  I am so glad we went with Laurie and her team as our caterer for our wedding. Laurie not only acted as our caterer, but really helped in the coordination of the entire wedding. My husband and I are big foodies, so the food was extremely important to us. Laurie totally knocked it out of the park from start to finish. She even made my mother-in-law's piergoi recipe as a passed app (it was awesome!!). We have had so many people compliment us on everything from the filet and crabcake to the delicious wedding cake. Everything was to die for! I only wish I still had some leftovers from that day :) Thank you for everything Laurie!

  Laurie is the best!

  Laurie and her team were so great to work with. Not only is she on top of her stuff, she delivered flawlessly the day of. We have had tons of people comment on how amazing the food was, which I feel like is usually one of the last things folks comment on in regards to a wedding! Beyond just the catering, Laurie coordinated all of our rentals and coordinate with all of our other vendors. She is the absolute best!

  Laurie and her team were amazing. My October wedding was at my parents' home in Easton - they bring all of their own equipment, the service was great and someone making sure that the bridal party had drinks and my husband and I got appetizers! Laurie was happy to meet with us a few times before, see the venue and was very accommodating with our menu changes. Because I didn't have a wedding planner, she also offered so much helpful advice. But most importantly, the food ( we choose buffet- beef, salmon and lots of yummy veggie-focused sides) was to. die. for. Amazing. We got so many compliments, I ate a ton (which brides and grooms always say never happens!) and I was just so pleased. One of our guests is the head chef at the Ritz Carlton in Philly (where we live), and he also made a point to stop us worth glowing reviews of the catering. I want to throw another party and will have Laurie do the food, tent and everything else. Seriously use her.

  I would recommend PeachBlossoms to any bride looking for a great caterer! Laurie (the owner) was super responsive and helpful during the entire wedding process and executed everything beautifully. She has great taste and made the tables and tent look elegant and inviting. Most importantly, our guest raved about how good the food was! So many of them said that it was the best wedding food they ever had! I would definitely book PeachBlossoms again for another event!

I had been to a wedding she did 3 years prior, and still remembered how good the food was - so when planning our wedding, I knew she was the caterer we needed to book! Laurie is so organized, and I knew going into my wedding day that she had every tiny detail covered. She acted not only as my caterer, but as the event planner as well. She handled all of the details from the linens and table set-up to providing last minute up-lighting in a tree on the property where the reception was. The most important thing to note is how delicious all of the food was. From the appetizers to the entrees to the cake - everything was amazing. Guests were still raving about it 3 weeks out from the wedding. Laurie and her team made our wedding day absolutely magical. Highly, highly recommend her and the PeachBlossoms team!

  Laurie and team at Peach Blossoms were outstanding. Laurie acted as much more than a caterer, but also an event planner, overseeing all of the details to ensure that not just food, but flowers, tent, lighting, music, etc., were flawless in their execution. And the raves about the quality of the food continue to pour in even more than a week after our wedding.   Laurie's food was amazing, from the appetizers to the meal!!! The cream of crab shooters and the shrimp pasta were the best things I have ever eaten! The tables were also decorated beautifully!
