I had my wedding here and couldn't have been happier. Corey and her staff are amazing and went above and beyond to make sure my special day was perfect! I cannot thank them enough for everything they did.

Anastasia was absolutely amazing in making sure our special day ran perfectly! She takes on the role of a wedding coordinator on the day of the wedding to ensure that things run smoothly. The food was so delicious-we had a buffet and the whitefish cakes with the sherry cream sauce and the scalloped potatoes were incredible!

The room was beautiful; the staff was attentive and excellent; and my coordinator was sweet, attentive, excellent to work with. My husband and I wear so pleased with everything, that we plan to have my daughter's 15th celebration in the same location. I'm looking forward to working with Pelican Preserve again.

I had the best experience with the Pelican Preserve! The chef, Dan & Anastasia were a dream to work with. From planning, millions of questions, working the numbers, setting up the space Anastasia was one of the best people I have dealt with. She is fairly new to Pelican but don't let that deter you one bit! She is a doll! From helping set up to driving me around in a golf cart the day of she was just amazing! Dan was there overseeing everything on our wedding day. This man is an angel! From keeping us on track, making sure we had everything we needed and even bustling my dress-I could have not had a better person running the show if I had hand picked them myself! I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and kindness from all of the employees, bartenders, waiters-you name it, they rocked it! I have been to many weddings but never have I encountered such helpful, friendly and overall awesome people! If I had to get married all over again I would still choose Pelican and this amazing staff!

Joee and her team were amazing! They made everything flow so nicely! They helped make sure my groomed had flowers, we got appetizers, Dan made sure that my husband and I always a drink and were full! The atmosphere was amazing too! Perfect!

I had my wedding reception at Pelican Preserve Golf Club. I can not say enough about the great service and hard work from all their staff. Joee is incredible to work with and was beyond helpful. Thank you for all your help to make my wedding day so special. My wedding was a dream come true!

The Magnolia Room is a beautiful and elegant place to hold your reception! There are a variety of breathtaking choices for ceremony outside each one so different to be able to choose the one that really suites your personality. Joee the event coordinator is very organized and very determined to make your day run smooth and flawless! I Loved every minute of the day!!!!!

This was the perfect venue for us because it was a large enough room for our guests and everyone in the room was able to see us. The food was good and they had great service. Joee does a fantastic job helping the day of with any last minute details. I would highly recommend this venue! It was gorgeous inside and out!

We held our reception in the Magnolia Room at Pelican Preserve and it was beautiful! Vanessa was so helpful in every step of the process and went above and beyond to make our day special. The food was great and the night went so smoothly thanks to their staff. I highly recommend Pelican Preserve!

Vanessa and the staff here were amazing!! I planned our wedding here long distance and she was so easy to work with. She was quick to respond to any questions through email, she kept notes about everything we talked about. There wasn't one thing that I requested that she didn't make happen for us. During the rehearsal a couple people mentioned that a fountain by our site may be a little too noisy and make it hard to hear the ceremony. The next day, it was turned off! The site was just beautiful, the banquet room was perfect, the staff was so professional and polite. My guests all thought it was so fancy and were so impressed, they were convinced we spent a fortune on this venue when it was really far from it! So very happy we got married here!!

I just had my wedding at Pelican Preserve, and it was everything I could have ever imagined. Vanessa was my coordinator and she is awesome. She is so easy to talk to and she understands your needs. She answered every one of my e-mails, and there were plenty, very promptly. I was freaking out a bit right before I walked down the aisle but Vanessa was right there to make my freak out moment go away. I'll never forget the moment I looked at her, right before walking down the aisle and thanking her. She really did make my day want I wanted it to be. Everything that Pelican did was perfect. The food was amazing, the staff is very friendly, and the grounds are beautiful. And for the price is was by far one of the easiest decisions I made when planning our wedding, and one I'm happy I made.

Pelican Preserve is a beautiful place. This was my very first and only choice for our wedding, and I still feel it was the best choice. The services was outstanding and could not have asked for anything better. We received alot of assistance and understanding. Thank you so much Vanessa and your crew for making our speacial day be everything we thought it would be.

Pelican Preserve is everything I could have ever wanted for the biggest day of my life. The coordinator there, Vanessa was phenomenal!! She was there to answer every one of my hundred questions and worked directly with me to make sure every detail was carried out, from my customized menu to the overall layout of the reception. It was her hard work and dedication that allowed me to be worry free on my big day. The grounds at pelican preserve are beautiful, the scenery was a gorgeous backdrop for our outdoor ceremony and our photos. We booked the osprey ballroom for our reception and the layout of the building was one of my favorite aspects. There is a huge balcony overlooking the golf course and grounds where we held our cocktail hour. Attached to the ballroom, there is a separate room where the buffet was set up, I especially liked that the food (as delicious as it was) was out of site and not taking away from the decor. The ballroom itself is stunning; with tall ceilings and elegant accents, it is beautiful by itself yet easy to decorate and make your own.
We must have looked at 40 different venues to hold our wedding, and as soon as we found pelican preserve we knew we had to be married there!

If I could do everything all over again, I wouldn't change a single thing. Booking with pelican preserve allowed me to live out my dream wedding.

We booked our wedding with Anastasia because we fell in love with her. But 6 mos before our wedding we found out she left and had to work with someone new. Corey helped ease our anxiety when we met her for the first time. She was quick in responding to my emails. At the last minute our vendor for the linens was not able to do it but for an additional cost Corey's team was able to set up our tables. Dan was our main person for the day of the wedding (9/10/16), I can not sing enough praise for him. If something went wrong that day I did not notice. One of my guest told me that he was so helpful when it came to helping her husband to get to the ceremony chairs since he is not able to walk long distances. He took one of the golf carts and picked him up and brought him to the ceremony. Then when it came time to eat he helped my guest by getting her husband's food. He even asked them before they left if they needed help getting to the car. Dan was just amazing as well as his staff. He made sure everything ran smoothly and was just awesome.
The only downside is if your wedding is at the Magnolia Room there really is no place to get ready. I got ready in the card table room which did not make for the best getting ready pictures.

Beautiful Location to get married. We chose to get married by the fountain. They have several locations, equally as gorgeous. The food was amazing and Vanessa was a god send when it came to coordinating the event the day of.

We loved everything about this venue. The scenery is breathtaking, your pictures will be beautiful. Vanessa is awesome! She is a great coordinator, so knowledgeable, easy to work with, and down to earth. Everything went so smooth on our big day, I did a lot of stressing and worrying for nothing. We got so many compliments on how good the food was, and no one really expects wedding food to be great. Pelican Preserve gives you a lot more bang for your buck compared to similar venues that want to nickle and dime you at every turn.

On our "Reception venue" search Pelican Preserve was our first stop & we knew that it was the one. Joee was very informative & professional. The prices were great, & layout was exactly what we wanted. Towarda our date we met with Anastasia who was professional & prompt also. Our reception venue was everything I wanted in more (I cried at first look) lol The food was great, all servers, bartenders & staff were polite & professional. Thank you guys

We originally signed our contract when Venessa was apart of the club, but we found that she moved on to another business. We worked with Joee on all of our planning. She was easy to work with, and we had some bumpy patches as the day came to be but we walked away knowing that the venue was beautiful, the staff was friendly & courteous to all of our family and friends, and we knew it was the best choice for our wedding.

I would recommend them to anyone.

Our wedding was gorgeous, and I appreciate Anastasia for helping to make it a dream come true. Initially, Anastasia was very helpful and super responsive. She was full of ideas and reassuring; very beneficial for a long distance bride. Going so far as to cut palm fronds to line my aisle. The event room and ceremony grounds were excellent, very spacious, and just overall beautiful. The staff, to include the cook, and site attendants were always so happy and willing to assist if needed. The downside. There are no ATMs so make sure to get cash beforehand. Ensure that you have notes of everything you have covered with Anastasia; she plans tons of events so sometimes she forgets things already covered. If you want to take getting ready shots, I suggest getting ready at a different spot. The preserve does not have a private area for brides. You’re put in a public bathroom with no cell phone service and the Wi-Fi is weak (bad juju on your wedding day). I hired a videographer and there were random people walking through my shots, not the ideal situation. Lastly, as I stated, in the beginning, Anastasia was extremely helpful, but after the event was over it was as if she did a complete 360. We did not want to pay the $500 to have her staff clean up because my family volunteered to take care of it. My mother said Anastasia practically ran her out of the room and was very rude. She said Ana told her it was the “worst coordinated event clean up because she wasn’t in charge of it”. Ultimately, because she was being rushed she drug everything in the hallway and threw it in her van. The next day I had a few questions about the location of the rentals because a vendor could not find anyone to help. Her response was “I told you yesterday where your rentals were, I can’t help you I’m leaving the country”. However, the very next day my husband called she answered with no problem. It was really upsetting for things to end that way. I still had an incredible wedding and I’m thankful.

The ceremony was held outside at the Ampitheater here at Pelican Preserve. It was a beautiful evening ceremony just before sunset. The woodlands behind the ampitheater provided a natural background and the grounds themselves are great for the photos. There are fountains, lakes, bridges, etc. for photos. The food was great, although I didn't eat much (I don't think the bride ever does) and the Magnolia Room was a beautiful setting. The service was great, so good that I actually didn't pay much mind to any one working there. I think that is a great feeling when everyone is taken care of and you don't even know the service is there. That makes the night feel more intimate with your guests! It was an ideal location and great food.

Pelican Preserve was, for the most part, a great venue. The setting was gorgeous (right on a wooded wildlife preserve), as was the banquet room with its oak wood floors and picture windows. It was so nice having the ceremony and reception just steps away from each other. And the wooden bridges and lakes made for beautiful pictures.

Vanessa (if she's still there) was an amazing coordinator! I cannot stress that enough. But she needs more help! She was the only person who could give us answers about rehearsal questions, menu questions, bar questions, seating questions, etc. etc., and she wasn't always the easiest person to get in touch with. I don't fault her at all, but they need to get her an assistant.
The biggest problem happened during our reception when the bar tab we set up ran out and nobody informed us. They were supposed to tell us when we were approaching the preset limit, so we could extend it, but, instead, they just started charging our guests for drinks — which is not what we agreed on. It was almost impossible to find anyone who could help us fix it. The bartenders didn't know what to do, nor did any of the waiters. The issue was eventually resolved, but it put a bit of a damper on 10 minutes of our big night. Not a huge deal, but it shouldn't have happened.

Everything else, food especially, was great.
