    Amazing experience

    Olysa and her team are amazing! She recently took on planning my entire wedding which is more than she normally does. She was very detailed and thorough but also flexible. She listened to my ideas and really incorporated them into the design. I would highly recommend her for any event.

    Beautiful Wall Rental for Photo ops

    Olysa is the sweetest! I was looking for a photo op wall for a business event and a friend referred me to her. They dropped it off at the venue and picked it up without me having to be involved. It was easy and beautiful! Exactly what we needed!

    Olysa and Her Team Were Amazing!

    Olysa went out of her way on several occasions to go above and beyond, helping make our day amazing! She staged and styled our reception area, seating area, guest tables, cake table, sweetheart table, and centerpieces. She also acted as our day-of coordinator, helping manage the schedules and stress so we did not have to! She was amazing and the value of her services were immeasurably! I highly recommend On a Lark Rentals!

    Olysa goes out of her way to help you bring your dreams and inspiration to life! On the day of our styled shoot she even stayed to help us move things around and create the perfect elements with her furniture and props all while she was 9 months pregnant! So much dedication, creativity and helpfulness. :)

    I just simply do not have the words to describe how amazing Olysa was while planning my wedding. She was beyond kind, extremely helpful and equally as passionate about my visions. She went out of her way multiple times to source items I absolutely wanted present during my wedding day. I had certain ideas on how I wanted some decor to be displayed and Olysa just got it. When our wedding day came - I could not believe how PERFECT all of our set up's were. I was completely blown away - it was more than I could have ever imagined. My advice to any future brides is to contact her immediately. She is truly passionate about what she does and it shows so effortlessly in her work. We couldn't be more thankful!!

    Olysa was fantastic! I absolutely loved my vintage lounge set-up and could not have been happier with how it looked. We initially saw one of her sofas at the Behind the Bash expo and I knew I had to have her style a lounge for my wedding. When we were looking to save money and stick to our budget, the lounge setup was always mentioned as something we 'wanted but didn't need'. I am so glad I never gave in because the lounge was one of my favorite spots at the wedding and was so beautiful in photos. Guests used it all day long and it added even more warmth to an already happy and joyful day. Olysa always responded to me and was patient and so helpful. Since we lived far away, she was incredibly accommodating with her schedule so we could come see her warehouse and pick items for the setup. She even gave us these adorable garden chairs to use in our greenhouse that were a perfect match and provided a stunning backdrop for bridal bouquet photographs. Olysa was so lovely and her collection was beautiful. She will work with you to give you an amazing wedding and make sure you are happy! I highly recommend On a Lark!

    I cannot say enough about Olysa and On A Lark Rentals! Olysa was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was flexible, reliable, and beyond creative. Olysa worked with me for 4 months to plan all the little details of our wedding. We were in constant contact, and Olysa was never thrown off when I changed my mind, which I did several times.
    On A Lark provided rentals for our ceremony (doors, a dresser, crates, etc.), rentals for our reception (several cabinets for our dessert table, favor stand, and tubs for bottles of milk, as well as centerpieces and several wooden chairs), and custom crafting (pennant bunting, pennant table numbers, and a fabric curtain for between the ceremony doors). She also let me borrow the most adorable umbrella for my ceremony "reveal".
    Olysa and her team provided Day of Styling for our event as well. I had only a few minutes on the day of the wedding to explain where I wanted everything to go. Olysa had everything totally under control, and when I had to head back inside for hair and make-up, I knew that she would make everything look beautiful. And she definitely did just that! When I walked up to our reception and ceremony area, I was blown away. There is no way I could have pulled off such a spectacular scene without Olysa.
    Because of On A Lark, my wedding day was the PERFECT day. I have gotten so many compliments, and am so looking forward to seeing our professional photos of the day and everything Olysa did for us! I would absolutely recommend On A Lark to anyone looking to plan a special and totally unique party, wedding, or event.

    Olysa from On a Lark was not only cool and a lot of fun to work with, but very professional. She was highly accommodating and had many creative ideas for our wedding.     Awesome Lounge Space

    Olysa was super fun to work with and her ideas are amazing. I was completely overwhelmed by this planning process and Olysa was kind enough to jump on the phone with me and talk me through things when it felt like my brain was melting. While her packages include a LOT (plus all the little decor details which really add to the overall design) there are some little things that can add up. I was THRILLED with the lounge set up and cake table Olysa designed for us. She's absolutely amazing to work with and we're still receiving compliments on how much people loved using that space!

    Beautiful rentals

    Olysa was flexible to work with as a COVID bride. I originally reserved rentals from On A Lark in 2019 for our May 2020 wedding, then COVID happened. When we postponed to May 2021, she was extremely kind and helpful with our situation. I will admit communication was not always there, and I sometimes had to reach out on a few channels to connect with her, but ultimately she was very kind and went above and beyond on the day of our wedding bringing extra pieces to really make our wedding look exactly how we envisioned. Her pieces were stunning and perfect for our style. Thank you so much Olysa!

    Unbeliebaly Disappointing and Unprofessional

    I had been talking with Olysa for almost a year and really loved the reviews and amazing photos she had on her portfolio. She was very sweet but i started to realize that she was unorganized and unprofessional. About 6 months from our wedding date, she had "rescheduled" with me almost 6 times and had to get multiple new phones because something would always happen to hers. Either way I tried to make it work because I felt sympathetic towards all the excuses she kept saying were the issues. The last time i spoke with her was when she tried to bail on me AGAIN because she couldn't find a vehicle to come let me finally see the warehouse. I was 6 months from my wedding and having to start completely from scratch and she didn't even apologize to me. I have never written a review in my life, but i feel like it's my duty that I write this for others to review because I would hate for this to happen to someone else. I couldn't believe the lack of professionalism and the fact that when i explained my disappointment and cancelled our meeting, i didn't even get a response back. After working with someone for so long on my dream day and having to actually continue to reach out to my vendor for support was ridiculous. Again, i hope they can do better in the future and make their customer's a priority.

    Would Not Recommend!!

    I would not recommend On A Lark for any rentals or event planning.

    1) She was unable to provide enough chairs (as were agreed upon in our contract) and we were not notified until the day of the wedding. She did not have a business credit card or adequate funds to rent additional chairs the day of the wedding so we received a call the morning of seeking additional money to rent chairs from a different vendor. Mind you, the only things that were readily available the day of were metal fold up chairs and that was not what we wanted. It then took several months to get minimal reimbursement from her. Side Note: She was able to provide about 40 of her own chairs (we needed 125 total) however, during our ceremony, one those chairs, broke and all guests witnessed it. It is still talked about by family and friends to this day.

    2) She wasn’t readily available for calls/texts/etc. When we were able to get in contact with her, she contacted us from at least 5 different cell phone numbers over the course of our dealings.

    3) Each recommendation we were given, was way out of budget. We emphasized our budget yet she continued to give us high priced vendors, decor recommendations, etc.

    4) She had poor communication skills the day of the wedding and failed to realized the photographer and videographer were even on site. Additionally, prior to the day of the wedding, I gave her a list of people we specifically wanted pictures with and she was to bring those guests/family members to us during cocktail hour. She never did. I am devastated that I didn’t get pictures with some very important family and friends of ours. The day of your wedding is chaotic enough (and I was 37 weeks pregnant) and it was her job to keep us on track and to make sure those photos were taken.

    6)We had a close family member step up to basically fulfill her place. He spent a lot of his personal money on decor that she failed to provide (again, as agreed upon in the contract).

    We paid around $1500 for her services/decor and her performance was simply not up to par for that price point. Aesthetically, she has a great eye for design but it just was not present for our big day.

    Despite all of this, we did have a phenomenal photographer and videographer (I found both of them myself— not at her recommendation) and our day was captured in the most beautiful way possible.

    Hiring her as a vendor would be the only thing I would have changed for our wedding day.
