area
-When you are driving there, you are driving through a neighborhood- definitely not a very special feeling, more like, 'I think Google maps is wrong, there's no way it could be here'
-To the north are industrial electrical poles
-The parking lot is RIGHT next to the reception area
-When we were there I could hardly hear myself think as the neighbors were mowing their lawn
-Motor homes the neighbors own are visible from the venue
-The bridal cottage is tiny- and there is no bathroom. So if you have to go to the bathroom, you have to go to the main room where everyone will see you (only important before the ceremony)
-While the view is kind of nice you see a lot of people's homes in that view.

We ended up not going forward with them but had only signed 2 weeks from when we canceled and I was shocked that they wouldn't be flexible in returning even a dollar of the $1,000 deposit. While yes, it does say non-refundable, they had spent all of maybe 1 hour dedicating to us, I think this is a testament to how inflexible they are. They never responded to my last email, and that was over a month ago.

Little professionalism in not hearing back from them, little flexibility in the deposit, zero responsiveness after my emails regarding the deposit.
