User1209838 Sent on 06/21/2013I love the White Chapel! This is the cutest place and so convenient because they also have a hall for receptions. The woman who works there and becomes your "day of" coordinator, Janice, is so wonderful and is a blessing to have! -

I had a lot of decorations I wanted to "test" in the chapel and the hall - and she did her best to work with my limited schedule. The chapel and hall are so cute and perfect! Great option for an indoor ceremony and reception! -
User2346739 Sent on 10/02/2015We only booked Harbor Hall for our reception (didn't use White Chapel for the ceremony). The hall was amazing though. We fell in love with the architectural details (exposed trusses and hvac system, large windows, etc). We were able to customize the layout of the hall exactly how we wanted. The bar package has to be purchased through them but it was a fair price so that's not really a bad thing. They have a lot of tables and chairs on hand that you can use. We ended up renting chairs though because we wanted the white garden chairs. Overall, great staff and great building! We definitely recommend Harbor Hall. :)

User1633381 Sent on 05/27/2014We were scared of hosting our wedding after reading some of the reviews after the management change but working with Jane was a pleasure. She was able to accommodate our time schedule and needs. It is true that there is no "wedding coordinator" but we ironed everything out in our rehearsal and asked a friend to helped with the smaller things and the wedding went out without a hitch. The white chapel was a great venue and we were absolutely thrilled with our day. The bar package and bartender were very reasonable and allowed us to provide our guests with a full bar on our budget.

User1246112 Sent on 07/17/2013We originally signed a contract with the White Chapel when Janice, the venue coordinator, was working there. We loved Janice and felt very comfortable with her. Two weeks before our wedding, the Main Street Organization decided to end their contract with the county and gave the chapel and related services back to the county. At that time, Janice was let go and NOONE contacted us to let us know of the changes. Essentially, our wedding coordinator was gone and we were left scrambling at the last minute. The people who took over had NO idea what they were doing, nor were they overly responsive. In fact, it wasn't until two days before the wedding that I discovered they ordered the wrong wine. It was the most unprofessional "business" I have dealt with. I absolutely LOVE the chapel and am so glad that I got married there, but the lack of respectable management would make me caution anyone who considers using the venue until things get straightened out. I was extremely disappointed at the quality of service provided once the changes were made.
