My husband and I contemplated hiring a day-of-coordinator thinking we could do everything ourselves. We were definitely in over our heads and decided to hire Kristi. It was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Kristi made the whole day go so smoothly and promised us that our ceremony would start on time when other vendors told us it probably wouldn't. With Kristi's help our ceremony started on time and we were able to squeeze in everything we wanted for our wedding. Both of our families raved over how great of a job Kristi did and we couldn't have been more pleased. She even brought an emergency bridal kit (Kleenex, bobby pins, mints, tide stain pens and more) for all the girls who were getting ready to use as needed. Kristi also decorated my desert table and picked up my bridal party lunch before the wedding. Honestly, the list goes on and on of all the little details Kristi took care of at our wedding that we cannot thank her enough! She is highly skilled and knowledgeable in what she does, 10/10 would recommend Kristi! -

Hiring Kristi for our day of coordination was the best decision we ever made! Kristi and her team were professional, so easy to communicate with, and went out of their way to cater to our busy schedule. Kristi provides so much more than just day of coordination! From the moment we hired her (just about 30 days before our wedding), she was helping relieve all our worries. We worked closely with Kristi and her assistant, Mikayla, who was so amazing. Everything we asked for, they said yes and made it happen. Mikayla was so nice and made me feel completely at ease on the big day. We also really appreciate that Kristi and Mikayla were so helpful and sensitive in incorporating our Hawaiian traditions. Thanks to Kristi and Mikayla, my husband and I got to enjoy our wedding, hang out with friends and family, and party the night away without a single worry. We cannot thank Kristi and Mikayla enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect!! -

Where to begin? Brandi on Kristi's team is INCREDIBLE! I truly cannot sing her praises enough. She kept all of the trains running smoothly throughout our wedding day, as well as the entire month leading up to it. She was incredibly reliable, responsive, and organized - in addition to being unbelievably kind, caring, and fun. She understood my (slightly obsessive) attention to detail and was an amazing partner to me throughout the final weeks of planning. There is not one thing I would change about my experience working with her. I walked away from my wedding with not only a new husband but a new friend. -

I cannot recommend Kristi enough! She hadn’t seen my venue in person before so right after booking she suggested we go to an open house they were hosting so she could see the space to hear about my vision. I am particular (to say the least) and Kristi took very detailed notes and kept on top of all the changing details and timelines for our wedding day. Closer to our wedding day, Kristi would check in on us and make sure everything was going well and she even helped us navigate a difficult situation with our florist. She had great suggestions for vendors, including rentals for our ceremony space, easels for all our signage, and even a margarita machine! For anyone who is on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, take it from me, an event planning professional, that hiring Kristi will ease your mind and allow you to truly enjoy your day. IT POURED RAIN ON MY WEDDING DAY and I wasn’t worried because I knew Kristi would help come up with the best solution…AND SHE DID! Thank you Kristi and team for helping make my vision come to life. -

The best decision/purchase we could have made for our entire wedding process!
We cannot begin to thank Kristi Marie Events enough. Looking back, this was the best decision/purchase we could have made for our entire wedding process. Both of us agree that without the wedding management help of Kristi and her team, we would have never been able to fully enjoy ourselves as much as we did on our special day. Kristi and Brandi made sure that our wedding went absolutely as planned.They were there to support us every step of the way leading up to the wedding and made the wedding planning process so easy and stress free. Their experience was so helpful in keeping us on track and organizing the functional flow of our day. They helped bring our vision to life and ensured that our wedding transitioned beautifully and all our décor was utilized the entire night. They also helped us find last minute vendors when our original plans were canceled on short notice. Our guests and us were able to truly enjoy our wedding day knowing that Kristi and Brandi were there to support us and take charge.
Kristi and her team exceeded our expectations and we recommend them 100x over. If you are on the edge of deciding if you need help with wedding management, the answer is yes - and this is the team you need!

Our wedding day and timeline was flawless! The bridal party was ready 90 mins early, included a boudoir shoot day of, and the ceremony started on time. We started wedding planning early and had a venue cancel our wedding due to loosing their lease. Kristi jumped in immediately, although she was hired for DOC services, and helped with finding a new venue. She went above and beyond to send additional vendors when I had two others cancel late into planning. I probably saw Kristi and Brandi 5x all day, which was wonderful! They kept the event moving, only came to us to let us know what was next (toasts, dances, cake cutting, etc.). Kristi discretely let me know something important I forgot and the evening moved swiftly after that. I could not recommend Kristi Marie Events more, hire them. -

We hired Kristi as our day-of planner and it was the best single decision we made during our entire wedding process. We got married at The Ice House in Phoenix, AZ because it's beautiful but, equally as important it allowed us to choose any vendors that we wanted. With more vendors came more communication and organizing than expected. Luckily, we had Kristi.. She really knows her stuff. She was always bringing up things we should be thinking about that we wouldn't have ever considered if we did this on our own. She let us have our own creative freedom and was available anytime we wanted her opinion on something since she has extensive experience. We could text her anytime and she'd get back to us quickly and also was always available to schedule a call if it was something more involved. As easy as she was to "work" with, she is even easier to be around and talk to. It's so clear that she loves her job and she has a gift for defusing our most stressful moments. By the time it was our wedding day we had already recommend Kristi to a couple of friends. She took it to the next level on the day of our wedding by keeping everything flowing and on schedule. We literally didn't have to look at a clock or worry about a single thing with her around. We still talk about the evening and try to think about how many different things could have gone wrong without Kristi.. she even caught our cake that started to melt from the heat of our neon sign LOL. Long story long.. hire Kristi for whatever you need if you're looking for everything to go perfectly. :) -

Kristi helped us create the exact vision we were wanting for our day! From helping us choose table decor during planning to grabbing the bridal party shots before the grand entrance- she did it all! She arrived to the venue on the day-of before anyone else (hours early) to start setting up and make sure the cake, flowers, DJ, food and bar were all on schedule. She made sure all the vendors were on the same page and everyone had a copy of the schedule and knew what would be happening next. She checked in throughout the night to make sure everything was going how I wanted and made suggestions when I needed it. She helped to break everything down and organized it all to be taken home after the reception ended. The meetings prior to the wedding were great as she made sure everything was getting done that needed to on our end- down to making sure our marriage certificate was applied for. Kristi literally thinks of everything and no detail goes unnoticed! I can't say enough good things about her! All of my family members and friends were able to relax and enjoy the night because she was taking care of all the details- big and small, making sure the day went off without a hitch! Her services were absolutely worth every penny and I believe every bride should have a Kristi! -

I cannot thank Kristi enough!!! I as the mother of the bride thought I could do all the planning myself, nope....Kristi came in and saved the day! She was always available in person or by phone when I needed her, with a cute laugh telling me everything will be ok! The day of, Kristi was calm, organized and also fun! From the moment I met Kristi she was very attentive and organized so I knew she would be the perfect day-of-coordinator. I made a lot of the decorations for the wedding myself and I didn't want my family or myself to have to worry about setting up the day of the wedding. Kristi took care of everything from setting up, checking in with all my vendors, looking out for me throughout the night, getting the presents loaded into my car, and cleaning up after. I had put so much effort into planning that I wanted everything to go perfectly and Kristi was able to make sure my timeline ran smoothly. I got so many compliments from my guests about how this was the most organized wedding they have been to and how impressed they were with how everything ran on-time. I did not realize how crazy and quick the wedding day would be and I absolutely think every bride needs a day-of coordinator if they want to truly enjoy their day. I couldn't imagine how frustrated I would have been on the day-of if I didn't hire Kristi; she did a phenomenal job and I would hire her 100 times over!
