Kesha and her staff were so wonderful during the entire process, but especially in helping us transition our wonderfully planned outdoor wedding to an indoor wedding when the rain came. Although having it outdoors would have been beautiful, having it indoors did not alter our magnificent experience. It was a smooth and flawless change of plans to a spectacular day of our dreams. Kesha was easy to communicate with and had a very calming demeanor. She accommodated each and every special request. She was very thorough in preparing us for what to expect along the process, with honesty and kindness. We couldn’t have had a better experience!

We recently host our wedding here, the gazebo is a beautiful ceremony spot! We had our reception was in the white tent and I could not have picked a more beautiful area with unique features such as the oval tables! Kesha was a fantastic wedding coordinator and she was so professional and down the earth since the day we started planning the wedding. Her and her staff were so incredibly nice and accommodating to whatever it was that we or any guest needed. The day of our wedding, Kesha and her staff made sure everything ran smoothly and stress free, and we appreciated everything!

Kesha at Par 4 was AMAZING to work with! She went above and beyond to make sure our day ran smoothly and was as beautiful as we imagined. She took the time to finish decorating the ceremony spot, while we were getting ready for our ceremony. Kesha and the staff were so friendly. The food was delicious and we had many compliments on how great everything was on our special day! Highly recommend!

They were great to work with. Kesha, the event coordinator always answered my questions and made sure I felt good about everything! She eased any worries I had and did anything we needed her to do. She brought my bouquets up to my room when they were delivered and helped me and the bridal party time out walking down the aisle. She even picked me up from the hotel on a golf cart so I didn't have to walk and hid me from my now husband so he wouldn't see me before I walked the aisle. The whole day went so smoothly and a lot of that is because of her and the venue. I expected things to go wrong throughout the day but they didn't! The staff was great and asked if we would like any more bottles of wine opened and added to our tab before doing so. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding or party venue!

We were very pleased with the service we received from Kesha and all the staff. They were a pleasure to work with. The dinning room was set up beyond our expectations. The food was excellent and presented beautifully. I would highly recommend this venue. Joe and Monica Serio

We worked with Par 4 & Keisha for our rehearsal dinner & catering for our reception. Keisha made sure to answer all of our questions within 24 hours, & meet our extremely high standards for food. She went out of her way on the wedding day to make sure everything was absolutely perfect, and followed up with us the following day.
Due to COVID we are having a second wedding next year with all of our family and friends, and will be doing our entire wedding at Par4, all due to Keisha's dedication and her team's hard work!

Par 4 is so beautiful, elegant, and versatile. We did not have to travel for pictures because the venue itself is lovely. The food is awesome, and everything is priced very fairly. Kesha, the event coordinator, is so real and easy to work with. She is incredibly accessible and helpful. Highly recommend.

Our wedding at Par 4 was perfect! The venue was gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the fact that we could do everything on site was amazing. Kesha did a great job helping us plan it all!

Our wedding at Par4 was perfect. It was so nice not having to worry about anything the day of and they went above and beyond what they needed to do when I had a problem with the bakery. The staff for dinner were great and I can't say enough about the bartenders. No one had to wait and they were so nice!

Par 4 was an awesome choice for the wedding dinner my daughters family and friends had there. Kesha was eager to help make arrangements, they did all the decorating, and they made it an easy event to plan from where we are in Michigan. Food was great too and servers were all happy and helpful. It was beautiful!

We had the fairway bldg just off the course as we had a smaller group. We had several changes from day one and each time it was quickly addressed. I was able to text the coordinator Kesha and she answered immediately. It is a beautiful setting and the grounds are worth taking pictures of events there. I arrived early in the morning to bring a few things and was amazed at the friendly crew setting things up. VERY accommodating. THANK YOU!

I had my reception at the fairway room (about 60 guests for dinner, more after). It was perfect for a small wedding having a porch in the back with tables and tiki torches set up. There is a small bar right in the room along with bathrooms. The staff was so polite and attentive. One of my guests could only have gluten free food and they made a change just for her at the very last minute! How awesome! Everything was so perfect. We were allowed our own decor on the tables and walls. Couldn't have asked for a better night.

I loved working with the Par 4 crew! They have their stuff together, and they truly go out of the way for their brides!

Great Memories were created here. Excellent wedding venue and excellent service provided by the events team.

We had our wedding this year and it was memorable experience !

I booked my wedding ceremony in the outdoor options by the gazebo and reception in the White Tent. Sadly, it rained and the weather did not hold up. However, everybody at the Ale House did an AMAZING job get things set up in the white tent to look gorgeous. I communicated with Erin leading up to the day of and she was so sweet and helpful. The days leading up to the wedding she extremely thoughtful and assured everything would turn out well. From the wait staff, to the bartenders, everybody was so pleasing to work with, and put so much effort into making sure we had a great day. The night before the wedding we were at the bar, and the bartender there also was so attentive to all of us, and made my now husband and I feel so special. We had stuffed chicken breast and Roast Sirloin of Beef as our dinner options, and we were told that the food was delicious.

It was so nice to know that every thing was being taken care of. They did such a nice job!

Kesha made our wedding wonderful! We initially had booked to do our wedding in the tent but decided to have it closer to home. Then COVID came along and we decided to use our deposit and do a small wedding this year and do our dinner at par 4. We rented the fairway room which was perfect for our group size. Kesha was great at working with us on the food, drink tickets for certain people and helped display our cupcakes. She was always quick to reply and was so helpful!

They have two locations, inside or the outside white tent. We chose inside as we went to a wedding in the outdoor tent the year before and they had problems with the toilets. Inside worked out great. The hall was beautiful, but because WE put to much effort into the centerpieces and lighting. The attendant was very accommodating and really came through on the big day, but she had limited availability during the week as there was a death in the family so someone else was helping us. Overall it was a good experience.

Waupaca Ale house was very accommodating to our very small wedding of about 20 people. Our servers were excellent! However, some of the food was served cold, and wasn't very good.

At the end of the day, everything turned out great, but it took awhile to get there. When we first looked at Par 4, it wasn’t our first choice but figured it was so convenient with the hotel right there. I have been to the tent for a fashion show, and it was lovely. Kesha was very friendly when we toured Par 4 and gave us all of the information that we were looking for. During the booking process, she was always fast on email and always answered all the questions we had. It started the week of the wedding that we started having issues. First off, I was said to bring in my table runners 2 weeks ahead of time so they would be placed on the tables so we could set up on Friday. Once we got there Friday, there was no table runners set up. The place was a literal mess. When we booked, we were told they were getting new chairs. The only chairs looked like they had been outside, and mold was growing on them. We did end up getting new chairs because we had told them it was unacceptable. Once we got into the tent on Friday, the place was a mess. The carpet was all wrinkled and was completely dirty. It was a trip hazard. There were shards of glass outside and inside the doors of the tent. They had everything set up with the glasses still dirty and stains on the table clothes. The table skirting on the bar looked thrown together. The bathrooms were not cleaned and filthy with a broken mirror in one of the stalls. As my sister, mother, and fiancé went to talk to Kesha she was yelling at employees and said these requests were annoying and was rolling her eyes. I never did see her that Friday as she had sent her assistant, Krystal, to hand everything. If anyone deserves a promotion it would be Krystal. After everything that needed to be done, my sister reached out to the general manager of the property who she talked with who I believe is the one that gave the push to get everything taken care of. At the end of the day, everything was taken care of, and it ended up being very pretty. When we cleaned up, there was a bunch of kid boys tearing down the area and just seemed to be rude and couldn’t answer any questions. I wouldn’t say this is the number 1 venue in Waupaca.

Do not have your wedding here! Unprofessional, unorganized, high employee turnover, and overall they do not care. They only care about your money (all they can get from you) and clocking out at the end of the day. Their event coordinators are not on the same page and you will get different prices and information everytime you talk to them. They are not consistent at all and don't know their own venue. Their contracts are very poorly written and event coordinators are very poorly trained. Save yourself the headache and tour other venues. There are many amazing people who WANT to help you on your special day!
