  Perfect Venue

  One Under was a fantastic place for the wife and I to get married at. They just renovated and built a large outdoor balcony that went perfect with the warm summer night. Our guests loved it! The food was fantastic (in fact, it tasted even better on wedding night than it did during taste sampling). The team there was always quick to respond to any questions/concerns.

  Awesome venue

  Our favorite thing about One Under was how flexible they were with our entire wedding. We had many different requests and accommodations that we needed to make and they delivered on every one of them. Our guests loved it and so did we!

  Awesome Venue

  We had our wedding here on June 5 and I just wanted to take a second to talk about our experience.
  
  Lauren (Coordinator at 1Under): I wish I could give her 100 stars. From the moment we met, she answered all of our questions and went above and beyond in terms of providing amazing quality service. She was attentive, sweet and so friendly and wonderful to work with. Thank you Lauren!!!
  
  Food: Food was spectacular. I was initially on the fence since we had switched from a different hall due to covid that was known especially for their food and was unsure of what to expect. WOW! I was blown away by their entrees and sides. They also created other dishes for us that weren't on the menu for our tasting. Their roasted chicken was especially amazing.
  
  Hall: This blank state banquet hall really pulled out all of the stops to make this a special night for us. They were set up earlier than expected and made sure that everything was how we discussed.

  Lovely and Local

  My Husband and I chose to have our wedding reception here on 1/18/20 and it was absolute perfection in every way. Brie Considine, was truly amazing and a joy to work with. The food was absolutely delicious, all our guests raved about it and they offer a delicious gluten-menu as well which I was grateful for as I have a gluten allergy. Brie listened to our vision, worked with us and helped us create the best “nerdy but elegant” STAR WARS themed wedding EVER.

  The staff is fantastic! So friendly, professional and on top of everything! The food is out of this world. I have nothing negative to say about 1 Under. They are the best and I will use them again, and refer them to everyone I know. We got multiple text messages the day after our wedding talking about how wonderful the food is. We felt like royalty the whole night, from the moment we pulled into the parking lot the banquet manager was by our side taking care of us, and until we were the last ones out that night the staff went above and beyond for us. The staff and food get a million stars from us! Couldn't be happier!

  One Under did an absolutely amazing job with my wedding. I have received (and continue to receive) so many compliments from all of my guests. The food was spectacular and a lot of guests were pleasantly surprised. I've heard feedback that the service was so gracious and on-point. Andrea did an amazing job making me feel comfortable that all of my (crazy!) details would be totally taken care of and they were. Everything looked perfect the way I wanted it and it all went so smoothly. If I could have my reception all over again I would choose One Under - I haven't seen that kind of value for your money anywhere else.

They were all so friendly and accommodating and their service was like none other. The food, which was a plated fillet mignon and salmon combo with asparagus and oven roasted potatoes was out of this world. So tender and moist. We have had nothing but raves. I know others will plan their events here based on their experience with this event.
  Thank you to Brian (the owner, who was most helpful on our initial viewing of the accommodations and the food tasting), Kristy and Nicole, and Andrea and team. You made this memorable day perfect.

  One Under Banquest Hall and Andrea were fabulous. I can't say enough about them. People are still telling us how good the food was (it was spectacular!) and how nice the facility was. We had our ceremony and reception in the same hall. They had the room set up for the ceremony which was beautiful and then flipped it within minutes for the reception...again....beautiful!! The food was out of this world as was the service. Andrea helped us all the way answering questions and making suggestions. OUr wedding was a day we and all of our guests will remember forever. It has been 4 weeks since the event and people are still talking about it!!! Thank you Andrea and One Under for a day we will cherish forever....Andrew and Susan

  We were looking for a venue that was middle of the road as far as pricing went and this venue was perfect. However, their service and food was that of a high end venue. Guests are still talking about how beautiful our wedding was and how amazing our food was. You cannot go wrong with this place.

  We had our wedding here in November 2017. It was the best day of my life! The staff made sure they decorated the room exactly how I wanted it! This venue exceeded my expectations! The staff was friendly and helpful! Would absolutely recomend this venue for a wedding or shower!!!
