  Shopping for stylish, expensive looking jewelry for a fair price is a challenge. Barbara's studio was full of a variety in sizes, styles, and pricing which made shopping stress free. I loved how helpful and encouraging she was when I was deciding on what to pick. I valued her opinion and she made me feel special throughout the whole experience. I bought one of a kind earrings for an unforgettable prom.

  Wonderful Jewelry and Hair Pieces!

  I met Barbara at a tasting at my venue, Hotel Providence. From the moment I met her, she was so warm and welcoming, and I knew I had to visit her shop in Providence. I went with my mom to find a hairpiece for me, and she was super helpful and so, so nice. She let me try on whatever I wanted, and I left with a gorgeous piece I can't wait to wear on my wedding day! I definitely recommend reaching out!

  Beautiful Wedding Jewelry

  Barbara created beautiful earrings for all of my bridesmaids. It was an excellent value. The earrings came in a cute gift box with a bow. She was very responsive and the order arrived quickly. It felt great to support someone local. The quality and price were better than what I have found online. She also makes beautiful pieces for the bride. I can't wait to give these beautiful earrings to my bridesmaids. Highly recommend!!!

  Wedding jewelry!

  Barbara was so helpful and allowed me to try on anything that caught my eye. I had to have something ordered the first time I went in and it was ready for me to pick up the next week! I felt that she was prepared for both my visits and was really just the sweetest! I fee confident that my wedding jewelry will be perfect, thanks to Barbara 😊

  Excellent Experience

  Going to Perception Jewelry was an excellent experience. Barbara was a pleasure to work with, highly flexible and her studio was out of a magazine. She was extremely patient and caring and spent time finding the right pieces of jewelry for my big day. Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend reaching out and visiting her studio.

  Exceptional!

  Barbara was very responsive and willing to work with my busy schedule when making my appointment. She listed to what I wanted and gave me her best opinions. She helped me pick out my hair piece and earrings for my wedding day and she allowed me all the time I needed to make the decision. I did not feel rushed or pressured! I was able to bring my dress and try it on while trying on the different jewelry pieces that she helped me pick out and I was able to see how I looked while wearing my dress.

  5-Star Wedding Jewelry & Hair Accessories Rec!

  I bought the hairpiece I wore at my wedding from Perception Jewelry! I was referred to Perception by a close friend who got married in 2020 . The shop is appointment only which ensured we got extremely personalized service. In addition, during these COVID times, it was nice to be in a socially-distanced environment. The shop’s owner, Barbara, had a beautiful selection of hair clips, combs, pins…anything you were looking for to elevate your bridal hair. I had my hair trial in the morning and visited the shop in the afternoon and loved being able to see everything with my final look. I was so impressed and loved being able to touch and see everything in person. She has a wide variety of other formal jewelry as well. My aunt and I picked up a few items for the rehearsal dinner and every day too. I would be happy to recommend Perception Jewelry and Barbara to any bride!!

After finding my veil at Spark Bridal in Cranston, RI, it was highly reccomended that I give Barbara a call to find my dream wedding jewelry. Barbara's office was a page out of a magazine- her jewelry was stunning. After sharing my vision of wedding jewelry for myself and my bridesmaid, Barbara was able to make my dreams come true! Not only did I find my wedding earrings, I found my eight bridemaids their earrings, my mother's earrings and my grandmother's earring. I highly reccomend giving Barbara from Perception a call.   My experience with Barbara was the best one I’ve had regarding anything to do with my wedding. She was decisive and so sweet. The jewerly is absolutely stunning and really great affordable prices.   Recently, my mom and I went to Perception Jewelry for jewelry and accessories for my wedding. There were so many beautiful pieces to choose from! Barbara was so welcoming, kind, and patient! She gave me the time I needed without being rushed and ultimately wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I was able to bring my veil and pictures of my dress to match up with accessories which really made such a difference when selecting and deciding on pieces.   Barbara is literally one of my favorite people! Not only during this wedding planning process but in general, she is so sweet. I was having trouble finding jewelry pieces for the big day, and when someone recommended her on facebook, I thought why not check it out. I went with my mom and we found the most beautiful hairpiece and earrings that I cannot wait to wear in a couple of months. My mom and I loved the experience so much, we even made an appointment to find her and my future mother in law's jewelry too. We also ended up leaving with a few extra things! Barbara really makes you enjoy the whole experience and makes you feel so special and beautiful. It was like a VIP jewelry experience that I wouldn't have changed for the world. Please go visit Barbara in her shop! It is SO much better than buying things online and not knowing what you're going to find.

  My daughter and I loved absolutely everything about our experience with Perception Jewelry. So much to choose from, reasonably priced and all displayed in a small intimate setting! My daughter purchased a necklace, earrings, bracelet and a beautiful hair clip. As MOB, I found an evening bag with a beautifully beaded handle that matched my gown perfectly. Barbara then designed a necklace, earrings and a bracelet to match! It was perfect! Clearly, Barbara has a passion for her job which translates into outstanding, personalized customer service. I highly recommend.

I ended up having to move my reception to 2021 but was still able to get married in 2020. I was so thankful that I had gotten these pieces because they really made me feel beautiful on my wedding day (2020). I was lucky enough to be able to wear them again a year later at the reception and they still looked just as beautiful. Since my wedding, I have gotten the opportunity to wear some of the pieces to friends’ weddings and bridal showers. They really are universal! I would absolutely recommend Perception Jewelry to anyone looking for some beautiful pieces!

  I met with Barbara twice in preparation for my wedding in July. She helped me find a couple really hard to find pieces in the right colors. The quality for the price is excellent as well- it's certainly not your typically costume jewelry. I even bought some pieces for myself for everyday wear! Barbara was wonderful throughout the process and really made me feel important. She made meeting time arrangements with my difficult schedule and was very attentive with calls and email. I can't say enough good things about her and her boutique!

  Barbara makes the whole experience so personal and wonderful. I was looking for a gold jewelry belt that was going to be added to my maid of honor's dress so she stood out a bit more. I was having the hardest time finding what I wanted. After meeting with Barbara, she searched and had exactly what I was looking for and not at an absurd price like some other shops. I found everything I was looking for and the prices were excellent! I would highly recommend going to take a look here!

  Barbara came recommended by the ladies doing my bridal hair and make-up. The accessories in her studio were the perfect fit for my elegant wedding look. The pieces she hand picks are well made and look like a million $$ but thankfully are reasonably priced for something you will likely only wear once. Barbara was welcoming and has an eye for what brides are looking for. It was great having an expert walk me the array of sparkles and pearls.

My mom, mother in law and I went there with my wedding dress. There was a private area to change into my dress and I was able to try on different accessories and jewelry.
