I got married last weekend in Brooklyn, NY, and used Palms Plaza for my off-premise wedding catering (they’re based in Matawan, NJ). While planning our wedding, my now husband and I knew that food was one aspect of our wedding day that we did not want to mess up. I can 100% say all of our guests were blown away by not only the amount of food offered, but by the quality of taste and service provided by Palms staff. So many of our guests (many of whom traveled from all over the country) complimented the food and said they had to pace themselves during cocktail hour because they were excited for dinner. On top of that, my guests really appreciated the prompt and polite service of Palms staff, along with the beautiful presentation of food during cocktail hour and dinner. Aside from their stellar service, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention this…Palms traveled from NJ to northern Brooklyn and executed a flawless catering event in a space they’ve never worked in before. Allen, Margo, and their team are true professionals who can execute outstanding events outside of their premises. Our wedding day truly wouldn’t have been as special as it was without Palms Plaza, and I know our guests had a wonderful experience because of their team. If you’re looking for wedding catering, or any event catering, look no further than Palms Plaza! -

couldn’t have asked for anything better. First,
I’ll start off by saying my husband is in the industry and has worked at nearly every venue in the tri-state area. When we started thinking of who to use for our 300 guest outdoor wedding at a camp, It was a no brainer! Margo- is a BOSS and can take on any challenge. I walked in clueless and she held my hand every step of the way. She was honest on what guests cared about and what I could skip. We got the most food BY FAR than any other caterer- they brought trays and trays extra and were so overly accommodating— I mean- it doesn’t get better than Alan and Margo @ Palms.
Lobster bar- awesome
Clam bar- awesome
Mashed potato bar- also awesome
S’more station- kids loved it
Everyone had nothing but great things to say. Palms took care of every detail. Table cloths, rustic elements added, multiple site visits, they even wrote our initials in the fruit 🤩❤️. Margo set all the tables for me, which looked amazing.
We also had my daughters first communion here, on site which was also perfect. We have always and will continue to recommend to anyone and everyone! -

Margo and her team were amazing on our wedding day. My husband and I barely ate any food, but our guests could not stop raving about how delicious everything was. We made some changes to our timeline a few days before the wedding and Palms Plaza was flexible and accommodating. We could not have asked for a better experience. Palms Plaza Catering made my wedding stand out! Not only were they so accommodating and helpful, but the food was absolutely delicious! Months later and my guests are still talking about the food! I will hire them again in a heartbeat for our next event! -

A must have!
Palms Plaza catered my wedding in June 2022. To this day guests are still talking about the food at the wedding. They provided delicious spreads and hors d'oeuvres for cocktail hour along with a wonderful meal during the reception. All the staff was amazing and worked tirelessly to make the day special. We are so happy with our decision to book Palms Plaza catering and hope to have them at all our future events. -

Everyone loves Palms Plaza!! The Best!!
This review is long overdue but it's only because I've been trying to think of the right words to say how amazing Allen is at Palms Plaza. I've been hosting and attending parties at Palms plaza as well as having them cater small events at my home for years now. The food is always delicious and plentiful. The service is always impeccable. However Allen really outdid himself when it came to planning and catering our wedding. Allen knew we wanted something different. He not only found us the venue but he was hands on throughout. I did not have to worry about one detail. He thought of everything. Anything we wanted he provided. The food was top notch. Everyone is still raving about it. The presentation and display was outstanding . We had a raw bar, with clams and shrimp. There were grillers making sliders. There was a wok station, not to mention a full cocktail hour and buffet. His staff, especially Margo, took care of everything without missing a beat. Allen well exceeded our expectations and stayed within our budget. He made our day even more special than we hoped. He is truly the best, most generous and kind man. I wish I took more pics of the food but I was too busy having fun. I highly recommend.Palms Plaza Catering's reply:

Have had numerous family events at Palms Plaza including our wedding in 2014 & many more since. The food is fabulous, the atmosphere is great, the staff is courteous & efficient and the owner, Allen is a gentleman. He personally oversees every event to be sure every detail is perfect. If I could give Palms Plaza 10 stars I would. HIGHLY recommend. You won't be sorry!!! -
