  Couldn’t be happier

  Victoria with outstanding occasions was nothing short of amazing. Victoria answered every phone call, text and email promptly. She knew every answer to my questions. Outstanding occasions made the whole process super easy for me. They provided a timeline of the whole day, a seating chart and visual, was the main point of contact for all of my many vendors, and set up and took down all decor. That is just a small list of everything they did but there is much more they provided. Katherine victorias assistant was also very sweet and beyond helpful during the wedding. Me and my husband could not have asked for a better coordinator. Will forever be thankful and highly recommend the outstanding occasions team.

  Best Wedding Planner!

  Victoria was AMAZING!! From our initial conversation I just knew she would be great, very knowledgeable and always calm. Victoria was always a call or a txt away to answer any questions, to assist with any questions I had about vendors, or simply the times I second guessed anything she was there to reassure me and calm my nerves. Our wedding day could not have been any smoother, her and her team made sure everything was perfect, our guest were so impressed on how attentive they were throughout the whole event. Brides to be, no need to look further, you will not regret having Victoria as your planner.

  Phenomenal

  Victoria at Outstanding Occasions made our wedding day so seamless! She seriously was so incredibly helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process despite all the rollercoasters! Every vendor we worked with for the wedding loved working with Victoria and I truly hope to see her again in the future and become best friends!

  Victoria at Outstanding Occasions is INCREDIBLE

  Choosing to work with Victoria at OO for my wedding was by far the best decision I made throughout the whole planning process. She was with me every step of the way, always supportive and armed with advice and knowledge. I live out of the area, and knowing that she was there in-person to coordinate with my vendors was helpful and reassuring. She was also supportive and empathetic in helping me deal with the stress and drama that inherently comes along with planning! Post-wedding, I even now consider Victoria a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone who asks!

  Outstanding occasions is amazing!

  When my daughter first got engaged, I was convinced that the whole planning process was going to be so stressful and overwhelming! We had no idea where to even begin and how to make her vision come to life. We knew we wanted a planner to help us, but I also thought that would be difficult as I am a total self-proclaimed control freak!
  
  My daughter chose Outstanding Occasions and from the beginning to the end, it was amazing!!!
  
  Victoria met with my daughter on multiple occasions to really get to know her and to be able to get the perfect idea of what her dream wedding looked like. She made sure to include me via facetime and always kept both of in the loop on everything going on. She helped us figure out what we could DIY versus where it was worth it to splurge. She made sure we stayed on task during planning and made every decision seem almost easy.
  
  The day of the wedding was an absolute DREAM!!!! Victoria and her team made sure everyone was where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. She literally handled Every. Single. Detail. the entire day and we just showed up and had fun. The amount of stress that was lifted off our shoulders knowing that this special day was in the hands of an incredible team was priceless for my daughter and myself. I kept waiting to feel stressed or worried and I just simply was not. Victoria and her team were our eyes and ears for everything from the vendors to the guests and there wasn’t a beat skipped all day.
  
  I can truly say that the entire experience was a dream and we owe that to Victoria and her team at Outstanding Occasions. I would do the whole thing again and again, as long as I had them!!!

  The best wedding experience I could ask for!

  I cannot say enough positive things about Victoria with Outstanding Occasions & their whole team. Victoria truly made our wedding experience stress free during our entire engagement. She was so organized, kind, detail oriented, and fun to work with. I can 100 percent say my wedding day was as perfect as possible thanks to Victoria and her team. Victoria was thoughtful when checking in on me, and was always helpful taking care of any small hiccups. Her and her team worked so hard on every single detail so we could just enjoy the wedding day without stressing about anything big or small. We had so many guests comment on how beautiful everything was set up, and how friendly and professional the OO team was. I cannot thank Victoria enough for everything she did for us during the wedding process, and helping to create the most perfect and memorable day!

  They Know What They're Doing!

On the big day her, and an assistant, were right by my side reassuring me about how set up was going and kept everyone on track for a prompt ceremony start. Our wedding went off without a hitch and we owe it to the ladies of Outstanding Occasions! It was a beautiful, stress free day that anyone would dream about.

  Made Our Day A Breeze!

  Outstanding Occasions was a blessing to have for our wedding! Victoria was absolutely amazing and helped our day go off without a hitch. So many of our guests even commented on how organized and friendly she was. Everything turned out so beautiful and she took so much pressure off of our shoulders.   Victoria was the best. I can’t say enough good things about her and her team. We had a small, non traditional, morning ceremony with a brunch reception. She understood our vision and made it come to life. She was always very accommodating of my schedule and made time to meet up when I was free (even if it wasn’t the most convenient for her). She thought of all the little details that I would have missed. Plus, she’s just chill, genuine, down to earth, and very easy to be around. Weddings can be stressful, but not if you have a planner like Victoria!!!

Her acute attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with vendors allows her client to enjoy their once in a lifetime moment without having to worry about anything other than enjoying their guests. Rachel has terrific relationships with her vendors and is well respected within the community. She is delightful to work with and easy to get ahold of. We enjoyed the planning process with her from beginning to end. When making a large investment on such a special day I would not trust anyone other than Rachel to deliver. The result was purely magical. Our guests are still raving over the day!!

  We couldn't have imagined a more perfect wedding day thanks to Rachel and Outstanding Occassions. She truly turned our dream day into reality after few minutes of conversation and reviewing some pictures. She took care of everything from start to finish which was essential for us as we live across the country and had very busy schedules. She was always a phone call or email away and always had the answer that we were looking for but at times might not be aware of. It is safe to say not once we were stressed about the event. She made this such a fun experience for us to plan our wedding. My friends joke that I was the least stressed bride but this is thanks to Rachel and her team.

  Rachelle did an incredible job planning our dream wedding. She helped me plan the most beautiful big wedding, helped me cancel it (COVID), and re-planned the most magical intimate wedding I could have ever dreamed of. We are extremely grateful for Rachelle. Rachelle was very organized, prompt, professional and detail oriented. She made our planning process as seamless as possible. Any wild ideas I had, she found a way (and a vendor) to incorporate them into the day.
  
  Rachelle helped us navigate all of the COVID cancellations with our vendors, find us amazing new vendors when our original ones were booked for the second date, and always remained positive throughout the process. We ended up with the most magical and fun day of our lives with an incredible team of vendors. The weekend flowed so smoothly with her managing every little detail. Planning two weddings with Rachelle was the best decision we ever made!

She helped me plan the most beautiful big wedding, helped me cancel it (COVID), and re-planned the most magical intimate wedding I could have ever dreamed of. We are extremely grateful for Rachelle. All communications whether from long distance phone calls or in person meetings were designed to meet our requests and needs. They listened to our thoughts on how the create the perfect cactus garden romantic wedding day and offered ideas and the BEST possible team of vendors. It was absolute perfection and a pleasure to get to know Rachel, Cait, and the vendors. WE cannot rave enough about the gift that they gave us in planning this wonderful day. Kudos to all.

  My husband and I are Chicagoans, and we could NOT have pulled off the wedding of our dreams in Phoenix without Caitlin from OO. Caitlin looks like she stepped out of a wedding planning magazine, and embodied everything you would want in a wedding planner: communicative, connective, and extremely organized. 10/10, would highly recommend.
