  You Can't Go Wrong with One Girl!

  We’ve been eating at One Girl Cookies for years, so we knew they were the cake to beat! No other bakery came close in terms of flavor and texture. Jennifer and the team were wonderful – they agreed to make an old favorite of ours that was no longer on the menu, and it was beyond delicious. We ordered brownies for the guest gift bags, which were such a hit that one guest wants me to send her more via mail, and we were able to design a custom sticker for the cellophane bags. We were also able to customize the design for our sugar cookie plaques that we used as favors, which looked stunning, tasted great, and were a big hit. With their wonderful combination of professionalism, beauty, and absolutely scrumptious products, you can’t go wrong if you pick One Girl Cookies!

  Amazing Cake

  Jennifer and her team were amazing, they worked with my changes. Each layer was a different flavors because we could not decide. They cake and moist and not overly sweet as some other were. Guests are still talking about how great the cake was. Looking forward to ordering all future cakes from OGC.

  Working with One Girl Cookies was wonderful. It was easy to scheduled a tasting and the tasting was fun and stress free. Ordering my cake was also stress free and I was helped along the way. The delivery and set up went very smoothly. The cake was absolutely delicious and I am so sad I have to wait a year to eat what is waiting for me in my freezer!

  This small, Brooklyn bakery which makes the most delicious cookies and cakes, made a big hit with our guests! Not only did they love the cookies, but the presentation—little white boxes with silver band and ribbon, with an attached “thank you” note to our guests— was a lovely and festive addition to the tables.
  
  It was a pleasure to work with Jennifer Hughes, Event Coordinator for One Girl. She was very helpful in placing the order, insuring its accuracy, and delivering them to our wedding venue. Jennifer also took the time to email me after the wedding to congratulate us.
  
  The entire process was easy and seamless, and it was delightful to see the boxes on the tables at the reception. Best of all, everyone loved the cookies!

We ended up getting one type of cake flavor for our tiered cake, and then a completely different chocolate flavor for our sheet cakes. Our cake still looked as beautiful as any other wedding cake, but our guests were also complimenting us on how great it tasted! Skip the fancy cake and go for delicious.

I was pleased that they were so flexible and helpful with ideas- no pressure to get a big cake or dessert package. They will work with you on what you want. The treats were a big hit with guests!

  One Girl Cookies made us an amazing cake for our wedding - pumpkin with a caramel filling and pistachio with a lemon filling!!! They were very accommodating to our allergies list and listened to the design of the cake that we wanted. It was just beautiful. Thank you One Girl Cookies for making our dream cake!

  The most wonderful cake ever! The nicest people in the world! What more can someone ask for when planning a wedding? The tasting process was amazing and fun, there were no worries once we decided, the cake was stunning to look at and so incredibly delicious to eat. Thank you for making our cake so special!

We ordered a small 3 tier cutting cake, a mix of mini and full size cupcakes, and our favors from One Girl Cookies for our wedding and we were definitely not disappointed. Out cake was stunning – it was red velvet with cream cheese buttercream frosting – but the red velvet cake was ombre – going from red to light pink. Just so pretty and special! We had a mix of both full size and mini cupcakes with either flowers or glitter sprinkles decorating them. We also did mixed flavors of cupcakes – red velvet, lemon, chocolate, and vanilla. We are still getting compliments on the cupcakes!

She was there early to set everything up. All of our guests LOOOOVEEEDD our dessert table and cutting cake. We had over 100 cupcakes plus the desserts for 100. They set up everything with an eye to our style and venue. They brought special cake holders and dessert placements that was in line with the space and looked great. Of course the desserts was awesome, especially the Pomegranate Smores. You have a testing/planning session with Rebecca in the store and you can see the quality of work that goes into their stuff. They make sure your style and budget is all done 100% to your satisfaction and the no details are sparred.

  We had a fairly last minute order for a small wedding cake and two dozen cupcakes for our wedding at Deity (a couple blocks away in Brooklyn.) The manager was outstanding. He took time with us, getting to know us, and even provided samples to try from the bakery. The cakes were delicious and looked great.

  We had a lovely cake done for our bridal party as our caterer was doing a dessert bar. We had a great tasting of several options and decided on an almond cake with an orange filing and lemon frosting. Everyone was professional and enthusiastic. The design was great too.

  One Girl Cookies made an amazing and delicious cake, and our guests are still raving about it. They were so kind and professional, which made the cake a really special part of the day. We also love that they are nearby in Cobble Hill, to enjoy more of their sweets and remind us of our wedding day!

  One Girl Cookies was a delight to work with. It was a simple and seamless process -- cake tasting, contract, done. The cake was not only beautiful but so delicious as well. They took a photo of one of their cakes from several years ago, and recreated it perfectly.

  One Girl Cookies is the best! We ordered a small wedding cake, 200 cupcakes and cookies from them for our wedding and everyone RAVED about how good it all was. We used their delivery service and everything was on time and perfect. Highly recommended!

  We loved our cookie bar and wedding cake we got through One Girl Cookies! It was a little pricey, but it was worth it - our guests loved the cookie bar as well! We did a small 12 slice 2 tier cake that was mainly just for cutting purposes, but it came out great.   Delicious, but wanted more filling!

  We were overall very happy with our experience for our wedding cake. The tasting process was a lot of fun, where we went to the store and got to try different combinations of cakes, frostings, and fillings. We fell in love with the chocolate cake and raspberry curd filling. For the wedding, we decided to do a smaller display cake with sheet cakes for our guests. The cake looked beautiful, and our guests said it was delicious. Our only concern was that when my husband and I did the cake cutting, we didn’t really taste the raspberry.   We were overall very happy with our experience for our wedding cake. The tasting process was a lot of fun, where we went to the store and got to try different combinations of cakes, frostings, and fillings. We fell in love with the chocolate cake and raspberry curd filling. For the wedding, we decided to do a smaller display cake with sheet cakes for our guests. The cake looked beautiful, and our guests said it was delicious. Our only concern was that when my husband and I did the cake cutting, we didn’t really taste the raspberry.   I hate cake, UNLESS it is from one girl. The woman I was in communications with, Rebecca, was always so helpful and willing to answer all of my questions, in a timely manner might I add! They were open to last minute rentals and small changes, and everything looked beautiful the day of my wedding. Two thumbs up!

  We opted for a dessert bar instead of a traditional wedding cake, which ended up being more expensive, but definitely more fun. The tasting at One Girl Cookies in Brooklyn was memorable and delicious. We were able to pick eight desserts and the paper and glass products that would decorate the dessert bar for the wedding. The table looked lovely and the guests were able to take extra treats home in favor bags at the end of the night. The only drawback I can think of is that response time to emails felt laid back, which was fine for me, but more hands-on brides might chafe at it.
