We had always admired the space for its lush, colorful, genuine energy, but we had no idea how special and personal the experience would be when we reached out to inquire about having our wedding in the garden.

Starting at the beginning, Karen was so available and personable which made it possible for us to talk through our needs and hopes and find a solution that would work for our budget and vison. From that point, we felt extremely supported throughout the year leading up to our wedding with prompt answers whenever we had questions, phone calls to discuss any idea we had to see how we could make it work in the garden, and a menu tasting that was so much fun and SO delicious! One major point to any prospective couple, the food is SPECTACULAR! Made on the outdoor grill and brick oven, the culinary experience is a feast for every sense and seriously something our guests (and we) are still talking about!

With rain in the forecast as our wedding approached, Karen and Sarah made sure every detail was thought of to ease our nerves, and we had a perfect rain plan that was stunning and perfect! The Paradigm team thinks of every detail so that you can create the day of your dreams. The garden flowers and foliage were just divine, the layout was thought out perfectly for our group size, the food was prepared and served without us having to think about a thing and we could just soak in our amazing family and friends, and the love and joy around us! The staff were such a delight and so kind and helpful throughout the evening! We had an absolute BLAST and will remember every second of the perfect day to start our next chapter together. Paradigm is the best decision we made aside from marrying each other!

Paradigm is an amazing place! It felt very intimate when we were exchanging dvows. When it come to day of, they make everything so easy and stress free. The food was incredible. Our friends and family were raving about it! Karen is seriously the best. She answered all of our questions, constantly emailed us updates, and even walked us through the set up and breakdown. The staff were incredible. They made sure the groom and I ate. The bartenders were fantastic. We don’t drink so they were ready to make us mock-tails.

Our 100 person wedding at Paradigm Gardens in April of 2024 was perfect. For starters, their Private Events Director Karen is unparalleled. Communication was clear and consistent from the very beginning, and we never felt like they were trying to upsell us. As two more laid-back brides, she made sure we didn't overlook any important details.

If your food is the most important aspect of your wedding, stop reading this and call Paradigm Gardens to book now. Our budget was fairly limited, but Chef Pat over at Karibu Kitchen (Paradigm Gardens' Catering) made the most of every dollar we spent. The food and bar packages were, hands down, the best we encountered at any venue in New Orleans. We had so much fun designing our custom menu with Chef Pat, and the tasting at Tchoup yard was one of our favorite parts of the planning process. Our family and friends still tell us it was the best food they've ever had at any wedding. The team even went out of their way to make sure our bar included our favorite brand of pickle vodka shots which turned out to be one of the highlights of the night.

The location in Central City was perfect. It allowed us to have our rehearsal dinner downtown, and also take our pre-ceremony pictures at Audubon Park without requiring much driving time to and from the venue. The lush garden was more than we could have asked for as a backdrop. We said our vows in a short ceremony then watched the sunset over cocktails and dinner. The jasmine was in full bloom which made for awesome photos. The goats were a big hit with our wedding guests and the outdoor kitchen acted as a sort of fiery centerpiece to the whole evening. We had a local DJ playing New Orleans bounce and spent the majority of the night on the dance floor under the string lights. Without a massive budget, we anticipated having to compromise on a lot of aspects to be able to afford a wedding in New Orleans, but we couldn’t have been more wrong. We will forever be grateful to the folks at Paradigm Gardens for giving us the wedding of our dreams.

Paradigm Gardens is a dreamy oasis of a wedding venue (complete with the friendliest pygmy goats). From the moment my partner and I stepped foot into this picturesque garden, we knew it was the place where we wanted to say "I do".

The garden itself is simply breathtaking. Lush greenery, vibrant blooms, and winding pathways created the perfect backdrop for our special day. The ambiance was nothing short of magical, setting the stage for an unforgettable celebration.

But what truly sets Paradigm Gardens apart is its exceptional team. Karen, our salesperson, was an absolute gem. She guided us through every step of the planning process with patience and expertise, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. Her dedication made us feel confident and supported throughout our journey.

Chef Pat deserves special recognition for the incredible culinary experience he provided. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, a true feast for the senses. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the menu, and neither could we.

The wedding coordinator, Sarah, was awesome. She ensured that everything ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and fully immerse ourselves in the moment.

One of the most touching gestures was the bouquet of flowers that Karen crafted for me from the garden itself. It was a personalized touch that added an extra layer of meaning to our day.

Paradigm gardens was everything we could have dreamed of for our wedding day. Many of our wedding guests said the wedding food was the best wedding food they had ever had. The staff is amazing and are so easy to work with especially Karen. The venue is gorgeous and they do such a great job with decor. Thank yall so much!! We loved every minute of our day.

This venue was an absolute dream! The garden is so beautiful and the food is out of this world! Our guests raved about the food and atmosphere of the venue all night.

Paradigm was the perfect spot for our casual hippie dream wedding. The lush oasis tucked away right outside the CBD really feels like a secret garden- complete with baby goats and all. Karen and Sarah were so easy to work with, and guided our decisions all along the way. They were honest and upfront about what the venue could offer which was important because this is NOT your traditional venue. All of our guests were so taken aback by how special and magical the setting was for our big day. It really provided the perfect bohemian, magical autumnal garden backdrop. It has everything you need and nothing you don't. They even worked with us to create an NA bar package for all of our sober guests. AND OMG THE FOOD!!!! Chef Pat and Karibu kitchen are VISIONARIES! Every single guest said it was the best wedding food they've EVER had. Cooked onsight using many ingredients from their garden, you're essentially having a farm-to-table meal! He created the most delicious vegetarian menu for us. Definitely book Paradigm if you are looking to host a sweet, intimate, magical wedding for you and your love and your closest people

We had an amazing experience working with Paradigm Gardens. They have a highly communicative team and were great throughout our planning process. The gardens are a lovely intimate space with natural beauty that doesn’t require extensive outside decor. The food was amazing. It was fresh and seasonal without feeling pretentious or out of reach for our pickier eaters. I had guests compliment the food for weeks after the event. It was the best food I have ever had at a wedding by a mile, and I’m not just saying that because it was my own wedding. To address our biggest concern, the threat of rain in an outdoor event space is always scary, but we had a solid rain plan with their team and were able to make last minute adjustments as the forecast threatened us all week but we got lucky in the end. Their team is also conscious of weather patterns in the city and do not schedule events during the garden’s off season. We loved having our event at Paradigm. It felt like a unique reflection of us. I don't know where to begin to compliment the Paradigm Gardens team! Our wedding exceeded all of our expectations - beginning from the thoughtful small details all the way to the high-level planning and execution by the whole team. Karen was communicative from the beginning, providing thorough responses to our many questions. She was always transparent and direct, making planning so efficient and smooth! Sarah, who was our day-of coordinator from Paradigm, was so responsive and receptive to all of our suggestions. She made the whole day run so smoothly and thought of literally everything - we were so impressed. When I asked her if she could arrange some bouquets for my bridesmaids, not only did she deliver but made some of the most beautiful bouquets I've ever seen. The day went off without a hitch because of her thoughtful planning and we are so grateful! The food made by Chef Pat and his team was phenomenal - we're still getting compliments a month later! The preparation, the service, the presentation, and the flavor exceeded all expectations. The atmosphere at Paradigm is that of a garden oasis that celebrates all the best that New Orleans has to offer. I could not recommend it more for your special day!

We LOVED our wedding and reception at Paradigm Gardens. It had the exact vibe we were looking for- casual and relaxed, beautiful, and with excellent food. Moreover, working with the folks at Paradigm was a treat, I actually enjoyed wedding planning! The tasting was fun and we looked forward to the visits to the gardens to go over layout, decor, etc. Our wedding at Paradigm was perfect and I only wish we could do it all over again.

Paradigm takes the craziness of planning a wedding and made it EASY and JOYFUL. The aesthetic is totally built in and fabulous, allowing us to minimize outside vendors and maximize the charm and secret-garden-vibe that it had already. The in-house Chef is incredible, can make literally anything, and the setting with he wood fired stove is just so special and unique. Cannot say enough wonderful things about their staff, so proactive, thoughtful and upbeat... we are so lucky we found and used them. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had our wedding here in March 2019. I don’t think there are enough kind words that I could use to describe how wonderful this place is. First, we us the most beautiful weather you could have ever imagined. But most importantly, Karen and the team were absolutely amazing the entire planning process. They brought together the wedding of our dreams. All of the guest raved about the food, and about the garden. It was so beautiful and inviting. Children were running and playing, couples took advantage of the little hideaways, and they just created a wonderful overall experience. The team here has just been all the way A++. This place is a definitely must if you are looking for a unique wedding experience that won’t break the bank.

It's really impossible to convey how lovely and unique (and affordable!) this venue is, but they should be absolutely swarmed with requests for weddings if there's any justice. My husband and I got married at Paradigm in November 2018. Throughout the planning stage, Karen was thorough, incredibly kind, and willing to answer requests about the tiniest details.

The space is completely magical -- you're surrounded by plants, flowers, the flickering light of the torches, the breeze, the smell from the woodfire oven. One of the things I loved most about the venue is how interactive it is for guests. People can wander through the garden, sitting and chatting at any of the little hideaway spots woven throughout, pet the goats, watch the chef cooking, or just enjoy the night sky. It feels completely out of the norm of most standard venues, in the best way. Finally the food and cocktails were absolutely spot-on. We opted for roast beef, BBQ shrimp, tomato pie, and salad, and all of it was insanely flavorful, seasonal, and cooked perfectly.

I'm so grateful to everyone at Paradigm. This is a truly beautiful and special venue.

We had our wedding reception at Paradigm Gardens in March 2019. The reception was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. The food was delicious and unique (many of our guests agreed it was the best wedding food they had ever had), and the DJ that Karen recommended to us (DJ Matty) was a hit. Paradigm is a beautiful garden space and needs almost no extra decor (a big plus when sticking to a budget!). We even had guests tell us they wanted to have their own events at Paradigm in the future. We opted to rent tents due to a threat of rain. I was concerned that the tents would take away from the beauty of the garden, but it didn't take away from the atmosphere at all! Joel and the staff re-strung the lights to drape beneath the tent and it turned out beautifully. The staff was so kind and easy to work with. They even coordinated setup with our cake vendor taking that added stress off of us. I honestly cannot say anything but positive things about the entire experience. Our day went perfectly!

We had our wedding reception at Paradigm with a full dinner in October 2018. There's no way that a short online review can convey how incredible Karen, Jim, and everyone at Paradigm are, but I'll try. It was a perfect night, beyond all of my expectations for how it might go. The garden is beautiful; seating spread throughout the space makes it comfortable, while stand-up cocktail tables lend themselves to mingling. An on-site kitchen with a wood-fire oven means that your food comes out fresh. And there are goats!! Once we visited Paradigm, there was no way we could go anywhere else. On the prep and pre-party logistics side of things, Karen was warm, thoughtful, thorough and easy to work with. She was a caring guide through the process, and gave great advice, which all turned out to be dead on. The food, cooked by their events chef Patrick, was amazing, and many of my guests told me it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. (You'll have to ask him about the coffee-rubbed pork loin!) Jim, the co-owner and the day-of coordinator, thought of every small detail, helped us get everything set up beforehand and kept things running smoothly throughout the night - no small task, but he made it seem effortless. Paradigm is a very special place, with a group of very special people behind it. If you plan an event with them, it will not be a cookie-cutter, cliche party: for example, the garden will look different depending on what is in bloom; the ingredients in your food and in your cocktails will depend on what is fresh from the garden. And you will have a support staff that do not feel like "staff", but like collaborators, and that atmosphere will bleed into your event, making your guests feel relaxed and happy, like they have lucked into something very unique. Which they have. We could not recommend Paradigm more!
