  Pearl White Events is a Necessity

  Kim Wang and her Pearls turned our dream wedding into a reality. I would give Pearl White Events extra stars on this review if I could.
  
  Even though our wedding was on 12/28/19, she spoke with us on 9/25/18 (15 months before) to hear our wedding ideas and draw up a blueprint/draft. Every conversation and milestone we had, she made sure we were comfortable with every decision.
  
  I had no doubt in my mind that Kim was on our team the whole time. She found solutions and alternatives when we faced challenges. She gave us suggestions and recommendations on aspects that she wasn't even supposed to take care of.
  
  Having Kim and Pearl White Events on your side before and during your big day is a necessity. She exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond.

  Kim Wang and her Pearls turned our dream wedding into a reality. I would give Pearl White Events extra stars on this review if I could.

  As someone who has been planning their wedding since they were little, Kim and her team made my fairytale wedding a reality.
  
  During the planning process, I felt so overwhelmed by all of the little details and Kim helped me through it all. Especially in the months leading up to the wedding, we were so fortunate to have her there whenever there was an issue. She was able to work out a solution and reassure me that everything would run smoothly.
  
  I could not recommend day-of coordination more. I kept preparing for how stressful the big day was going to be, but when it came Kim and her team took care of everything. They made sure all of the vendors arrived on time, they kept us on schedule, and I was able to really just take in the whole day.

  Pleasure to work with!

  Pearl Whites Events should be you go-to wedding planner! I worked with Stephanie and Laura, and they were nothing less than spectacular. My husband and I chose to do the day-of wedding coordinator, where they take over the planning the month prior to the wedding. It was one of the best investments we ever spent on our wedding. It allowed us to enjoy our special day, worry-free, knowing that the entire event was in their hands. They were extremely professional and we would recommend the Pearl White Events team any day for your wedding!

  Phenomenal to work with!

The entire team at PWE were so kind and so professional. Laura was my main day of coordinator and I cannot sing her praises enough! Not only was she readily available anytime to answer coordinating questions but she was also a huge help in just making me feel calm and comfortable leading up to the wedding and the day of. I definitely recommend choosing PWE to plan to your special day whether its big or small!

  No stress wedding day thanks to PWE!

  Kim was an outstanding wedding planner, she said all the right things from our very first phone call. She was down to earth, realistic, kind, and a true pleasure to work with. She took my thoughts and ideas and made them into reality. I walked into our wedding weekend worrying only about the weather, because I knew Kim had everyone under control. She and her company are worth every penny, they took away so much stress and I was able to really enjoy the weekend because of them! We really felt like we were in good hands through the entire process, which in the end allowed us to just enjoy our wedding.

  Amazing people to work with :)

  I don’t even know where to start. We knew Kim and her team do amazing work because she planned my sister's wedding, but we were completely blown away after our wedding day. Everything was perfect. We had multiple people tell us that this was the most stress free wedding and we were the most stress free bride/groom they have ever seen. We owe it all to Kim. We live out of state so we knew planning a wedding alone would be difficult. Kim was very easy to get in touch with. Video chats, emails, texts and phone calls. She was always available when we had questions. We listened to her suggestions for vendors and were very pleased with each and every one of them. We have no eye for design so we left it up to her and we were not disappointed. Our jaws dropped when we saw how beautifully decorated our reception venue was. We had last minute guest cancellations/additions and Kim and her team handled all of it easily. Everything was taken care of and we did not have to worry about one thing on our wedding day. She is so calm and sweet and organized. Literally the perfect wedding planner. We appreciate her and her team so much!

  Kim and her team are absolutely amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better planner. She helped us with whatever we need. They did a amazing job on set and made sure everything flowed well. Thank you for helping us make the wedding of our dreams!!!!!

  Kim Made Our Dreams Come True!

  We hired PWE for our wedding after a couple of months of trying to plan our ourselves, and were so incredibly fortunate to have Kim as our planner! She was the best choice we ever made! She completely understood our vision and made sure we were 100% happy with every decision that had to be made. We were such a mess that she patiently and thoroughly answered any and all of our million questions. We even let her make the decisions because we were unsure and trusted her vision. She also communicated with us regularly and answered all of our millions of text messages. She is always prepared with a list of things that needed to be done. She had completely taken care of tons of details that we did not even realize that needed to be done before our wedding, allowing us to relax before the big day. We didn't have any reservations about putting our complete confidence in her because we knew she would handle things gorgeously. We definitely could not have done it without her and PWE.

  Laura Otis!

  I cannot even begin to explain what a blessing Laura was! Trying to DIY my whole wedding was so stressful and her guidance and resources couldn’t have come at a better time. Of course I expected my wedding to turn out beautiful either way, but she was so on top of everything and placing it all together in the end that it was even more beautiful than I envisioned!

Kim and her team was incredibly diligent in communicating with us and all of our vendors to make sure everything was in place for our big day. We honestly can't speak highly enough of her professionalism and reliability for every aspect of the wedding. If there was something that we wanted in our wedding, Kim would make it happen, whether it was two weeks in advance or the day of the wedding. We had such an amazing experience working with Pearl White Events and would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone!

  My wedding was truly saved by you towards the end...Because of your wedding coordinator Mrs. Laura Otis!!! Her and I hit it off since the first meet via "FaceTime" lol and I loved that she took control and knew what she was doing and reassured me...I've been doing everything in my own for 2 years planning my dream wedding. I went to one of the Bridal Expo 2017 with my fellow bride Dyan Davis as she was getting married 9 months earlier than I. We came across PWE there and had an offer that I couldn't refuse and Dyan really recommended that I have at least the "day of coordinator", I am so happy that I did just that.
  As I've mentioned my wedding took 2 years to plan because due to financial and my husband and I already have 3 little kids already so if you're like me with kids already, adding a coordinator will be the best decision you will ever make. Our W.C Laura was super sweet, great positive attitude, professional and just great planner and very well organize which was a plus! Like I mentioned I hired her on as the day of my wedding so it's important, you as bride to have everything ready a month before your big day for example having your Venue & all vendors locked in and ready to go and from there you can have a breather cause your PWE we'll take care of everything else for you!! Laura I miss our interactions I'm glad we'll keep in touch here and there through social media!! You were truly amazing thank you for everything!!!

  Hiring PWE was absolutely the best decision I could have made regarding the whole wedding process. I was convinced I could do everything myself, from out of state to boot, and was on the fence about hiring someone to help.   Kim and her team are amazing!!! She is so organized that she made my life and wedding day the most stress-free day. She is willing to go the extra mile for her clients and is constantly trying to make sure you are happy and taken care of. I don't know how she does it! My husband and I are so fortunate to have hired her for our wedding and certainly couldn't have done it without her. I would recommend her to any bride who wants to not have to worry about the little things and to just concentrate on showing up to the wedding. Kim is the best!!

  Pearl White Events was our wedding planner for the day of coordination and we enjoyed working with them! Kim and Stephanie were so easy to work with and was good with communication and meeting our needs.   Our wedding was "by far the best wedding" our guests had ever been to, according to most of the guests that attended. And it truly was "planned to perfection." It was not the typical wedding, it was a gay wedding, set at the Casa Feliz in Winter Park. The Cocktail reception started in the front outdoor courtyard with a string quartet at sunset, the guests moved through the magnificent villa to arrive at the backyard courtyard and sit under a stunning/romantic tent with chandelier, delicious food catering to everyone's individual needs proceeded after our grand entrance to the reception. Emotional speeches and video presentations were next, then a gorgeous cake, followed by dancing with amazing entertainers to excite the crowd It was something so intimate yet classy and regal, as well as fun and not stuffy, and it was all thanks to Kim Tran, who I can say is probably the best wedding planner around! She is kind, attentive, constantly following up on ideas you give her. The wedding was super organized, and we did not have any responsibilities except to show up! Her and her staff thought of the perfect wedding favors which were gold Christmas ornaments with our wedding logo, she even packed the gift boxes, brought and set them at the reception, and on top of that helped plan a party for us 2 days after the wedding (our huge Christmas party for 45 guests). Everything was truly perfect, and again I cannot say it enough, all thanks to Kim. Anthony and I give her the highest rating + more. No need to shop around if you're wondering!

  Pearl white events was great, I hesitated at first because I was trying to keep costs down as we know it starts to add up. Well they came up with a solution for me so I could still relax on my day and not have to worry about all the small little details. Everything went smoothly, I'm so happy I chose them. I don't know what I would have done without them.

I have never met anyone as detailed as I am when it comes down to every detail and making sure to get it all done with back-up plans for everything! Before I met Kim, I met other planners and coordinators and none could handle all that I was requesting and I knew I was requesting a lot! Many were afraid to run a big wedding or a huge bridal party or all of the details we wanted! I knew it was a lot and I needed someone dedicated to being by my side through the process. Meetings after meetings, I finally was referred to Kim by my good friend, Melissa, and the rest was history! We wanted a huge wedding with a lot of details and surprises for our guests and Kim was the most perfect person to run our day. From a grand entrance on a yacht, a second entrance with a drum procession, dove release, two cocktail receptions, a fireworks show, 3 wedding/grooms cakes - one being a huge 7-tier cake on a romantic bed, 2 open bars, a sparklers exit, an ice-cream truck surprise and a grand exit in an i8, we had sooo many moving parts and so much more that I'm still surprised Kim handled it all with so much grace and made it all look effortless! It was the most perfect day for us and for our guests and the best part is that it all got done and on time, never behind schedule all day! The schedule was so critical that if we were behind even 15 minutes, we would miss something else we wanted to get done, and that never happened! We got it all done and it was all perfectly managed by Kim and her team! Kim even saved us when our seating cards weren't printed out the night before and one of the cakes needed to be picked up on the day of! We can't thank you all enough for making our day so perfect and effortless! You are truly the best!

We hired her for partial planning services and she was very responsive to what we needed/wanted from the wedding planning experience. My now-husband and I needed some extra structure because we often found ourselves too busy with work/life to figure out what we needed to do by when. Additionally, we were planning a long-distance wedding. Per our request, she crafted a detailed timeline/plan early on so we knew what to expect each month and kept us on track with "homework" deadlines complete with google-calendar notifications and e-mail/phone check-ins. She was always mindful of our priorities and preferences and catered her service perfectly to us. She has great vendor contacts and many of the vendors that we initially found on our own before hiring her actually already knew her and had only glowing reviews to share. We would recommend Kim to any couple looking for a great planner!! Worth every penny!

  Kim is simply essential to the success of my wedding! Let's just begin with the fact that it was an Asian wedding..not only were we on time, we were early! Which is a difficult thing to achieve for ANY wedding, not just Asian weddings. This review is for those type A personalities who always think that they can get anything done and trust no one to do it best but themselves...I am that person. While I can accomplish a lot and have always had high standards, Kim was easily the best decision I made, other than marrying my husband ;). Kim made my wedding day and process enjoyable for me (something I was very concerned about for a large wedding approximating 400 guests). My wedding vision was turned into reality. I felt like a princess and my guests were amazed by everything. Kim was always available and responsive to all my needs. She went above and beyond. I was able to confide in her and quickly found a friend in her throughout the process. She was always honest with her opinions and advice. She is truly a gem and a dedicated, hardworking individual who puts so much heart and pride into what she does.
