  Great customer service and vehicle selection

  When shipping for the best limo buses and limos on the island of Palm Beach, Park Limo was not the only company that was actually local, but their customer service and prices was by far the best we experience. Thank you again for such an amazing experience

  must say I was very impressed with their service. The limo arrived on time and looked
  immaculate, with a luxurious interior that made for a comfortable ride. The chauffeur
  was polite and professional, and he made sure we arrived at the wedding venue on
  time. The limo also came equipped with complimentary champagne, which added a nice
  touch to the overall experience. I highly recommend this wedding limo service to anyone
  in need of reliable and luxurious transportation for their special day.

  Very flexible

  On time, recommendations on car size, super nice on the phone, flexible to locations. From my air bnb to the venue we needed to stop for a first look but the address was in limbo. The driver was super nice and accommodating to location it made it stress free. Very good driving. Thank you so much.

  Your driver was truly amazing, actually all your drivers. We rented 3 Limo buses, 2 Escalades, 1 Rolls Royce and the S580 Mercedes Benz. From start to finish we were truly impressed. Been a local transportation company on the Island of Palm Beach, was such a great plus using them. We were able to view the vehicles prior to making the reservation, something we realized when we were shopping around. We realized that most companies are either out of state and our of the county, making the entire experience very scary. Who wants to rent a vehicle from a company that is based in Dade or even Broward county. Park Limo showed us and our wedding planner all the vehicles we wanted, and confirmed in writing that was the vehicle we were going to get. Thank you again for sticking to your word

  We used Park Limo services for our wedding from hotel to venue and then later that night from venue back to hotel. Park Limo had very resonable prices for both needs. Our driver, Frank, was great! He texted us on his arrival and we could text him when to come pick us up. He helped us with our bags and boxes. He was very personable and helpful. I would definitely use this company again and I would highly reccommend Frank.

  We booked the wedding limo transportation from Park Limo and they gave us the service we envisioned. The company literally made our day by giving us such a lavish commuting experience. We not only enjoyed the snacks served onboard but also the VIP treatment that was offered by the car chauffeur. Thanks!

  Scary..criminal..ruined my wedding

  Your company are a bunch of crooks. You robbed my husband and I of our wedding day. The morning of the wedding you called to confirm your services for the wrong day...from there, you showed up with the wrong vehicle (our limo was to fit ten times allow for only 2 trips) you provided a 4 person limo. You called the cops on us fie not paying yet you charged $450 unauthorized to my debit card on a $300 package. The cops showed up to our wedding when in fact you are the ones who should be criminally charged. My best friend already reported your crimes to BBB, and I will be contacting my lawyer tomorrow. I will not let you do this again to any other couple..you are corrupt, you are Criminals and you will be exposed

  Unfortunately the above revied is 99% inaccurate. The only truth about her statement is that we did the service.
  
  This how the service went:
  
  We showed up on time, with the vehicle she requested on the date she reserved the vehicle for. A pefect and beautiful service was provided, but at the end when we tried to collect an imprint of the credit card, the groom refused to cooperate for no reason at all. We sent a rep to the location and released the driver, since he had another service to go too, besides, he felt a bit unsafe because of the way the Groomans was talking to him. When the our rep arrived, the groomans threaten the office staff with violence and left us with no other choice but to contact the authorities.
  
  We filed a police report ;
  
  Case # 10-2110-003622, Broward Sherriff's Office, officer Boni
  
  At that point we were successful on collecting payment
  
  The driver also mentioned that on the way to the venue, the bride was screaming at her mom and the photographer, so the only thing I can conclude from their bad behavior, is lack of respect for the average worker and people in general
