  The Best Wedding Planner

  Erica at One 15 Events is beyond amazing. I loved her from our initial call and she was so helpful throughout the wedding planning process. She kept me organized, let me know what I needed to do before our next check in. She kept me sane throughout the process and offered so many wonderful suggestions. Erica also gave us 4 vendor recommendations and we wound up using some. She coordinated the timeline and the vendors and made sure everyone worked well together.
  
  The day of the wedding, she took care of everything. All I had to do was give her the items to set up and she and her assistant, Katie, took care of everything. She also answered all of my mom's questions and handled her concerns (which were many). Erica handled the family photos and made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be. I didn't have to worry about a single thing on the day of my wedding. Thank you so much to Erica for all of her hard work!

  One 15 Events served as the day of coordinator for our wedding. Erica and her team made us feel comfortable and proved their trustworthiness from the very first communication. Everyone on her team is kind and serves as a true champion and advocate for their couples.
  
  We started weekly calls about 6 weeks out and her team took everything they could off our plate up until the wedding. Our wedding day was a breeze and we worried about zero logistics throughout the day. When one (minor) hiccup occurred, One 15 stepped in and corrected it in about 30 seconds.
  
  One 15 Events was the best investment we made in our wedding. Thank you, One 15! We couldn't have done this without you!

  Amazing Day of Coordinator

  We are so glad we found Erica to help us with our big day; we literally could not have done it without her! Erica helped us coalesce our vision and keep pace leading up to our wedding day with weekly calls and quick responses to any email questions we had. The insight she provided and questions she asked played a key role in planning the absolute best wedding we could have ever imagined. On the day of we literally didn’t have to worry about a thing. Erica quietly put out the few fires that popped up, handled all of the vendor interactions, crossed any missing t’s and dotted any missing i’s. She ensured that we could focus on enjoying the day and when all the partying was over she had everything we wanted boxed up and delivered it to our hotel and made sure that our marriage license documentation made it into the mail. We loved all of the services Erica provided and her personality made every interaction along the way an absolute joy. We couldn’t have asked for a better day of coordinator!

  We highly recommend hiring One15 to help manage your wedding. From the online program to the monthly check-ins, we were able to stay on task.   For almost the entirety of the planning process, we put off working with a wedding planner. About 3 weeks before our wedding day, we realized we couldn’t put it off any longer – that’s where One 15 Events came in. From our first conversation with Erica and Katie, we knew we made the right decision and were in the right hands. Katie immediately injected a sense of calm into the weeks leading up to our big day. She was thoughtful, thorough, precise, and decisive. On our wedding day, Katie was our right hand. She was our eyes and ears, running around to ensure every detail was executed as we planned. When there was a small table snafu at the eleventh hour, it was Katie who sprang into action to resolve. When it was time for our brief ceremony rehearsal, it was Katie who took charge and led the way. When we realized our bridesmaids hadn’t been given their bouquets for formal pictures, it took no more than a minute for Katie to locate and hand them out. It was because we had Katie there as an extension of us that we were able to sit back and enjoy what could have been a hectic and stressful day. Spoiler alert – the day was awesome! Without hesitation, we would recommend using One 15 Events for your wedding! Ask for Katie – you won’t regret it 😊

  Perfect Wedding Planners

  I can sing the praises of One15 enough. Our wedding would have been a disaster without them. Instead, it was absolutely perfect, with every detail accounted for. Erica and Mackenize are SO friendly and easy to work with, in addition to being incredibly good at their jobs!

  Truly fantastic

  If you take one thing away from this review is that if you want to retain your sanity, you need a wedding planner and if you want the best wedding ever, you absolutely should hire Erica as your wedding planner. I take pride in being the type A nutjob planner for parties, trips, what have you. Planning a wedding is 200 times harder. You want everything to go exactly as you planned it because this is (hopefully) only going to happen once in your life and you’re probably shelling out a stupid amount of money for it. Erica not only takes into account the significance of the event throughout the entire process, but she simultaneously makes you feel at ease the entire time and actually makes it enjoyable.
  
  Once Erica got a sense of who we were as a couple, our personalities, and generally what we liked, her vendor selections were on point and it made it that much easier to decide on who to hire. She also helped us stay organized and kept our to-do list limited to what we needed to decide on at any given time and allowed us to not be overwhelmed by an unmanageable laundry list of decisions to make.
  
  On the day, Erica and her assistant Aaliyah were a well-oiled machine and made everything go as planned. Even the things that didn’t go exactly as planned (and there will be at least one thing…it’s unavoidable), they handled everything so well that no one noticed. One of the biggest worries I had was how everything we decided on, purchased, etc. was going to come together. When we walked into the room where our reception was held before the wedding and got to see everything in place, I was truly stunned, ecstatic, [insert every other positive adjective here]. Everything was how I envisioned it in my mind, but couldn’t articulate. I honestly think Erica can read minds.
  During the reception, Erica and Aaliyah were somehow in several places at once. They were dealing with vendors, the venue staff, and yet somehow always made sure I had a glass of champagne in my hand at all times.
  
  After the wedding, pretty much everyone we spoke to said that our wedding was the best one they’ve ever been to (their own included). Erica had a HUGE amount to do with that.
  
  At the end of the day (or, really, the end of the 18 months), Erica is a top notch planner and truly a wonderful person. Hire. Her.

  A Decision You Will Not Regret

  I cannot say enough great things about Erica and the One 15 Events team. I have a very type A personality and I meticulously planned my wedding for most of the 2 year COVID period. It was very tough to trust the execution of something I had been planning for almost 2 years to a stranger. I vetted over 15 wedding planners and from the first meeting One 15 Events stuck out as well above all of the other planners I spoke with. Erica is super organized, patient, kind and had a creative solution for every potential issue we brought to her attention in the weeks leading up to our wedding.
  
  I could go on for days with all the wonderful things Erica and Katie did to make our wedding day the best day ever, but I will keep it short because we all know wedding planning is time consuming and you don’t need to be spending hours reading vendor reviews. On the day of the wedding Erica and Katie set up all of our decor seamlessly to our specifications . On the surface this seems like a basic task expected of wedding planners, but we had so much decor that it made our NYC apartment a prime candidate for an episode of Hoarders the week before our wedding. When the guests did not pick up the bubble guns for our picture perfect ceremony exit, Erica showed athleticism that I can only aspire to in making sure that she got to a bubble gun and our photographer got the perfect bubble photo that we had hoped for.
  
  Working with One 15 events allowed us to truly enjoy our day because we could trust that they had EVERYTHING covered. Do yourself a favor that you will not regret… say yes to One 15 Events as your wedding planners!

  A sublime events team

  Erica and her team at One15Events are truly wonderful people, exceptional professionals and always attentive listeners. Planning our wedding with them was actually lots of fun, no stress! Erica and her team managed to put together an event that was genuinely us. They found a way to accommodate our quirks and ‘swings’ (and old-fashioned Photo Booth, board games, a chill corner to rest); always had the right advice and they kept the event running smoothly. They managed to make the event feel intimate, and so all our guests felt like they were part of a big family. It was memorable.
  We feel extremely fortunate of having met Erica and her team at One15Events — they are sublime and we highly recommend them.

  If you have the opportunity to have Erica as your wedding planner, I cannot recommend it enough! She is absolutely incredible!! Erica is so organized, always one step ahead, and handled everything on our wedding day seamlessly. She is wonderful!

  Like working with friends on our special day

  Erica and Alana were seriously (well still are) magical unicorns who will make your special day and the planning process a breeze and fun.
  
  It felt like we were a team working together to create an amazing party celebrating us. Not to mention, my perfectionism (thanks anxiety & ocd) makes it easy for me to run around like a chicken with my head caught off after setting myself on fire. Erica & Alana did a great job keeping the matches away from me and my head & body intact.
  
  What can I not say about Erica & Alana! During the entire wedding progress, it felt like we were hanging out with friends while also planning one of the biggest events of our lives. We hit it off and it was special working with a couple who clearly love what they do and had a similar dynamic to my relationship with my partner.
  
  When describing our goals and wants, Erica & Alana not only crushed it, but they were honest if something wasn't doable (which can be hard to find). For our vendors we wanted to prioritize Black-owned, queer-owned, asian-owned, and immigrant-owned and Erica found incredible vendors for us.
  
  Now that our wedding is over, I'm going to miss our check-ins because it feels like we made amazing friends that just gets us.

  When describing our goals and wants, Erica & Alana not only crushed it, but they were honest if something wasn't doable (which can be hard to find). For our vendors we wanted to prioritize Black-owned, queer-owned, asian-owned, and immigrant-owned and Erica found incredible vendors for us.
  
  Now that our wedding is over, I'm going to miss our check-ins because it feels like we made amazing friends that just gets us.

  March 2022 Wedding

  We hired One 15 Events as the month-of planner for our March 2022 wedding and we cannot be more happy that we did! From the very beginning Erica and Alana were professional and on top of ever minor detail. Even things I never thought of! After having to move our wedding date multiple times because of COVID, we were burnt out with planning on our own, so having their guidance was truly invaluable. Every time I felt overwhelmed, we’d have our next meeting and Erica immediately had a supportive, calming presence that turned my mood right back around. They also readily fielded questions in between meetings and were happy to offer suggestions.
  
  On the morning of our wedding, when my florist failed to delivery the table greenery as scheduled, Erica and Aaliyah went out in the rain to find it for me so I wouldn’t be without it. Even the small details were as important to them as to us. It felt like they were everywhere at once, and I had both guests and other vendors tell me how great they are and how much the enjoyed working with them. They kept us on schedule and made sure everything and everyone was where it needed to be.

  Hire One15 Events for Your Wedding!

  I cannot recommend One15 Events highly enough. You are in the absolute best hands with Erica, Alana, and their team. They are kind, supportive, affirming, and so unbelievably organized. Wow.
  
  We hired One15 Events to be our day-of coordinators for a July 2020 wedding, and ended up working with them through 2 postponements, finally getting married on Sep. 11, 2021. During our nearly 2 years of working with them, they checked in regularly with us to see how we were feeling, weighed in on whether to postpone, gave us ideas for how to communicate with our guests, and advised us on how to have a safe wedding. Erica and Alana are extremely organized - they always had a full record of previous conversations when we spoke to them so that we never had to rehash items we'd already discussed. They also recommended the DJ who we ended up working with, and he was incredible.
  
  Even though we knew how fantastic Erica and Alana had been to work with over the past few years, we were still completely blown out of the water on our wedding day. Not only did everything run like clockwork - on-time, spot-on setup, etc. - but Erica also made lots of expert decisions that we never could / would have thought of. For example, we had discussed ahead of time where our guest book should be, and Erica placed it in a different spot during the cocktail hour so it would have more visibility. We can tell that the vast majority of people signed it while it was sitting in that spot, which we never would have predicted. This is just one example, but she drew on her expertise to make many other similar judgment calls throughout the course of the day.
  
  I hope I never have to get married again, but if I did, I'd hire them in a heartbeat.

  THE BEST wedding coordinators!

  I can't recommend Erica and Alana enough! My wife and I were so fortunate to be in the hands of such professional and wonderful wedding planners. From start to finish, Erica and Alana stayed on top of everything, handling anything that came up so that we could just focus on having a fantastic wedding.
  Erica and Alana helped us with the entire process, starting with finding a venue that had never hosted a wedding before. It was a new building that turned out to be the perfect venue for us, and Erica and Alana helped negotiate a great deal that included the venue, catering, rentals, staffing, and cleaning.
  Once the venue was secured, Erica and Alana kept us informed and on track with organized wedding planning documents and regular scheduled calls. Even when we were slow to progress with various planning and preparation benchmarks, Erica and Alana maintained a calm and confident demeanor and helped us get everything accomplished.
  They had plenty of great referrals and ideas to save money, including inexpensive flower, cake, decoration, and DJ options.
  As the wedding approached, Erica and Alana ensured everything came together, and they took care of all the decorations and venue preparations for the day of the wedding. They had contact with all of our vendors and key wedding party people to keep everyone on track, and they were positive, hard-working, and low-stress at our wedding. They kept everything in order and delivered an EPIC wedding that everyone was complimentary of.
  And so you don't have to take just my word for them, when we spoke to the caterer after the wedding, they said Erica and Alana were phenomenal (they specifically said to us, "we work with a lot of wedding planners, and you don't know what's out there--Erica and Alana are incredible!").

  The Marry Poppins of Wedding Days

  Erica was such a pleasure to work with. As another vendor at this wedding, she made everything extremely easy for me to accomplish. Anytime I had a question, she either had the answer right away or went to find it for me. There was absolutely nothing that phased her. She contacted me about a week before the event to see if there was anything I needed for the day of. Any other vendors that have the pleasure of working with her are extremely extremely lucky. I cannot recommend her enough to couples who are looking for a coordinator that is on top of everything on their wedding day so the only thing they have to worry about is getting down the aisle and enjoying themselves.
  
  P.S. I encountered literally the most relaxed bride I have ever seen, let alone worked with. I have no doubt One 15 Events played a major role in keeping her mind at ease.
