  Wonderful!

  Kristi was so amazing to work with! She was patient with me and all of my questions. She worked with our budget and helped us lay out how everything would look! We rented a large tent, numerous tables/chairs, and tablecloths!

  Wedding rental

  Party time is great!! We rented all of our table linens and gold chairs for our reception from them! I loved how I was able to see the colors/fabrics in person while making my selections as well as the chairs and our cake stand! Everything was delivered on time and the staff was so helpful!! Any questions I had were answered very quickly! They have everyone’s best interest at heart and will do whatever they can to help your vision come to life!!

  Great time with Party Time

  I worked with Steve leading up to our wedding and he was super helpful every step of the way. I was happy with how accommodating and patient he was. Everything turned out amazing. There was a few miscommunication leading up to the day of and the owner, Ray, personally stopped by to make sure we were going to have an amazing day. I thought that was very nice of him. I highly recommend Party Time for any upcoming occasions. Here’s how they helped turned our day into a magical day.

  Party Time provided all the rentals for our wedding, including chairs, lounge seating, tables, linens, plates, and glasses. Kristi was so easy to work with and made sure that we had everything we needed to have a perfect, beautiful reception. I love that they have a showroom, so you can see all the items you're renting during the planning process, and they have an amazing selection of quality items to choose from. Working with Party Time was a dream!

  Party time rentals provided all the linens for my wedding. They were really beautiful. It was an outside, fall wedding and I was unsure about the colors I wanted to use at the reception. The people there helped me see that i could use more color than just brown. I ended up going with green, orange and copper for my reception tables and it was beautiful. I even had other vendors that came up to me at my reception and said they had never seen such beautiful colors together and how "fall" it looked. We walked in and ordered the linens in about 30 minutes. The order was correct when we picked them up and they were beautiful. We were very happy at how they turned out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing linens for an event.

  We had no problems with our rentals at all. They even matched price with their competitors. Their show room was nice but maybe needs to be a little better organized. And I wish they had a price list on their website. All and all great service and exactly what we needed for our wedding.

  When I met with them for the first time, I was shocked how expensive it was all going to be, but they helped me get the most important things into my price range. We picked up the linens instead of having them delivered. They were ready when they were supposed to be, and the order was correct.

  They were extremely professional and accommodating. There were many hidden fees though and my chairs were dirty when they arrived to the ceremony site.

  We were working with them for a tent and dance floor. We went with someone else for the tent and I am assuming this is why the left out without a dance floor on our wedding day considering we emailed them sent them a check. Their answer was, “we didn’t have cash in hand.” They didn’t give us an option to send them the money on the quote so we shouldn’t be penalized. This happened after not replying to our email they finally called when they received our check. Horrible way of doing business when a couple

  He continues to make excuses his reply to mine stated that the contract was sent July 16 which that was the first quote for the tent and the dance floor. We asked for a revised quote the next day on July 17 for just the dance floor cause he quoted a smaller tent (more expensive than who we actually rented from) and didn’t receive the second quote until July 21 (this was after he sent us a statement July 20th stating that the dance floor has to be under a tent. Clearly. I’m assuming it’s because we got our tent elsewhere) which we replied to on July 26 stating that we were sending the check and signed copy of the contract by mail because that quote did not have any online accessibility. Nothing but excuses and now we have tried every vendor and don’t have a dance floor for our wedding. Stop making excuses.

  I am sorry that you are unhappy with your recent experience at Party Time. We take all feedback seriously.
  It is true that items can not be reserved without a deposit. When your quote was sent to you on July 16th, our point of sale system provided you with the option of signing the contract and making your payment online. I am sorry you had trouble with the online system, but your deposit check and hand-signed contract , both dated July 27th, were received by us on August 2nd, by which time someone else had reserved the dance floor which you were interested in.
