  Chase was an absolute pleasure to work with. I’m so happy we were able to book him for our wedding. Not only is he the sweetest human being with the kindest hard, but he has a true passion for his craft. He met with me twice. He was the only DJ I spoke with who was great at communication and spoke with me via zoom before we even began the booking process. He makes everything so easy! Our guests absolutely loved him. He was able to bring two very different cultures together through his music. Chase, we want you to know that our guests made many comments about how great you were. Everyone always says it, on wedding day Brides never have time to eat or enjoy their wedding as much as they want to. & of course, I didn’t get enough time to thank Chase for everything he did for us.

  Fantastic DJ!

  Cooper Brown is a fantastic DJ and we so enjoyed working with him to DJ for my wedding. He was very attentive and responsive during the planning period. He has an app that helps provide inspiration and suggested songs based on activity such as first dance, cake cutting, etc. He keeps the party going and feeds off the energy in the room. He knew how to get everyone dancing and keep them dancing! Would highly recommend!

  Outstanding! Went above and beyond!

  My family and I are so happy that we chose DJ Cooper to play at josh and I’s wedding! He went above and beyond of what we expected! My family members that I didn’t think would be on the dance floor, ended up on the dance floor! I would HIGHLY recommend Cooper! Especially his colored lights added so much effect to the wedding reception!!

  Amazing DJ!

  DJ Chase was amazing to work with. We met with him twice (via Zoom) to talk about what we wanted for our wedding. Not only did he play everything we wanted, he helped suggest things to help with the flow. So many of our guest said that they had so much fun and that the music was on point!

  Amazing wedding reception! Had the whole party dancing, even the non-dancing party poopers. Easy to talk to, helpful, good at directing and managing the activities and getting people involved. Would highly recommend. Will hire him again for our next event!

  Micro Wedding

  Our wedding was small but absolutely perfect and Cooper played a huge part in that! He talked through all the wedding details with us a few times before the event to make sure we were all on the same page. On the day of the wedding, I knew everything would go off without a hitch because of the planning we had done with him. That was super helpful for me because I didn’t have a wedding coordinator! The ceremony went perfectly and the reception was a blast. All of my guests had so much fun and our venue said we had some of the best wedding music they had ever heard. All thanks to Cooper! I would recommend him to anyone having a wedding or large event because he is the best!

  Exceeded Our Expectations in Creativity and Flexibility!

  Wow! Cooper Brown completely exceeded our expectations for our wedding and reception. From the moment we started planning the event to the final send-off, Cooper was great. He did a great job integrating our ideas in with some of the other fun things he suggested for the evening. The first part of the evening was an intimate dinner for close friends and family where we shared talents, gave toasts, and threw several impromptu curve balls his way. Cooper handled the surprises masterfully. The last part of the night was what many of our friends and family called the best reception they had ever been to. The dance floor was packed. We wanted to provide a memorable experience to say thank you to so many people who have a positive impact on our lives and Cooper really helped up deliver that. I would highly recommend working with Cooper as a DJ and Master of Ceremony for any event.

  The ultimate COVID wedding

  We were planning on having a small family dinner to celebrate our wedding, but someone suggested I hire an MC to bring some life into the evening. There was some skepticism about why we'd hire a MC/DJ at such a small event. In the end, everyone involved in the planning agreed it was one of the best decisions we made for our special day. I can't count how many people have told us it was the best wedding they've ever been to!
  
  The evening flowed and was on time. Cooper was funny. He made people feel comfortable. He helped facilitate a "Newylwed" game which everyone loved. We threw a few last minute revisions into the evening, and he just rolled with it! Everything was so organized, and he kept us smiling all night!
  
  Because of social distancing and our small guest list, we didn't originally plan on having a dance party, but Cooper encouraged us to give people the option to dance. It worked out wonderfully! People spaced themselves out on the dance floor according to their comfort level and we all had such a great time! Slow dancing with my husband and dad.. and then going nuts with my siblings and girl friends will forever be a highlight of the wedding day!
  
  If you want to have a wedding that's unique, fun, and memorable, you won't go wrong by booking Cooper. I'm so thankful for his passion for his work, and for caring about our wedding as much as we did. Thank you, thank you!

  These guys are an absolute must for your wedding!

  From my first conversation with Cooper until follow up after the wedding, I was constantly impressed with One Above Entertainment. Cooper called me maybe 30 minutes after first sending a message about availability and helped get me set up with one of their DJs Austin. We were able to go through the plans for the day, the ceremony, and what our expectations were for the wedding. Aside from making sure all the details were solidified, we always felt like their top priority was to make sure we were happy and to help with our vision for our wedding day. Our booking with One Above was extremely last minute (2 weeks) but they worked to get all of the details quickly so that we were all set up by the wedding day. Additionally there was an unexpected situation for our original DJ Austin, but we were instantly set up with another DJ, Dev who was just as personable as Austin and Cooper.
  
  I do not exaggerate when I say that Dev was spectacular on the day of the wedding, I literally could not have asked for a better DJ. The flow and timing of the music was perfect, and he was very skilled at reading the mood and choosing great songs to keep the flow going. He was patient with all requests and last minute changes and even double checked with me when I okayed a few of our "do not play" songs. After the wedding I had so many people tell me that the wedding was one of the most fun that they had been to, and I firmly believe it was mostly in thanks to DJ Dev.
  
  If you have a chance to book One Above Entertainment, do not hesitate to book them; I have a hard time believing that you would find anyone better. It was the best decision we made for our wedding day.

  Made my wedding a dream

  This man was amazing! At first I was not confident that we needed a DJ for our wedding and only searched for one because my father was emphatic trying to convince me to have one. After looking online and calling/meeting with other DJ's I was under the impression that this would not be worth while, until I met DJ Cooper. He was so wonderful and helpful with setting up the plan for the reception and helped capture the best moments on film by coordinating with the photographer and videographer. He had wonderful ideas on how to execute performances throughout the reception and was fantastic at keeping the party alive for hours. He is more than willing to work with you and any last minute changes. I am convinced that without him as our DJ our wedding would have been another boring and droll event. If you want your wedding to be special and memorialized, I would insist you give this man a call.

  Absolutely loved having DJ Cooper be a part of our special day! I wish I could give him 10 stars! I wanted people to come to our reception and to have a good time. I knew a DJ was a must. I'm so glad I discovered Cooper online. The night was perfect. Cooper has a gift for engaging a crowd and creating an energetic atmosphere. People who were planning on leaving early just couldn't do it because they were having too much fun! He met with us personally and made our celebration customized to us and our personalities. He even secretly worked with my Mom to play a special audio recording from my grandparents who were not able to make it. Such a memorable time for everyone. If you want your wedding to be exceptional, DJ cooper is the man to hire.

  Absolutely Incredible!

  Cooper is the absolute BEST and that’s no exaggeration! He was the DJ/MC for our wedding and he made sure that everything ran smoothly. He worked really well with the rest of our vendors to make sure we were on schedule. We did a very customized procession and he was totally on board from day one and made sure it went off perfectly! He’s very detailed, so anything you can think of, he’s probably thought about it too and has addressed it with you. We also did a customized introduction at the reception for us and our bridal party that Cooper made so much fun and such high energy!
  
  Seriously, if you want someone that you know will have your back and will put time, effort, and love into your wedding, choose Cooper! You can’t get better than him!

  Cooper's The Guy!!

  Cooper is not only an incredible DJ, but also an incredible person! He's so friendly and such a hard worker. You can tell how passionate he is about what he does. He was so well organized and incredibly professional, making the night go smooth as ever!
  No matter how many people are at the event, Cooper will make sure it's a party no matter what. He thinks everything through and seriously is the most prepared person we've ever met! If you are looking for someone to DJ whatever event you have coming up, I would hire Cooper in a heartbeat. He is well worth the investment and makes everything so much better and easier!

  An Amazing Wedding DJ!!!

  Choosing Cooper Brown to be my DJ made my wedding day absolutely amazing!!! My biggest dream for my wedding was that my guests would enjoy the dancing, and Cooper did such a great job at getting everyone on the dance floor and having a blast! It has been a month since my wedding, and I am still getting compliments all the time from guests saying, “The dancing at your wedding was incredible, we had such a great time!” I would recommend this DJ to anyone!!! Cooper is very organized, and he will make sure the music and dancing on your day is perfect! His wedding planner spreadsheet that he works through with you allows you to have so much input into what exactly it is you want. Cooper is such an attentive listener, and he takes everything you want seriously. He is very professional in his communications with you, and he always returns your messages so promptly. He is so willing to let you make any decision you need to make your day great, but he is also there for feedback and to answer any questions that you have. If you love music (like I do!) he allows you to pick your playlists and create your dream wedding dance party. Meanwhile, he also gives fantastic input and recommendations. So alternatively if you do not know music as well and need a DJ that can create a good playlist for you (with your input of course!) he can do that as well. He is very experienced and knows what will work with crowds and what might not go as well. You can just tell by talking to him that this he knows what he is doing and is great at what he does. Cooper is so passionate about being a good DJ, and I knew that he genuinely cared about my big day and wanted my wedding to be everything I had ever wanted. Once I had picked Cooper as my DJ so much stress was gone because I was confident that he would do a great job, and he ended up being such an incredible DJ!! Additionally, Cooper is such a calm and positive presence at your wedding. I was running late to my ring ceremony rehearsal and was very stressed when I arrived to my venue. However, the second I walked into the door Cooper was there completely set-up and ready to go and enthusiastically welcomed me saying, “This is going to be an awesome wedding!” I instantly felt better, because I knew that with Cooper’s help conducting the ring ceremony music everything was definitely going to run smoothly (and it did!!). If you choose Cooper Brown for your DJ you will be SO happy! With his help you will have a fantastic wedding dance party and will make so many fun memories as you dance with your spouse, friends, and family throughout the night. Words really cannot describe how grateful I am that he was the DJ for my wedding.

It has been a month since my wedding, and I am still getting compliments all the time from guests saying, “The dancing at your wedding was incredible, we had such a great time!” I would recommend this DJ to anyone!!! Cooper is very organized, and he will make sure the music and dancing on your day is perfect! His wedding planner spreadsheet that he works through with you allows you to have so much input into what exactly it is you want. Cooper is such an attentive listener, and he takes everything you want seriously. He is very professional in his communications with you, and he always returns your messages so promptly. He is so willing to let you make any decision you need to make your day great, but he is also there for feedback and to answer any questions that you have. If you love music (like I do!) he allows you to pick your playlists and create your dream wedding dance party. Meanwhile, he also gives fantastic input and recommendations. So alternatively if you do not know music as well and need a DJ that can create a good playlist for you (with your input of course!) he can do that as well. He is very experienced and knows what will work with crowds and what might not go as well. You can just tell by talking to him that this he knows what he is doing and is great at what he does. Cooper is so passionate about being a good DJ, and I knew that he genuinely cared about my big day and wanted my wedding to be everything I had ever wanted. Once I had picked Cooper as my DJ so much stress was gone because I was confident that he would do a great job, and he ended up being such an incredible DJ!! Additionally, Cooper is such a calm and positive presence at your wedding. I was running late to my ring ceremony rehearsal and was very stressed when I arrived to my venue. However, the second I walked into the door Cooper was there completely set-up and ready to go and enthusiastically welcomed me saying, “This is going to be an awesome wedding!” I instantly felt better, because I knew that with Cooper’s help conducting the ring ceremony music everything was definitely going to run smoothly (and it did!!). If you choose Cooper Brown for your DJ you will be SO happy! With his help you will have a fantastic wedding dance party and will make so many fun memories as you dance with your spouse, friends, and family throughout the night. Words really cannot describe how grateful I am that he was the DJ for my wedding.

  I cannot say how much we LOVED having Cooper as the DJ for our wedding! He was extremely professional and organized from the first moment we met with him - months before our wedding. He helped us schedule the whole day and worked with our other vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. He did an absolute perfect job and made our wedding spectacular for everyone that attended. Even the waiters commented on how much they loved Cooper! We also booked his closed photo booth. His photo booth attendant was just as personable as he was and did a great job. Book him now!

  Best choice ever! During our interview with Cooper we knew he was the one for us. He had great ideas and you could tell he knew what he was doing. He was so professional and organized. He met with us to go over timelines and song choices and gave us tips on what he has seen works and what doesn't to keep guests engaged and entertained throughout the event. He coordinated with our other key vendors on the timeline and made sure that we got the best photos for our bouquet toss, garter toss, and cake cutting by making sure our photographer was ready to go. He even coordinated with my dad for his father of the bride toast which was an awesome surprise. Everyone was complementing us about our DJ choice. He kept the partying going all night long and even got out on the dance floor with us. Our wedding was on the small size (45 guests) and with Cooper there it felt like we were in our own personal night club with awesome lighting and monogram.   Cooper is the best decision we made for our wedding. He wears so many hats! He’s a DJ/Wedding Coordinator/Wedding Party Coach/Ceremony Conductor/Wedding Extraordinaire. You NEED this man for your wedding!
  
  Cooper gave us a wedding planning guide to organize our thoughts and make our wedding customized to us. Filling out the wedding planner was my favorite part of the wedding planning process. We loved working on our “DJ Homework” together. We had so much fun picking out our favorite dance songs and talking about why certain songs were important to our relationship. The planner was so great that I sent it to all of my other vendors to get them on the same page! My mom even printed out a copy to carry with her on the wedding day. It really helped me figure out the tiny logistics of the big day.
  
  Our ceremony music was flawless. The microphones worked perfect for our outdoor wedding. Cooper strategically staged the speakers so that they wouldn’t be in our wedding pictures.
  
  It ended up raining on our outdoor wedding. Cooper was so on top of it and flexible! He moved the party into our venue’s barn. It didn’t even feel like a backup plan!
  
  So many guests of all ages have passed on compliments about our DJ. He added so many unique, special touches that made our day really meaningful. I saw people on the dance floor that I never expected to see dancing! I spent most of the reception on the dance floor because it was the fun place to be!

  Best wedding decision we made!

  Oh my goodness!! We could not have asked for a better DJ on our wedding day! I was first drawn to One Above Entertainment by how professional the website was and the helpful highlight/meet the DJ videos. I then met with Cooper via FaceTime and we chatted for a bit about my vision for the wedding. He was so professional and friendly, I instantly knew then that this was going to be great fit! As it got closer to the wedding, my husband and I met with Cooper in person to go over the final song lists/speeches/ect. My husband instantly liked Cooper as well and we both knew the wedding was going to be in great hands. Cooper was in constant contact with our vendors making sure everyone was on the same page and he made sure the night flowed seemlessly. Not only did Cooper incorporate all the songs we wanted but the way he mixes the songs had all the guests on the dance floor for hours on end! We also added Cooper's uplighting to the reception walls that changed colors throughout the night, a monogram spot light, an open Photo Booth and a sound system for our cocktail hour! All 4 were last minute add ons and we could not have been happier with them. Our guests couldn't get enough of him! They loved him as much as we did! Do yourself a favor (and your guests) and use Cooper Brown as your wedding DJ!

  Amazing is an understatement. Cooper made our wedding BEYOND perfect! What other DJ would contact your sister (who at the last minute couldn't make it to the wedding) and come up with the idea to have her record a speech so it would feel like she was there!? Cooper did. Cooper found out she was not going to be able to make it and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our night unforgettable! I can not explain the feeling I had when I heard her voice... I was crying and laughing at the same time!... I will never be able to thank Cooper enough for doing that. And it was not just this one huge thing that he went out of his way to do, but from the beginning he listened and cared to learn about US. He was so sweet and met us in person to get to know our likes, dislikes, personalities, music style, etc. He suggested fun ideas to transition from welcome speech to dinner to dancing and executed them flawlessly. He is a blast!! He was so sweet and introduced himself to my parents, and fiance's grandparents. EVERYONE (no exaggeration) was asking where we found him. They thought he was a friend of ours because of how well he knew us and how much fun/effort he was putting into the wedding. I don't think my cousins got off the dance floor. He saw they loved Latin music (we all do) and decided to play more and we just couldn't get enough! He even came down and danced with everyone! Cooper is so friendly, people felt comfortable walking up to him and asking for a song or just saying hi. Oh! and we played the "shoely-wed game"... Cooper went around and asked friends and family for fun questions to ask us! We did not know he was going to ask them for questions... it made the game SO much more fun because people wanted to hear their question get asked! It made it more fun for us too, because we could tell who asked what question!

  One Above Entertainment was an excellent choice for our wedding reception DJ. It was obvious from our first meeting that the DJ knew exactly what he was doing. He helped us create music genres for different parts of the wedding, walk through how to transition from one activity to the next, and helped brainstorm ideas on how to capture the crowd. I left feeling like all the stresses I had been building up had finally been turned into real plans. And when the reception finally went down, it was everything we had imagined and more. The DJ was unreal as we transitioned from formal to hip to dance. SO. MUCH. FUN.

  Cooper did my son's wedding, and he made the evening so enjoyable! He interviewed them and had the evening fit them perfectly. Everyone enjoyed dancing (yeah, I know most weddings attempt a dance, but here everyone WANTED to dance because Cooper made it so fun). I highly recommend him. THE BEST!
