OTM is an incredible caterer and exclusive venue provider - we absolutely loved working with them for our wedding and their service is unmatched. The food for both the cocktail hour and dinner was some of the best we've ever had, and we loved how many options they offered to choose from. For our venue, The Point at Norwalk Cove was everything we were looking for a more - it was accessible, beautiful, and offered the ability to customize that we were looking for. Highly recommend choosing OTM for your next event. -

Just hire them! Your Catering provider will make or break your event. You are looking for a company that can champion the food, suggest the right wine for the bar, manage the up and downs of your rentals, consider the dietary restrictions of your guests, set up, break down, serve 250 guests in 10 minutes- and in unison! Like, just HIRE ON THE MARC! Your guests will be impressed and so will you! -

The most perfect New England baby shower
My first baby is due in early November (2020), so while I really wanted to plan a baby shower, there was so much uncertainty during this time of COVID. Despite everything that was going on, I decided to move forward with it and host my shower at The Inn at Longshore. Having the event outside with an intimate group was the PERFECT decision. We were blessed with an absolutely gorgeous late summer New England day and held the shower under a (beautiful sailcloth) tent, overlooking the water. You really can't ask for a better view! The teams at the Inn and On The Marc were extremely attentive and on top of every single detail leading up to the day making the planning process seamless.
Having been a former employee of On The Marc, I knew that there was no other food that I would even consider serving at my party (that also means that I had pretty high expectations because I know what it should taste + look like). The food was beyond delicious (wood fired mini pizzas, hot buttered lobster rolls, hummus bowls, gazpacho...just to name a few). And the desserts - WOW (I have quite the sweet tooth so these were also very important to me). Beautifully colored French macaroons, a naked carrot cake, cookies, etc. Not only did they look beautiful but they TASTED soooo good. The staff were excellent, top notch. I know how important it is to have good staff at an event and they did not disappoint! I really wanted to be able to enjoy the day and feel like a guest at my own party - which was exactly what happened.
Hats off to On The Marc for making this such a wonderful and special day for me! -

We used On The Marc at the Inn At Longshore, and knew their food was going to be exceptional. They have a long list of menu items for appetizers, entrees, desserts, with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options to please any crowd. The food was well prepared, beautifully served, and delicious. We appreciated the ease in which they adapted some items to our tastes, and even let us preview their tester menu for the following season in the event we were interested in any of those options. Everyone left well fed! -

I cannot begin to express the amount of love and appreciation I have for the team at On the Marc. Our wedding day could not have been more perfect, and we attribute it to On the Marc. Amanda and her team were organized, meticulous, gave attention to detail and were so hospitable (our guests took note!). Amanda went above and beyond to make our day so special — she even came to work on the day of the wedding, feeling under the weather, with a huge smile on her face! Her dedication is proven. The whole team, really, was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish. To top it all off, the food was INSANELY good — our guests are still raving about it! I cannot say enough good things about On the Marc! Hands down the best decision I made for this wedding — aside from saying “I do” to my husband! 😉 Special shout-out to Theresa, also, who was so accommodating the night of our wedding, and made sure we got a chance to eat, drink & enjoy! THANK YOU! -

The most perfect wedding day!
I woke up on my wedding day to a forecast of severe thunderstorms and high winds. To say I was panicked about my completely outdoor wedding would be an understatement. But, Marc and his team at On The Marc pulled all the strings and made the wedding of my dreams come to life no matter what mother nature through at them. Our day was nothing short of amazing and we could not have done it without OTM on our side. Highly recommend! -

If you want the food at your wedding to be memorable for guests, OTM is the caterer to choose. We got married last May and here I am in February still thinking about the food at our wedding. Countless guests told me it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding and Marc's team made the stations, passed apps, and family-style dinner truly memorable. I felt like I had taken 200 of our closest friends and family out to eat at our favorite restaurant, and that was exactly the vibe we were going for. On top of the food, the entire team is highly trained in hospitality. An experience we will never forget! -

I've known Marc since High School, his passion has always been food. Marc's length of experience far exceeds any caterer or Chef that I know. When most 16 year old children were playing video games, Marc was working countless hours at restaurants as an intern or working on his craft at home. I've seen Marc's business flower from a home kitchen to a full service commercial kitchen and growing. Through all his expansion, Marc has never lost site of the customer experience, he continues to train his staff with weekly/monthly trainings making each event better and better. As someone that's now been to multiple events performed by OntheMarc, I am always beyond impressed by the food quality, abundance, and hospitality be each member of his Team. The appetizers are always my favorite, especially the Mini Maine Lobster Rolls, I'm always full before dinner is served. I would highly recommend Marc and his Team as I have always to anyone looking to host anything from a small dinner party of 2 to a party of 200 or more! Buon appetito!
