Omni Fort Worth Hotel Reviews

We had our daughter's wedding ceremony and reception at the Omni Hotel in sections of the Texas Ballroom. The staff was so helpful from start to finish in the process, and always available to answer questions and make changes. Kelly Williams, the catering manager, did a fabulous job getting the event spaces ready, and directing the flow of the wedding. She even helped me with the crazy, difficult bustle on my daughter's dress! A special touch for the bride and groom was being met as soon as the ceremony was over with their signature drinks, and having their own wait staff for the reception!

They were AWESOME and worth every penny. Highly recommend - my favorite wedding vendor to work with. Everything with them went super, super smoothly, and I am so glad I chose the Omni.

I absolutely loved the Omni Hotel in downtown Fort Worth! This venue was perfect for both my ceremony and reception. Deanna Ogg is the coordinator there, and her and her team were fantastic. I can't say enough how professional they are and what a great time we had. I recommend for any bride selecting a venue to see Deanna, our day was absolutely PERFECT!

Absolutely amazing venue! Beautiful decor both in the reception hall and throughout the rest of the hotel. We were provided with an amazing bridal suite and a complimentary hospitality suite for family members to get ready in. I cannot compliment the staff enough. They were very professional and quick to resolve all issues that cropped up. If all Omni hotels are this amazing, it will become my preferred hotel of choice every time I go on vacation.

Omni Hotel provided excellent service during our reception. We had many guests inform us how great their service was. Deanna is great to work with.

You have to us their in-house catering, however, this is not a complaint. Their food is delicious and they can make ANYTHING you could imagine. The staff who work there are incredibly professional and make sure everything is taken care of. I hired an outside planner, but they provide a coordinator who made sure everything runs smoothly. The ballrooms are beautiful. The staff easily changed the ambiance from conference room to wedding. Overall, we had a great experience. We received many compliments from our guests on the venue.

I wanted a venue where I could have both the ceremony and the reception, and Omni fit the bill. The ballrooms were great, and was exactly what we were looking for. The food was phenomenal. I liked that it was a sort of one stop shop if you will. We were planning the wedding from out of state, so most of our communication was done through email. I liked that we were able to get most things through them, ceremony space, reception space, food, alcohol, lighting..as opposed to having to hire several different vendors. It seemed to be a pretty reasonable price for all that was included. With that being said, we did have some issues. 1- Valet hit my moms (mother of the brides car), 2-a server spilled champagne down one of our guests back, 3-we made special concessions for vegetarians and they did not receive those meals, 4-me (bride) and groom did not receive any of our wedding cake and I know there had to have been a lot leftover. Additionally, I would've expected an establishment of that size to follow-up to see how everything went..but not so much. Overall I was pleased with it, but there was definitely some things that I wish would've gone differently.
