  Steven was amazing. His engagement photo shoot with us was really fun and the pictures turned out great. The wedding photos were even better. Many of our friends commented how great the photography was. Steven was responsive, professional, and fun to work with. He made the wedding photos with our families go super smoothly, and we couldn't recommend him enough. I wouldn't go with anyone else.

  Steven is an absolute pleasure to work with. I'm not a very photogenic person, so wedding photos were a point of huge anxiety for me. He made the experience not only painless but incredibly fun. I feel like these photos look a million times more amazing than anything I could have imagined. He captured our weird personalities while still providing us with a beautiful final product!

  Steven was the perfect photographer for our day. He aligned exactly to our vision of capturing the moments we want to remember forever. We can't stop looking at our pictures and reliving the emotions and wonder of that day. He was incredible to work with and made us feel comfortable and at ease at all times. He is truly a master of his craft and we loved having him as a part of our journey!

  Steven is a wonderful photographer with an strong artistic eye. I love the way our pictures came out, he managed to find beautiful natural light on an overcast day. The photos are a great mix of details, portraits and more candid shots. My absolute favorite are the photos he took of our ceremony, he captured so much joy!
  His package included an engagement session. I wasn't originally planning on having one but it was great and the photos were perfect for building our website and I'm so happy to have them.
  Steven made us feel comfortable and was very professional every step of the way and we highly recommend his services.

  I truly can't think of anything Steven could have done better. After seeing pictures from a friend's wedding, we knew that we'd be working with Pearlsnap for our wedding as well. Steven not only took amazing pictures, and truly captured the day, but he took the time to really get to know us, and understand what we wanted in our pictures.
  
  He scheduled time with us to have coffee initially (and the man knows good coffee). Steven then shot and engagement shoot for us, as part of his package -- which truly got us a chance to see his style and for him to understand what our likes/dislikes in pictures were. He was always available for questions, and was professional and quick to respond when we had them.
  
  Steven not only offers great pictures, but he gives you access to your pictures as well, making it a terrific value. Not only did we get electronic rights to all the pictures from the engagement shoot and wedding (600+ pictures), but Steven took time after the wedding to connect with us one final time -- to have another round of great coffee and during that visit presented us with a handmade box (by Steven), which had 50 prints that walked through the wedding day.

  Meeting Steven for the first time, he was very friendly, professional, and we noticed he made sure to cover all the details even things we haven't thought of. Throughout the whole process after the first meeting he was always available for us to meet or to even do a trial photo shoot to see how my makeup would look. The Engagement photos were fantastic. The wedding Photos were exceptional and reflected what we wanted our wedding to reflect, our families being together and a fantastic celebration.

  We were so pleased with having Steven as the photographer documenting Sofía’s quinceañera. He was able to capture some candid photos that were unique but more importantly expressed real feeling and emotion. He had never attended or heard of a “quince” but he took the time to visit with us to learn the significance and which moments were important to Sofía and to all of us. He captured the real meaning behind a quince. My daughter said “He captured the right of passage of my growing up from a girl to a young lady and I am grateful for him.”
  
  Sofía introduced the challenge of having photos taken of her with a horse. From the get go Steven said we can do this. And we did. Not only did he have to work with Sofía but he also had to make adjustments as a photographer because of having to work with a horse. Steven successfully captured Sofía’s love of horses.
  
  Thank you for everything Steven, especially for capturing a once-in-a-lifetime moment! You exceeded our expectations!

  Wow. What can I say about this great guy. Well, first of all, that he's great. Steven is a genuinely good person... and he's an amazing photographer. Like all good things, Steven's reference came from a friend of a friend. Because of the highly traditionalized and cheesy element surrounding weddings, I was a little hesitant about picking a photographer. My partner and I were not going for a traditional wedding 101 look. Steven did a really good job of balancing our taste with his talent and skill. Our engagement pictures were fantastic, but our wedding pictures were absolutely spectacular. They deserve to be in a magazine. Steven has an eye for raw aesthetics. He was able to capture the beauty of the landscape as well as the emotion of people's experience. I also greatly appreciated how Steven communicated with me on my wedding day. We experienced a couple of glitches that significantly affected our timeline. Other people around me were afraid to tell me what was going on, in turn, Stephen calmly talked me through the scenario. I was a pretty level-headed bride and appreciated that Stephen could sense that about me. Bottom line: Stephen is an especially kind person with a variety of life experience. His photography is really good and will be in hotshot magazines, if it isn't already published. Hire him.

  If you don't hire Steven you are shooting yourself in the foot. This guy is the most accommodating, patient, talented, funny, photographer out there. I could not have imagined any of my pictures without him. My bridals were taken in the hot Texas heat while I complained and moaned because I figured there was no way possible they were going to turn out decent anyways and this guy not only pulled it off but knocked it out of the park. What we really enjoyed is instead of guessing how to stand he had it all sketched out like a comic book so everything moved so quickly there was no guessing or standing around wondering whats next? Almost all of our vendors asked to use his pictures in their advertisements one of them was the centerfold in the knot magazine this fall/winter 2015. I recommend him every time I hear someone talking about a wedding and will continue to do so.

  Steven was FANTASTIC. From the first moment I saw his beautiful works of art - I knew he had to photograph our big day! My now husband and I booked him during our initial meeting! Steven photographed our engagements, my bridals, and our wedding.
  
  Not only did he travel all the way from Austin to College Station to do our engagement photos, he also let me bring my ball python, Lucy, to my bridal shoot and photographed her in my pictures, AND he helped all the groomsmen tie their ties.
  
  Steven never stopped moving during our wedding and literally everyone couldn't stop talking about how good he was/is. I would hire Pearlsnap Photography over and over and over and cannot wait for my next chance to hire Steven to capture some precious moments for us because I know he will capture everything I want and even more! He is THE GREATEST.

  I had the pleasure of working with Steven and his assistant Luke on May 9th, and as the wedding planner for the event and as a professional in the industry, I can't say enough how much I appreciated their level of professionalism and flexibility. We had plenty of last minute changes, and major changes to the original timeline, but Steven was incredible and went with the flow and made sure to capture all the perfect moments. The bride and groom were incredibly pleased with their work and they were truly a pleasure to work, and spend the day with. Steven even found time to give me some pointers on photography! Pearlsnap Photography was all around great, friendly, flexible and professional, all the while getting amazing shots of the day! I could not recommend them more!!

  Steven was incredible! He had the whole day planned for us and took into consideration some of the types of pictures and backgrounds we wanted to use. He was very prompt and professional with all he did. The camera crew he had also was great! I would recommend Pearlsnap Photography to anyone who wants the very best in photography for their wedding or event.

  Pearlsnap Photography shot our outdoor wedding in November 2013, and it was everything we could have asked for. We wanted beautiful pictures that weren't your typical "wedding" photos (but could still be considered classic), and that's exactly what we got. Steven and crew were incredibly accommodating and really listened to what we wanted. They were also so helpful on our wedding day! Quick, professional, and got amazing shots while staying out of the way. We will absolutely work with them again and would recommend them to anyone. Great value, great people, great pictures!
