  Donna was a major part in my husband’s and I's wedding this past weekend. From the first time we met to review the details of the day, I could tell we were in great hands. She thought of specifics that never crossed our minds, proving her extensive experience in the business. We left the meeting feeling very confident.
  
  On the day of, she was more than helpful ensuring timelines were held, everyone was in their places, and ensured vendors were in sync to provide a seamless and beautiful day.
  
  I would highly recommend Donna to help ensure your big day goes as you always dream it will!

  We have absolutely loved working with Donna for our December/Christmas Wedding! She has stayed on top of everything and really communicated well with each and every vendor we have - as well as the us, the couple! She makes sure anything you need is completed and up to your standards and takes care of the finest details that really make your wedding fabulous. I had hired a Day of Coordinator for the details, ceremony and scheduling aspect of the day so it could be as smooth as possible. Highly recommend Donna!

  Great Experience

  Donna was great to work with! She was hired as a day of coordinator but did so much more. She is very aware they her clients haven't planned a wedding before, and she was so helpful in guiding me on what I needed to do. She has very helpful and professional. She wasn't able to coordinate my wedding, but worked alongside Trisha, who also did a fabulous job on the day of and for the rehearsal.

  It has been a pleasure dealing with Donna. She is friendly, kind, and competent....I was overwhelmed with even thinking about a wedding, and Donna knew what questions and topics to pose at the right times.   Having On the Go as our coordinator on our wedding day allowed us to be guests at our own wedding. Our wedding day was so smooth, everything was on time, and we had time to eat, dance, and not worry about anything behind-the-scenes. On the Go thought of all the things I would never have thought of when planning a wedding.

  Donna was incredibly helpful throughout our planning process even though she was contracted for day-of services. She was level headed and provided resources when we were struggling to find vendors. She also worked really well with the venue coordinators to make our event a reality.

  Worth every penny!

  I decided on hiring a day-of coordinator once I realized how overwhelmed I was while planning and am so glad I did! Donna and Tasha were amazing and thought of details I never would have! Our phone calls always put me at ease and its obvious that they truly care for their couples. On our wedding day when the venue's service started slipping, Tasha was right there to fix it. I didn't really realize the issues until after the wedding. (Remember, your venue coordinator is NOT the same as a day-of coordinator! You need someone in YOUR corner.) I cannot thank these two enough! Hire them for a stress free wedding day!

  Donna was the best day of coordinator we could ever ask for. Super organized, detailed, responsive, and no BS! Also very reasonable in price. Donna calmed our nerves and did everything to ensure we enjoyed our wedding day with our friends and family. She also took care of our wedding favors which take off a huge burden for us and were a huge hit for our guests. We can't thank her enough and would hire her all over again if we could!

My wedding venue was very difficult to work with and I hired her to make sure things went as smoothly as possible, because I did not trust the staff at my venue to carry out my wishes. I was so glad that I hired her because she basically took charge and ran the rehearsal for us, (which actually wasn’t within her contract parameters), wrangled my vendors the day of so I wasn’t bothered by a million questions, and was able to run interference with some really terrible event staff. She was well worth hiring the extra set of hands on the day of.

Our intimate ceremony was held at Thacher Park in the afternoon and our reception at Loft 433 in Troy in the evening. We hired Donna to help coordinate both venues and the vendors associated with each venue so that we didn't have to worry about anything... she was absolutely amazing! She made sure everything flowed smoothly, met us at Thacher Park to preview the location of the ceremony, and also attended the final meeting/walkthrough with us at Loft 433. Donna is organized, communicative, and caring! We would definitely hire Donna again for any future events!

  Donna was really great to work with. She kept in touch constantly with me and asked for updates to make sure she knew what was going on. We had a hurricane the weekend of the wedding but she was still on time and was able to set up everything even while I was running around.

  Very professional, wonderful experience

  Donna and her team provided excellent service for a day after wedding brunch. They arrived early and jumped right in setting up and making sure everything was ready before our guests arrived. They continued to make sure everything ran smoothly during the brunch which allowed us to mingle with our guests. I would definitely recommend Donna to someone who is looking for help with a gathering small or large.

  Amazing Wedding Coordinator

  Donna was a life savor! She was amazing during our covid wedding, handled every small detail and when my father in law went missing, she tracked him down to make everything smooth again. I'm very organized so I thought maybe I could do my wedding without a coordinator but after all of the questions Donna asked, I realized I never would have thought of certain things. She was professional, reasonable, organized, patient and we're so happy to have had her on our day!
