  Such a nice and accommodating venue. This is an amazing wedding venue with the best views in the state, the friendliest staff, and an impressive array of ceremony and reception locations.
  Not to mention their guest accommodations and working farm. Would give 100 stars if I could!

  We stayed at Cedarcrest Manor after our engagement party as an “engagement getaway” before moving into our new place together. Since December is a slower season, we had the entire home to ourselves where we enjoyed filling breakfasts, and in the evenings we enjoyed tasty dinners nearby. The chefs were always personable and it was nice to know that the produce came from the farm. Everyone that we met was friendly and accommodating so we recommend this destination to anyone looking for a relaxing country getaway.

  My husband and I couldn't have been happier with Overlook Farm as our wedding Venue. Hannah, Bethany, and the entire team was so great to work with and responded as soon as they could, especially considering they had weddings every weekend leading to our's! Bethany and Hannah even kept me calm through the stress of changing the event location after our forecast changed from sunny to overcast and cold by meeting with me, helping add decorations, and assuring me constantly that everything would be perfect and beautiful -- and it was! The food was delicious, the service was top notch, and we will always remember how accomodating and kind everyone was as we worked together to plan the event.
  The one downside was that there were 3-4 staff changes about a year through 6 months before our wedding, which led to a little confusion when discussing details with event planners. BUT! Once we told the new event coordinators what we wanted they remembered. We would not change a thing about our day with Overlook Farm and will come back to enjoy a delicious meal and romantic accomodations often!

  Thank God for the perfect location, weather and the amazing chef, Chris. Only those things\person and family made it wor I started there with a fantastic coordinator in September 2015.. Was informed a few weeks after we put a deposit down that she "left" a few days after i signed. Had a coordinator that worked in a different department there that was helpful and super sweet until she left. Then got fresh out of college coordinator who had NO idea what was going on and tried to raise (triple) the prices... Luckily I still had all my papers and they worked with those prices. After a lot of arguing and sitting down to a meeting that the coordinator that was an hour and half late to our meeting... Then, no one contacted me so three weeks before the wedding i emailed... no answer.. emailed and called and finally got a email back from the assistant two weeks before the wedding.. She was asking me questions that were not only answered but were in my contract . Unbelievable. Finally rehearsal dinner came and the had setup our chairs incorrectly and didn't reset them until the next day a few hours before the ceremony. again, I found out the morning of wedding that the 3rd coordinator i had was also no longer there so I had the assistant that had no idea about any details for the wedding. She was MIA until we called her the morning of the wedding. And nothing we had in order to get me to the ceremony site was known or even thought about. I got a ride to the ceremony from them (late) and having to remind them to come and get me... the bride for her ceremony.. then the reception...My food want ready when i got there like was promised.The mics didn't reach the head table(Luckily I had a bridesmaid musician who brought her mics and cords.) The food was AMAZING and I cant say enough nice things about the Chef! They didn't collect my decor at the ceremony site so it sat outside over night and i had to go get them the next day because they "forgot." four coordinators in 10 mth
