Cailin Sent on 10/23/2017I visited a number of bridal shops in the GTA searching for my wedding dress and this was by far my absolute favourite! Such a great selection of dresses and wedding shoes and jewelry even! The ambiance and staff were wonderful and so helpful, they were excited to contact me to let me know that the one I had wanted was going on a sample sale and squeezed me in last minute so I could try it on once more! I was lucky to have Patricia as my consultant as she was the one who suggested I try on the dress that I ended up getting in the end! I couldn't be more pleased with my whole experience overall and being served a glass of bubbly at the end was obviously the icing on the cake!! I have also been upstairs for their bridesmaid collection and even those were all gorgeous and you are able to customize size and colour of any style which is sooo accommodating. -

User1857524 Sent on 10/10/2014My girls and I found this place through a coworker who said this boutique carries unique designer dresses that can't be found elsewhere in GTA. From the moment we came into the boutique, we were greeted by friendly staff and amazing selection of dresses. It was a great experience and my consultant is very knowledgeable in different designs of dresses that look beautiful in certain venues. I could not decide on my first visit but ended up coming back and purchasing my dress from them. I highly recommend this place to brides to be! -

I loved this shop because they offer unique, one of a kind dresses that you don't find in every store. I was able to find a unique dress that fit my budget! Danielle worked hard with me to find the perfect dress and even helped me purchase my bridesmaid dresses. The whole experience was great - I always received great service and would highly recommend this shop to every bride! thank you! -
User2449285 Sent on 12/01/2015The staff at Pearl Bridal House are amazing. Vanessa is an excellent consultant, she listened to everything we were asking and made sure she filled in any blanks we had. The staff was very informative on the designer I had chosen (Katie May) and made sure I was given all my options for alterations. I will 100% recommend them to anyone!

User1887965 Sent on 10/27/2014We had a wonderful experience shopping for my daughter's wedding dress at Pearl Bridal. The staff were supportive and encouraging throughout the experience. It was one of the first bridal shops we visited and we knew immediately that after going to other shops, we would probably end up at Pearl. The selection of gowns was very nice - fresh, interesting, original. The quality of the gowns was also very good - lots of good selection avaiable at different price points. Alterations were done very well and there was a great deal of attention paid to our wishes. As an added bonus, I was able to buy my gown there at their Mother of the Bride event. The fact that we were both trying on gowns at the same place added to the special experience we had as a mother/daughter preparing for a wedding. We had a lot of fun together and also with the staff.

User2449297 Sent on 12/01/2015I am completely thrilled with the level of service I received once getting an appointment, but it was a lot of calls and voicemails to try and get one set up. Also, when I arrived for the appointment, there were 4 of us standing outside for nearly a half hour as the salon hadn't opened yet, which was quite odd considering they had called and asked me to come a half hour earlier than scheduled (glad I didn't!) The owner was fantastic in helping size me, and the consultant was wonderful. -
User1227782 Sent on 07/04/2013My daughter purchased her gown from Pearl Bridal on June 21, 2012. She was told that the dress would be in approx 6-8 months so she started calling about a delivery date the end of Feb 2013 which was 8 months. She was then told it wouldn't be in til a month before the wedding. She told them that was unacceptable. We made sure to purchase the gown in plenty of time to avoid any last minute delivery issues. She then called every couple of weeks to see what was going on. Most often she got the answering machine and waited for a return call. Each time she got a different response all of which were incorrect. I called several times, as did my husband and neither of us got a response. At just over 5 weeks before the wedding I drove and hour and a half to the shop to get a straight answer as we still did not have the dress. The dress finally arrived 5 weeks before the wedding but was 2 sizes too big meaning lots of alterations and of course they wanted to charge extra for their sizing mistake. We finally got the finished dress a week and a half before the wedding.
Anna, the seamstress was the only bright light during this horrible experience. She was very professional and really does a fantastic job. Dealing with the store staff was an experience I would not want to repeat. Their lack of communication and seeming unconcern, caused much stress and sleeplessness. If I had to do it again, I would have gone to a shop in the US. Had there been any major dress issues upon delivery my daughter would not have a dress to wear on Saturday. Just beware!
