The cake was AMAZING. I have literally not stopped thinking about the orange cake since we had it. They were beautifully decorated and exactly what I wanted. She uses buttercream and not fondant, and I'm not sure how she does it, but it looks absolutely incredible (and much better to eat). 10/10 would recommend to anyone! -

Patty created an amazing cake for our wedding. Strawberry cake for a late fall wedding might seem little out of place but it was exactly what we wanted and it was more delicious than words can describe. It was also the most beautiful cake I have ever seen.Patty Cakes's reply:

I showed our wedding planner a photo of some cupcakes that looked nothing like anything Patty Cakes had done before, and on our wedding day, there was a GORGEOUS tower of cupcakes that looked even better than the photo!! All of the guests loved the flavors we chose too (especially the Grand Marnier!), and we loved the options of the fillings (Caramel filling in almond cake... yes please!). -

The classic design was beautiful, and it was by FAR the best-tasting cake we tried in our search during the wedding planning process. (My husband liked her icing the best!) Patty was so patient and sweet as she worked with us in choosing our designs and flavors. I'm so grateful a friend recommended her to me because I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to do it. We received so many compliments about our cake at the wedding--not only about how pretty it was but about how delicious it was, which is the best part of any cake! :) Thank you, Patty! -

Nichole Sent on 06/21/2013All I can say is Wow!!! My wedding cake was PERFECT!! They completely follow the very small image I had fallen in love with and brought it to life. It even looked better than the picture - not to mention that there were details i didn't even notice on the image that they followed to a tea! The cake tasted AMAZING and was sooo moist! I selected the marbled strawberry and heavenly white cake with white chocolate frosting... It was sooo good and I can't wait to have some more that we had left over from the wedding!! Thank you again!! -
User1195995 Sent on 06/11/2013If you are looking for a good tasting beautiful cake for a reasonable price, you need to check out Patty Cakes. She recently made our wedding cake and grooms cake for our wedding. When we had a tasting with Patty, she let us try about 9 flavors, 4 icings, and a few fillings. All for free. She is very helpful and has stacks of books of her own work you can look through to get ideas. She has been making cakes for over 20 years. She was very helpful and designed our cakes exactly how we went over it. We had a buttercream and strawberry wedding cake and chocolate toffee grooms cake. We had a 4 tier wedding and 2 tier grooms cake and for both cakes and delivery and cake stand rentals, it was all under $1200 which was much cheaper than anyone we talked to. Patty was also very helpful in planning for every outcome on the wedding day. We had an outside wedding and she had a plan for everything - cold, hot, rain, bugs. I would recommend Patty to anyone and will definitely be using her again in the future. -

Ashley Sent on 10/31/2012Patty Cakes is awesome!! Our grooms cake was a football helmet that looked so real!! And two days before the wedding when I realized I forgot to have our florist send flowers to put on top of the cake, Patty went and got mums as our cake topper for me. She said "you are two days away, you don't need to worry about it. I'll take care of it!" And she did! It looked great!!! She is very professional and you will never taste a better cake in your life!!
