Beautiful Midsummer Wedding!
Lindsay from P3 Events was amazing to work with! She has excellent visions for beautiful events! So many of her ideas, we were just in love with immediately! When there was something we didn’t love, she had no problem changing it and coming up with new options. Our wedding was gorgeous - the midsummer night’s dream vibe we had imagined. She got back to us quickly whenever we had questions, and helped coordinate all our thoughts. She made the planning process a lot easier too, because she knew our vibe, so we didn’t have to make every tiny decision, and she helped to coordinate florals, venue, and party bus!
Importantly, she did not even blink at our gay wedding. I highly encourage all LGBT+ supportive couples to only choose supportive vendors, and Lindsay was not only supportive, but *excited* to have us as clients. We are also both plus-size brides, and when something made us uncomfortable, she was understanding and comfortable in accommodating us, no problem.
Lindsay made the process as painless as possible, and helped us to enjoy our day without being overwhelmed with stress and decisions!

We had very high expectations for our wedding and Lindsay and P3Events helped us exceed them. Lindsay is extremely creative and has a very sophisticated taste level.
Lindsay gave us the WOW! factor we were looking for. Everything was perfect - the venue, ceremony, flowers, music, decorations, food and many special touches we would not have thought of. Lindsay guided every step of the way.
We truly appreciated how she listened to us and always provided us several options. We are so grateful to Lindsay and P3Events.We had very high expectations for our wedding and Lindsay and P3Events helped us exceed them. Lindsay is extremely creative and has a very sophisticated taste level.

Parrott Party Productions managed the entire event flawlessly. The decor was beautiful. The food was fantastic. My guests gushed about everything. Lindsay at Parrot Party Productions transformed my ideas into a realistic vision and ultimately a reality! She did not stop working with us until it was exactly what we wanted and we could not have been happier with the final product. We used P3 for our wedding ceremony and reception floral, decor, and lighting design. The flowers were breathtaking and I loved the mercury glass vases and candle votives that Lindsay paired them with. The amber up-lighting used in the reception hall added the final perfect touch to get the romantic look we wanted. Stressful, terrible experience
After reading reviews, we had hoped that hiring a wedding planner would help alleviate our stress (especially being from out of state). When we had our initial intake call, it seemed like we were on the right track and Lindsay assured us we would get started right away given our relatively tight timeline. However, once we signed our contract and paid the deposit, it was downhill from there. We paid for the full wedding planning package that included vendor booking/coordination and budget creation/management. We did not receive either of these. In fact, Lindsay never reviewed our budget or confirmed what our spending limits were. As for vendors, Lindsay put us in touch with our videographer but ultimately we booked all our other vendors separately and managed all communication/coordination ourselves. She would give us suggestions for certain things like transport but then would come back with a confirmed price thousands of dollars more than the original quote without blinking an eye (again, because she never inquired about our budget). Also, she had not disclosed (nor was it on the website at the time) that she would not speak to us for a full month after signing our contract! After a month, she finally sent us an invite to the platform, but we did not get on another live call with her until 6 weeks later. Meanwhile, time was ticking and our wedding date was quickly approaching with nothing being confirmed. Overall, working with Lindsay was extremely stressful and misleading. Not once did she meet a deadline she set for herself throughout the process (e.g. when she would get a floorplan to us or confirm something for us with a vendor, etc.). For example, she would say she would get back to us in 48 hours and we would still be waiting for a response a week later. Additionally, the only vendor that she was responsible for communicating with arrived hours late, so our wedding coordinator could not set up properly and lost precious time. In reality, she was more of an event designer, helping us with our backdrop and tablescapes, versus the traditional role of a wedding planner. The design was pretty, but we did ultimately end up creating our own menus, invitations, and station signs. Hi Jennifer, I first want to apologize for your experience and thank you for your review. While not indicative of my service in the slightest, you are not wrong. My father was diagnosed with an illness at the beginning of your booking and I let that get the better of me. While at the time, I didn't think it was affecting my work - it absolutely did. I am very grateful to my couples who stuck it out with me. Please know your experience was not and is not the norm, nor do I dispute most of your review.
