  Best Decision Ever!

  I am so so so grateful for Roxanne! After our initial meeting, I instantly felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. My only regret during wedding planning was not contacting her sooner. Roxanne was extremely organized & always responded quickly. I literally never had to worry about anything! Roxanne made my wedding day a breeze & I truly couldn’t have had the perfect wedding without her. She is definitely somebody you can count on & also have fun with too. By the end of our wedding, I felt like I gained a friend. Definitely recommend!

  Best Experience Ever!

  Thank goodness for Roxanne!! These were the words my (now) husband and I said, repeatedly, throughout our wedding planning efforts and on the day of our wedding. Roxanne worked relentlessly to help us not feel overwhelmed with the many wedding details and rather enjoy the planning efforts…she worked with us to ensure we made the most immediate and urgent decisions up front and guided us through each major component as our timeline progressed. She provided options for decisions which was always appreciated for me, since I was a bride-to-be that had not been thinking/planning of my wedding day well before my engagement. She was an absolute lifesaver in corresponding with venue coordinators throughout the planning efforts, especially the month beforehand, when the majority of the loose ends need to be tied up and finalized. On our wedding day, Roxanne flawlessly guaranteed we were able to enjoy every moment of the ceremony and reception. We ate our meal, danced all night, always had a beverage in our hand and truly enjoyed our guests. Hands down, having Roxanne as part of our wedding experience is something we are immensely fortunate for…she took an immense amount of pride in making the experience remarkable and memorable for us.

  If you want the BEST wedding planner in Naples - book with Roxanne immediately! She is PHENOMENAL. She went the extra mile the entire weekend. Not a detail was missed! She made not only the bride and groom but our family and every member of the bridal party feel comfortable, taken care of and V.I.P.'s. Not a moment passed where she wasn't hustling, smiling and keeping everything moving smoothly. She is the consummate planner and organizer. She is professional, courteous and FUN!   Just fabulous!

  Roxanne was a god send! She was on top of everything making sure that every vendor was at our venue on time. Every detail was just perfect. We had no worries or stress with setting up or tearing down; she handled everything. If you had any questions of concern she had the answer. She works quickly behind the scenes, you couldn't even tell she was there. Everything went without a hitch. My husband and I are grateful that we found Roxanne when we did. Our wedding was memorable and we loved what she did to make it happen. She made sure that we were the focus on our bid day and that we had nothing to worry about.
  
  If you're looking for a great wedding planner or party coordinator, she's you're girl. Working with her was smooth, easy and fun!

  Worth every penny! Roxanne was a Godsend during my wedding. I am a very hands off bride and had no clue what I wanted, and she offered ideas and suggestions that were perfect. She would answer every email promptly and she is so organized. She really goes to bat for you and was able to knock almost $4000 off my food and beverage minimum at my venue. Her assistant was great also. They set everything up for my reception and tore it all back down so I didn't have to do a thing! She also let me use her driftwood arch free of charge! I wouldn't recommend anyone else and I interviewed about 5 different companies before selecting Roxanne. She made my destination wedding a dream come true!

  There are no words to describe how much we appreciate Roxanne. She went above and beyond for us every step of the way! Our wedding came with many setbacks, including Hurricane Irma, and Roxanne wasn’t phased by any of them. My first piece of advice to any friends planning a wedding, big or small: hire Roxanne. She is an absolute miracle worker! Almost 2 months after the wedding, we are still receiving compliments on how efficiently everything ran.   Roxanne was Amazing from the moment I spoke to her. I am pretty hands on but I needed her help to make my vision come to life. She was with me at every vendor meeting and gave me her professional opinion on my ideas. On my wedding day I knew I would have nothing to worry about with her there to help. Our wedding went so smooth and was honestly the most amazing day pretty much stress free thanks to Roxanne. She is fair with her price and worth every penny. She will definitely be my first call whenever I plan a party or event again. Thank you so much Roxanne

  I contacted Roxanne Werner of Partyrox about planning our Wedding in May. We had already started the process and had a pretty good idea what we wanted. Our wedding was primarily Family and some extended family and totaled about 60 people. Roxanne was great in meeting my budget goals and not loading us up with a bunch of things that we didn't want. We are both in our middle to late 40's and on our second go around so we really just wanted to have everyone get together in a comfortable place and have a good time without being too pretentious. Roxanne was very flexible and attentive to our needs. She completely took over the process allowing us to do our thing with our guests. We used her recommendations for the photographer, officiant, and DJ. We already had our location lined up as well as our caterer and florist. She took over all communication with them and coordinated thru us. She was there from beginning to end to make sure all went smooth. The money I saved on her suggestions over what I had planned more than paid her fee. Don't give it a second thought, hire Roxanne!

  Roxanne was the day-of coordinator for my wedding and I cannot thank her enough for her EXTRAORDINARY help, especially when she and her family were going through some rough moments that day.
  
  She surely was one of my 3 Angels that day, who went above and beyond to make my private reception run smoothly and stress-free. Not only did she help me communicate with the vendors before and during the event, she kindly brought some elegant golden decor items, as well, for us to borrow and use. And we all were glad to see her join us at the dance floor, at least for a few minutes, because she was all around the venue multi-tasking.

Roxanne made wedding planning fun and easy. She was there for me every step of the way and I will be forever grateful for her. She is the best at what she does and she does everything with a smile on her face. I think it is safe to say that although Roxanne made a fantastic wedding planner, she has also made a great friend!   Roxanne was truly a blessing! I can't even find the words to describe how amazing she is. She is everything you could ever want in a wedding planner. She is organized, professional, flexible and makes planning fun. I feel like she is a part of our family now!
  
  After getting engaged, my husband and I decided we wanted to have a destination wedding. We wanted to plan everything ourselves, but quickly realized that it is easier said than done. I found Roxanne online and contacted her. After we spoke on the phone, I knew she would be perfect.
  
  We had less than 9 months to plan everything and had a strict budget. Roxanne kept us right on track with our timeline and helped us stay within our means. She made the planning process a breeze! I never felt stressed out or anxious.
  
  We got to Naples about 5 days before the wedding and met with Roxanne, my family instantly fell in love with her. She was great with helping us with our last minute details and getting everyone where they needed to be for the rehearsal. I would have been a wreck without her.

We hired her about four months before our wedding because we decided we needed someone to help coordinate the day of. It was the best decision we made for our wedding and she did WAY more than just day of coordinating. We had a lot of problems with our wedding venue in the months leading up to our wedding, at times it was quite contentious. Roxanne was amazing when dealing with them and took so much of the stress off of us. There were many times where my wife and I would have been completely overwhelmed if it were not for Roxanne.   My wedding was a destination wedding, so finding an amazing planner was essential. Roxy surpassed everything I was hoping for...
  
  When I had a question for Roxy, I would email/text/or call and she would respond within 3 minutes. I was never left with an unanswered question and I was never worried. I knew Roxy had everything under control. Not only was she quick to respond, but she was always positive. Working with her, I felt like anything was possible!
  
  From the welcome party to the big day... Roxy was on top of it all. I was 100% confident in her ability to make everything come together smoothly, and she did all of that... she is truly an orchestrator of dreams come true!

  When I had a question for Roxy, I would email/text/or call and she would respond within 3 minutes. I was never left with an unanswered question and I was never worried. I knew Roxy had everything under control. Not only was she quick to respond, but she was always positive. Working with her, I felt like anything was possible!

  Roxanne is worth her weight in gold. My now husband and I worked with her from beginning to end. We met Roxanne a year before we got married and from the time we agreed to work with her, she provided her insight and advice and helped keep a flowing To Do list in the months leading up to the wedding. Friends would ask, "Are you nervous? Are you stressed? Do you need help?" and I would say, "No, we have Roxanne who has everything under control" and that held true even through the day of the wedding. Rain was coming into the radar for our outdoor reception and Roxanne made the transition indoors smoothly and it turned out gorgeous while I was upstairs getting beautified. Roxanne has a group of amazing vendors that she works with as well and since they all are familiar with each other they worked together very well. Roxanne is very detail oriented and a type A planner like myself so I always felt taken care of. I'm only sad I don't have another event in the near future to work with her again, however over the course of the last year, she has become a friend who we cherish dearly! If you are questioning the value of hiring a wedding planner, ask yourself what are your stress and time worth? What are your memories worth? If you choose to work with Roxanne you will have virtually no stress and much more time to spend with your family and friends and make memories of your special day!

Roxanne is so organized and punctual (which I loved) I had contacted another wedding planner prior to Roxanne, and he was absolutely terrible never returned calls, so I gave up. Then I found Roxanne...my savor! Her and her girls are just awesome they know what they are doing and know the questions to ask when you show up to walk threw the venue. And if I ever had a question about something she was super fast to respond. All I can say is if I didn't have her there to help it wouldn't have been good. She really made my special day what I imagine it would be. I am so thankful for her and her assistance. Highly recommend to any ladies getting married and need help like I did. I cant say enough good things about Party Rox.

  Roxanne was wonderful!! I only hired her for day of services and it was money well spent. There were vendor issues that day but due to her professionalism and her ability to work fast, I didn't know anything was even wrong until after the fact. Thank you so much for helping make my day so wonderful!!

  I can't begin to describe how happy I am we went with Roxanne as our wedding planner. From the beginning she was willing to give me advice and help, even though it was further than a month out from the wedding which was what I had hired her for. Once the month-of time frame kicked in, she was so thorough and in contact with me constantly. There were a few rental and site hick-up's that she picked up on that saved the day and was willing to let me ship items to her house and even picked up things from vendors so that we could get them on time for the wedding. My husband kept asking 'how much did we pay her?!' because at some point within the week of the wedding, even he knew the piece of mind we had by knowing she was in charge of all the final details was priceless. She did a great job of altering the time frame during the wedding since we were running a little late and helped with so many details that our wedding was even better than we imagined. Everyone kept asking how we found her because it was obvious she was in charge and doing an amazing job. I would recommend her a million times over :)

  Roxanne did a phenonemal job with my wedding. She always responded in a timely manner, and went above and beyond on assisting me with everything I needed. On the day of our event, I honestly dont know what I would have done without her. She kept everything running smoothly and kept everyone in line :) I would highly, highly recommend Roxanne.. she is wonderful!!
