  Amazing Food and Service!

  Thinking back on a wedding, it would be a rarity to remember the food as well as the ceremony, but Oso’s may be the exception. The food for our wedding was some of the best food that we can remember, period! They had their service dialed in with professional staff and great portion sizes, meaning we didn’t have to throw almost any food away. They provided many extras that others charge more for including glassware, a coffee stand, and a water service. If we were to do it all over again, we would pick Oso’s a hundred times over.

  Savory Smoked Meats and Jalapeño Cornbread! Give Your Tastebuds a Treat!

  We’re so glad we chose Oso’s for our wedding event! They’re a top-notch team! Friendly, hardworking staff and guaranteed savory smoked meats, tacos, salads, and apps. Special thanks to Drew and Erico for being flexible with our requests. We were so appreciative of them offering to box leftover food and accommodating guest food intolerances. These guys truly strive to provide the best experience for their customers. We had their signature smoked whole-chicken and prime rib (juicy and tender!), roasted pear salad with goat cheese, smoked pork mini wonton tacos, and late night tacos, and they were all delicious! Our guests were raving about how good the food was too. Fun fact-We saved some delicious leftover jalapeño cornbread for our week-long camping/backpacking trip in Glacier NP, and the cornbread still tasted as amazing as it did on our wedding day! We recommend Oso’s 100%

  The best food, the best people

  We utilized them as food truck, which was absolutely perfect for us. The food was exceptional, the staff were professional and fun, you can not go wrong with Oso's.

  Oso's provided a taco bar for our outdoor wedding and our guests could not stop raving about their food!
  Drew was great to work with in the planning of my event and was totally on the ball during our day. They set up a buffet with 3 different meats, rice, beans and Mexican style corn. They also provided a huge selection of authentic, homemade toppings and sauces. They provided plates, silverware and cloth napkins which they set out before our ceremony and bussed after dinner. Finally, they did a great job packaging all of our leftover food for us to take after the event.
  I could not recommend these guys more! Thank you for your great work!

  Disappointed

  Oso was great to work with up until it was time to execute on our wedding weekend. His menu and communication before the big day was great! Sadly, he showed up solo and late to cook a rehearsal dinner meal for 90 people. What was billed as gourmet pizzas, salad, and wings ended up being pizza boxes and wings in tinfoil pans thrown onto a table, and that's after my in-laws had to help set up because he was running 1-2 hours behind. Additionally, he forgot a primary ingredient on a pizza type we requested and our venue owners had to run to the store to get it for him.
  
  On our wedding day, he showed up with more staff but still 1 shorter than promised. Our contract noted passed appetizers during our cocktail hour but they were just set on a table. One of our main entrees for vegetarians in attendance was butternut squash risotto but what was served was an overcooked rice pilaf side dish looking thing with the squash undercooked - no where near any sort of risotto that I've ever had.
  
  We paid 5 figures for this catering and were left with embarrassment for what was served and how it was served. I hesitate to write reviews like this but hope it helps Oso improve for future events and/or prevent other couples from experiencing what we did.
